So, now it's time for my all time favorite female characters ever!!  Oh, and before I start, I just want to point out that this is probably not going to be in order or anything, I'm just going to list them out.  Anyways, here we go~

 1) Cana Alberona

Cana is by far my favorite Fairy Tail girl.   I think one of the main reasons I love Cana so much is that when she was first introduced, she was sort of a comic relief character.  Not in the way like Natsu can be at times, but I guess what I'm trying to say is when I first saw Cana, she had me laughing.   A lot.  But as the story went on, we learned more and more about Cana.  We learned how serious she can be (when she's not drinking), and her great leadership abilities in dire situations.  (Remember the phantom lord arc?)  I also love how she'll stand up for her dreams, and do anything she can to make those dreams a reality.  (Even though not all her actions in the S-class promotion trial weren't exactly the greatest...)  Overall, Cana is a great character, and she deserves more love than she gets!

2) Erza Scarlet

Yet again another Fairy tail character, but that's not really a surprise, is it?  Fairy Tail has a lot of amazing female characters!  Anyway, Erza is definitely my second favorite female character, and third favorite character out of the series.  I love how tough she is, and how she stands up to the enemy, no matter how tough they are!  But I also love her softer side.  I love how she loves her strawberry cheesecake, and will fight anyone who takes/destroys her strawberry cheesecake.  Remember episode 49 anyone?  Ah, the good old days~

3) Hiyori Iki (Noragami)

Even though Hiyori is not my favorite character from Noragami, she is my favorite female character.  I love how kind her heart is, and how much she cares about those near to her.   She also has a great sense of right to wrong, which is one thing I greatly admire.   I also love how loyal she is to Yato Yukine, and how much she trusts them, to the point of expressing her emotions openly to them.  Another thing I absolutely love about Hiyori is despite the fact that she was raised to be lady-like, she is a huge martial arts fan and is also a huge fan of the martial artist Tono, often copying his moves and acting on his words.   Another thing I love about Hiyori is even though she really wants to turn back into a normal human, she doesn't want to sever her ties with Yato.  Yato has given her many oppurtunities to turn back into a human, but she declines, saying "I want to stay with you a little bit longer!".  This shows how dear Yato and Yukine are to her, and how much she doesn't want to forget them, even though she wants to return back to normal.  

Author's Note:  So these are some of my favorite female characters of all time.  I have more favorite, but these three are my top three favorites so I just thought I'd put them up there.  Anyway, I'd love to know some of you're favorite female characters!
