My favorite Tsundere (surprisingly is a lesser known one) would have to be Tsumiki Miniwa from the anime Acchi Kocchi (Place to Place).  It was a fun, heart-felt anime, and Tsumiki's feelings towards Lo was adorable!  Not to mention her reactions towards her friends teasing.  XD
