Greely had the nerve to wake me up early. I was dreaming about the future, my parents were still alive. Then Greely had to ruin it. It was still dark out outside. Greely and Sir Gilbert brought me outside. They gave me a wooden bow with some wooden arrows. I aimed at a phantom target the set out. Before I let the arrow fly I heard a rustle in the bushes then a scream from the one and only Liza. I shot the arrow over there hoping it would hit Liza. Liza comes running out of the bushes, a phantom slowly came out of the bushes and fell over and just exploded. Liza folded her arms and tapped her foot, "You could have hit me." I scratched my neck, "why were you in the bushes?" Liza just made a "hmpff" noise and went back inside. Greely looked very impressed, and Sir Gilbert put his grant paw on my back. His deep voice sent shivers down my back, "Maybe one day you will be a alpha." I was proud for the rest of the day for killing a ally of mine. I know it sounded wrong but killing a phantom at my age was good luck, at least that is what they say. Liza made me a triple chocolate cake for a apology, then I apologized for almost hitting her. Even thought I meant to hit her, I never said anything about that. She didn't need to know that a wooden arrow could have ended up in her knee. Or her chest.... or I was lucky her head. I sound obsessed with Liza now. Shesh wheres the closest doctor I could talk to. Anyways, after the phantom in the bushes, I was kept in the castle for days. Peck and Liza taught me how to cook. Liza ate all the cupcakes, so me and Peck got the cookies. Graham and Cosmo showed me how to use chomper plants, and Greely and Sir Gilbert showed me how to use a bow and sword. The alphas wouldn't be so bad if they hadn't got rid of my parents. I need to keep my mind straight. All Alpha's must die.
