The Seven Deadly Sins were once a group of knights in the region of Britannia, who disbanded after they supposedly plotted to overthrow the Liones Kingdom. Their supposed defeat came at the hands of the Holy Knights, but rumors continued to persist that they were still alive. Ten years later, the Holy Knights staged a coup d'etat and captured the king, becoming the new, tyrannical rulers of the kingdom. The third princess, Elizabeth, then starts out on a journey to find the Seven Deadly Sins and enlist their help in taking back the kingdom.

What I liked - 

 - The art style was amazing, and the characters are so unique and have such different personalities. 

 - The story and plot are marvelous, plus the intriguing story really begins to make you forget about your worries for a while. 

 - HAWK THE PIG IS ADORABLE!!!!!!!! SQUEAL!!!!!!!!

 - (Side note - This was the 4th anime I ever watched! What about y'all?)

What I didn't like - 

 - I watched this anime a really long time ago, so I don't remember anything bad about it. The only thing I can say against this anime is that the thesis was a bit cliche and that the anime overall wasn't as mind-blowing as 10/10 classics such as YLIA or Death Note. It was still amazing though, so you should really check it out!
