Time passed quickly.

Karn and his wives settled well in their married lives as all drama seemed to come for a pause now.

Yudhister was ruling Indraprastha and both sides hadn't any contact except Kunti going to meet them, sometimes.

Karna stayed in Anga most of the time.

He had rebuild his kingdom well. Opposite to how it was, before he became the king.

To enhance unity, people of similar lifestyle lived together and they had beautiful gardens around their houses. Dogs and cats roamed freely. Kids played on streets.

Often, Anga royals would go foot and mingle with their people.

Problems of people were solved much easily, this way.

The families of soldiers lived together and Karna had made training fields for them. The Queens and king often visited the widows of the soldiers and helped them.

For convenience, small schools were opened their itself only.

Schools of scholars were opened in the area where the scholars lived.

Schools of dancers were opened in the area where the dancers and their families lived.

Life was going very smoothly. 

Anga felt like a heaven on Earth for people.

Indraprastha was also reaching new heights along with Hastinapura but it didn't have the amazing changes that Karna did.

Karna understood people bit better than Pandavas and Kauravas as he wasn't a born royal.

So, Anga topped among the three.

Nine months had passed since Arjun's exile.

Karna rarely went to Hastinapura. Nowadays, Duryodhan used to come there.

There was a reason though.

Karna's wives, Vrushali and Kirti were pregnant. And, taking care of everything became a bit difficult. So, Karna couldn't manage travelling and he wasn't going to leave his wives alone.

Urvi's parents paid visits and apologised deeply. They were so happy seeing Urvi comfortable and satisfied.

Karna forgave them.

Kirti's mother had come here and was taking care of her while Vrushali's mother had also come. 

Supriya was two months pregnant.

"Arya", he heard and saw Vrishali.

She was followed by his wives  (except Vrushali and Kirti, of course) and they all were smiling.

"Arya", Vrishali cried happily. She looked down. "Anga's next generation is coming. I am also pregnant", she whispered emotionally.

Karna's happiness knew no bounds.

He hugged her and kissed her face, repeatedly and forehead making her giggle.

All celebrated the good news with a nice dinner, in Vrushali and Kirti's chamber.

Oh...right. Vrushali and Kirti were staying together for the time being.

Karna remembered Kunti's advice and made sure that he attended all his wives and they were so happy with each other.

News was heard that Draupadi was pregnant with Yudhister's child after whole one year.

And Kaurava brothers were married one after another, these marriages couldn't be attended by Karna but Duryodhan held a celebration where all would be invited.

Karna decided to meet the new additions in the family there. 

It was a random morning when Karna was practising archery.

"Arya, Vrushali bhabhi is in labour pain", Esha came and shouted, worried and happy, both.

Karna ran.

He sat beside Vrushali and held her hand as the ladies helped her.

Radha caressed her forehead as she cried in pain.

"Arya", Vrushali screamed and Karna tightened his hold.

After moments, they heard the melodious cry of two babies. Karna smiled hard and saw two twin boys. He grinned big.

Radha smiled and brought them to him and Vrushali.

Vrushali and Karna held one boy each and cooed at them. "Our sons", Karna smiled as his other wives reached to pamper them.

Karn took them afterwards to Kirti who broke down in happiness seeing them.

One week passed and Kirti got labour pain too.

She was quite a child by heart so handling her became a bit difficult but Karna kissed her forehead time to time and encouraged her to push.

After much efforts, they heard cries.

Karna smiled in happiness and his eyes filled with tears seeing a baby girl.

"This is the best gift, Kirti", Karna mumbled and stood up.  Kirti smiled as he picked his daughter up and kissed her forehead.

"I will give you the universe, darling", he whispered and his tears fell on her cheeks.

His daughter shrieked happily at him.

"Anga will hold a grand celebration", Karna announced. "Anga's next generation will be welcomed heartily by everyone", Karna said.

Karna had decorated a big chamber with multiple beds as he wanted all his wives staying there.

Baby beds were placed beside Vrushali and Kirti's bed. Khyati's bed was a bit big for both their twin boy and girl to sleep.

Two beds were placed beside Vrushali's bed where the twin boys played with each other.

Karna didn't want any of his wife away from him. He wanted to spend time with each one of them.

His chamber was the old one only, though.

"Bhanumati is pregnant", Karna announced, one week later as he entered the chamber.

Supriya and Urvi shrieked happily.

Karna quickly went and held Supriya, who forgot, she was pregnant as well in her excitement. "Careful Supriya. You are also pregnant darling", Karna said.

Supriya smiled sheepishly.

He made her back rest on the backrest of the bed and tucked her in duvet.

"Urvi", Karna said. "Supriya and you, both are Bhanumati's friends. Supriya can't go but you can. I was thinking of visiting them in Hastinapura", Karna said.

His wives hummed in agreement.

"Ok Arya. I will get ready and come. I should see for gifts for Bhanu", Urvi said.

"I will bring the things here. You all decide what would go best", Urvi said, looking at her Co wives.

They nodded in agreement.

"Alright. I will send a letter to Duryodhan", Karna said.

He went out as Urvi went to bring the things she wanted to give as a gift. She brought them and they discussed what she would like and packed them up.

"Ready?" Karna said.

Urvi nodded. "I will send you a letter and tell you about the happenings there", Urvi said.

They went to visit Hastinapura.
