Fun Fact - Light's last name, (Yagami), spelled backward spells imagay. (Get it? I'm a gay? imagay? Yagami? No? K, I'm leaving...)

Summary - Light Yagami, a smart but bored student, stumbles across a  notebook called the Death Note that has the power to kill any person whose name he writes in it. Light decides to launch a secret plan to rid the streets of criminals by killing them one-by-one with his notebook. But will his plan turn him into the very thing that he's fighting against? 

What I liked - 

I loved the plot, the character's personalities, pretty much everything. I love following along to Light's and L's thought processes and how they plan to defeat each other. Overall, I found it intriguing from beginning to end. It's a must-watch!

What I didn't like - 

1. The second theme/ opening song - Ok, let's be real, the second opening song sounded so wrong...

WARNING - DO NOT WATCH THE HOLLYWOOD VERSION OF DEATH NOTE. Hollywood made a version of Death Note that completely skrewed up the storyline and the way I will view this anime forever. Don't make the same mistakes I did!
