~It's evening~

Anirudh is working on Bondita's case. Climate is not good, likely to be rain.

Anirudh: It's chill outside. In prison there will not be blanket for Bondita. How can she tolerate this much chillness?

He thinks of a flash back.

~Flash back~

It was a winter season. Bondita was 11 years old then.

Heavy wind, thunderstorm and rain over there.

Trilochan: Bihari, close all the windows. Koyli, bring tea for everyone. Why the climate is so harsh today?

Batuk: Kaka, I think today they will announce leave for schools. Hayee, jolly.

Bondita is doing her homeworks, sitting in sofa.

She suddenly stopped writing and started to think of something.

Koyli serves tea to everyone.

Trilochan: Bahu, where is your pati babu?

Bondita started crying.

Trilochan: Did I asked anything wrong? Why are you crying?

Bondita: Pati babu is not in home. He went outside. How will he return in this rain?

It thundered outside. Bondita was frightened.

Trilochan: In this weather, what important work he have?

Batuk: Kaka, what if Dada flows away due to rain water? Think, it's thundering outside. What if it hits Dada?

He wanted to threaten Bondita. As if he planned, Bondita frightened and cries aloud.

Trilochan: Nahi, nahi. Don't cry. Bahu, he will return to Haveli safely.

He tries to console her. Batuk laughs.

Anirudh entered Haveli. He was fully drenched.

Anirudh: Bondita!

Bondita hears his voice, ran and hugged him and cried.

Anirudh: Hey, what happened? Leave me, I am drenched. You will suffer from cold then.

Bondita cries: It's ok. No matter whatever happens to me. Why you went out in this weather? I am afraid.

Anirudh: Bondita, why you are afraid? I am back safely.

Bondita: What if you was flown away in rain water? What if thunder had hurted you?

Anirudh smiled at her innocence.

Bondita: Where you went in this rain?

Anirudh: Leave me, first. I will say.

Bondita gets parted from him.

Anirudh: See, now you are wet.

Koyli gives him towel. He covers Bondita with it.

Trilochan: Till now you didn't answered for Bahu's question. Where did you went?

Anirudh thinks: Kaka will scold Bondita if he comes to know that I was out just to pay fees for her.

Batuk: For sure, it will be for Bondita's sake. Right?

Anirudh nods no.

Bondita gives him the towel. He thanked her and smiled.

~Flash back ends~

Anirudh sheds tears on thinking on this.

Saraswati and Sashwati comes running towards Anirudh and hugs him.

Anirudh jerked and looked at them. He wipes his tears and smiled.

They are shivering in chillness.

Sashwati: Baba, it's very chill.

Anirudh covered them with his coat.

Saraswati: Ah, it's good. To compromise chillness only you are wearing coat?

Anirudh smiled and nods no.

Sashwati thinks and came out of the coat.

Saraswati: Don't you need hotness?

Sashwati runs to his room and brought a blanket. She covers Anirudh with it.

Sashwati: He gave us his coat. Then how will he bear the cold?

Anirudh eyes are filled with tears. He hugged them.

Anirudh: You both stay here or go to your Thaku Da's room. I have small work. I will return soon..

Saraswati: In this climate where you are going Baba?

Anirudh: You both are safe from chillness. Now who will protect your Maa? She will also suffer from chillness na?

Sashwati: Durga maa is there to protect her.

Anirudh smiled and went out.

~In store room~

Brinda is still sitting in chair. She can't control her nature call.

Brinda: Some one there? Help me, I can't control it.

Chandrachur enters the room.

Brinda: Who's it? Please untie me. I can't control it.

Chandra unties her.

Brinda removes her blind fold and shocked to see Chandrachur.

Chandra: Don't try to escape from here.

Brinda rushed to bath room.

Chandra thinks: I will torture you inch by inch. You will beg for mercy to Roy Chaudharys.

Inside the Bathroom, Brinda thinks that she should escape from them anyhow.

Chandra: Are you slept inside?

Brinda comes out.

Chandra tries to tie her again but she pushed him and tried to run outside.

Chandrachur threw a lamp on her which made her to fall.

Brinda: Aaah!

Chandra: Can't you understand my language? Do not try to escape!

He ties her along with chair and again blind folds her.

Brinda: Anirudh's intentions will not happen. Bondita will be declared as guilt soon.

Chandra pours chill water on her.

Brinda: Heyy!

Chandra: If you utter even one word again, then I will pour extra ice water on you. Then you will die due to chillness.

Brinda's teeth gritted.

On other side Anirudh reaches police station with blanket.

He enters the prison.

Bondita is sitting sadly by covering herself with the saree and looking at the wall.

Anirudh covers her with the Blanket from behind.

She jerked and turned.

Anirudh: Bondita, how do you feel now?

Bondita: Why did you come out in this climate?

Anirudh: How can I stay calm when you are in pain? I know you can't bear this chillness.

Bondita smiled. A hands from behind removed blanket from her.

It's none other than Inspector.

Anirudh: Are you mad?

He stared at him with extreme rage.

Inspector: Are you mad, the great Barrister babu? She is an accused. You can enquire her, speak to her but you can't give blankets to her. Look at other criminals, are they having blankets?

Anirudh: They are criminals but Bondita is innocent.

Inspector: Yet to be proved. Till that she will also be considered as criminal. Everybody here, is it correct to give exceptional for this accused? Can she cover herself with blanket while other accuseds are suffering from chillness?

All accuseds and criminals shouted no and taunts Anirudh.

Bondita: Everyone please keep quite. Don't shout at him.

Criminal 1: Is this your justice Barrister Babu? You are treating her special because she is wife, right?

Criminal 2: Barristers language is "everyone are equal under the laws". But see now.

They all laughed and humiliated Anirudh.

Bondita: Everyone please stop. Taunt me not him.

Inspector: Wow, it's so good when you see a Roy Chaudhary begging to normal people.

All laughed.

Anirudh: You all are testing my patience.

Criminal 3: So what? First you obey the law then you will fight for others justice.

Inspector smirked at him.

Anirudh tried to step forward but two policers hold him tightly from back.

Anirudh: Hey, leave me! You all are making me to become a Beast again.

Bondita cries and nods no.

Inspector: You wanted to give her protection right? Let me see, how you are protecting her now.

Anirudh tries to free himself from those policers.

Inspector took a bucket of chill water and smirked at Anirudh.

Anirudh looks at him with fear. A fellow Police locked Bondita's prison door.

Inspector: In these 5 years, police department of Krishpur suffered a lot. No people came forward to complain to us. Instead they all came behind you blindly. People respected you not us. Now, it's for revenge.

He goes near to Bondita with bucket of ice water.

Anirudh: Stop it! You have enmity on me, so do anything to me. Leave her.

Bondita: No, pour it on me. I am the accused here.

Anirudh: Listen inspector, you can't punish accused until she/he is proven to be guilt. So, pour it on me.

Bondita: No, don't listen to him. Pour it on me.

Inspector: Arey, arey, arey. This pati pathni love, shit! I hate this.

He poured the ice water on Bondita forcibly.

Anirudh: Heyyyy....

Bondita shivered. Anirudh cried on seeing her. He tries to free himself. All the criminals laughed at her.

Inspector then poured chill water on Anirudh.

Bondita: Pati babu....

She cries. Anirudh stands stubbornly in front of inspector, staring at him.

Inspector: Look, how stubborn you are. I want to see the fear in your eyes. I need you to beg Mr. Anirudh Roy Chaudhary.

He again and again poured ice water on him.

Bondita: Please, leave him. Somebody stop that inspector. Please! Pati babu, go away from here.

She cried. Inspector poured some water on Bondita too.

Anirudh gets intolerable anger on Inspector. His anger flows out as tears.
