Bondita was very happy after getting her job.

Anirudh looks at her.

Anirudh noticed it. He came out of his cabin and walked towards Bondita.

Anirudh: Ms.Bondita, this is your first day in my company. Always I allow my employees to enjoy their first day without doing any work. So, give me that file.

He got the file from her hands and gave it to Nishant.

Anirudh: Nishant, I need the presentation of this file within an hour.

Nishanth went from there and started his work.

Bondita sat down silently. Anirudh went back to his cabin.

But Bondita feels bored as she is simply sitting without doing any works.

Bondita: If I sit here for some more time then for sure no would can stop me from sleeping.

She yawned.

She stood and started to walk here and there.

Bondita is walking here and there. His eyesight went towards her.

His eyes moved towards all the places where Bondita walked.

Krishank: Sir,what do you think about this deal? Can we invest in it?

He looks at Anirudh. But he is looking at Bondita.

Krishank thinks: Khub balo, he didn't listened this business deal.

Anirudh: I am not interested in investing in this company. This will bring our share markets down. The plan is unique but it is not profitable. So, I am sorry Mr. Mehta. See you soon, with another good business deal.

Mehta went out with disappointment.

Krishank whispered: He didn't listened to the meeting but how did he found that it is not profitable?

Anirudh: My eyes only wandered out not my ears.

Krishank is shocked.

Anirudh: Go send an official mail to MSG companies. And hn, what about our case? Is that lawyer doing some work or not?

Krishank: Sir, I'll update you soon about it.

Anirudh nodded. Office time came to an end.

All the employees went out. Bondita is last to leave the company.

Anirudh decides to follow her to find her house. So he rushed out from his cabin.

Nishant: Sir, CEO of MSG companies is waiting for you in City Vite Hotel for a meeting.

Anirudh: Call of all the meetings.

He went behind Bondita.

Bondita is going to her house by an auto. Anirudh follows her by car.

After some time, Bondita reached her home.

She is living in a rented house. The street was narrow.

She went inside her house and locked the door. Anirudh is waiting in his car from a certain distance. He kept on looking at the doors of her house.

Anirudh thinks: What happened to her house? Why she is living in rented house? That too in this street!

Slowly, It became 8 p.m.

Anirudh is still there only. Suddenly a man went to Bondita's house and started to knock the door heavily.

Anirudh came out of his car by seeing it but stopped there itself after seeing Bondita opening the door.

He is her house owner.

House owner: Do you got money to pay my rent?

Bondita: Sir, please understand my situation. Now only I got my new job. I will pay it soon. Please, give me some time.

House owner: Time? I gave you enough time. You are telling me the same reason since 5 months. Here after I can't give you time. Pay me the rent or else leave the home immediately.

Bondita: Sir, please. I will pay you the rent soon. Please, don't ask me to go out. In this night where will I go?

House owner: That's not my problem. Are you trying to cheat me? I know girls like you speak sweet sweet words and will cheat the people. But i won't fall for your dramas. Pay the rent tomorrow itself or else I will file complaint on you.

Bondita went inside and locked the door. She cries alot.

House owner returned from the house. Anirudh confronted her.

He pulls the house owner's collar and stared at him in extreme anger.

House owner: Who are you?

Anirudh: Don't you know how to speak with a girl? How dare you to speak like that to her?

House owner: Hello! How dare I should be? I didn't asked her own pocket money. She didn't paid rent for my house that too about 5 months.

Anirudh left his collars.

House owner: If you are here to support her then don't stand before me. She is a cheater.

Anirudh: Shut up! Don't even utter a single word about her.

He stares at him with extreme rage.

House owner: I am telling that she didn't pay my rent but you are scolding me? Wow!

Anirudh: How much is it?

House owner: She should pay me 40000. 5 months rent!

Anirudh: I am not asking about rent. How is much your property?

House owner: What?

Anirudh: Why can't you hear it at once?

House owner: Sir... Huh... Sir actually. It will go for 20 lakh now.

Anirudh took his check book and wrote 30 lakh on it then he tore it and gave it to that house owner.

House owner is stunned to see that much amount.

Anirudh: Here you have, from now that house belongs to me. Extra 10 lakhs is for document works. Tomorrow I will come here again. And you should hand over me the house document.

House owner: Saab, I didn't ever thought that my property would go for a huge amount.

Anirudh: Listen one thing, don't ever try to cast your shadow even on this house.

House owner: Theek hain, saab. It's yours here after. I will not even come to this street.

He went from there. Anirudh looks at Bondita's house.
