Apprentices

Leader: ____kit, you have reached the age of six moons, and it's time for you to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as ___paw. ______(warrior or medicine cat) you are ready for an apprentice, you will be ___paw's mentor. Medicine Cat Apprentice

Medicine cat: Cats of ______ (clan), as you know, I will not be here forever. So it is time I have took an apprentice. Your next medicine cat will be ___paw.

Leader: ___paw, do you except the post to an apprentice to a medicine cat?

Apprentice: I do

Medicine cat: Then at the next half-moon, you must travel to the Moonstone/Moonpool to be accepted by StarClan before the other medicine cats.

Leader: Good wishes of all ______(Clan) will go with you.

Warrior

Leader: I, ___star(leader), leader of ______(clan) call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. He/she has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code and I command him/her a warrior in His/Her turn.

Leader: ___paw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your clan, even the cost of your life?

Apprentice: I do

Leader: Then by the powers of Starclan, I give you your warrior name. ___paw from now on you will be known as ______(warrior name). Starclan honors your (Quality: Loyalty, bravery, ect.) and (quality), and we welcome you as a full warrior of ______(clan).

Deputy

Leader: I say this before Starclan or name of former deputy, so they or he/she can hear and approve of my choice. the new deputy of ______(Clan) is ______(Warrior)

Elder 
Leader: ___________, is it your wish to give up the name of warrior and go join the elders?
Warrior/Elder: It is.
Leader: Your Clan honors you and all the service you have given us. I call upon StarClan to give you many seasons of rest.

Name changing ceremony

Leader: Spirits of StarClan, you know every cat by name. I ask you now to take away the name from the cat you see before you, for it no longer stands for what she/he is. By my authority as Clan leader, and with the approval of our warrior ancestors, I give this cat a new name. From this moment she/he will be known as ______(new name)

Dying apprentice warrior ceremony

Leader: I ask my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. He/She has learned the warrior code and has given up his/her life in service of his/her Clan. Let StarClan receive him/her as a warrior. His/Her name will be ______(new name), because ______(reason). Let StarClan receive him/her by the name of ______(the new name).
