After two months

Arjun was staying with Manipur princess only.

Another information shared by Draupadi to her sisters. Abhilasha sighed as she kept the letter back and Esha massaged her temples as Kalyani shook her head.

Karna went to Esha and started massaging her forehead making his wives smile.

The Kashi princesses had settled well. Latika and Ira were a month pregnant while Uditi and Abhirupa got pregnant a week ago.

Chandni was sitting on the bed. She had vomited after eating tamarind.

The Vaidya came and Karna looked on patiently as she checked whether Chandni was alright or not. She smiled big. "Congratulations! She's pregnant", she shared the good news and Karna smiled big.

"Thank you doctor", he said and escorted her out.

Karna came and kissed Chandni's forehead. She hugged him and he kissed her hair.

His gaze fell on Vedika, selflessly serving her sister wives. And, playing with the babies and twins. He smiled seeing it and then sighed. He didn't know if she will ever accept this marriage or not.

He went out to sit in the court and hear people's problems.

The time passed like this as he discussed the matters at hands and talked about the situations of other kingdoms, in case they had a danger from anyone. Every aspect needed to be checked. However, Hastinapura would fight with Anga as Anga came under them.

"I need to complete all matters. Queen Bhanumati can get labour pain anytime soon and I will be needed there", Karna told his ministers.

They nodded.

After completing everything, Karna dispersed the royal court and walked back to sit with his wives.

He stopped at his steps as he saw in front.

She was also walking in his direction, probably after checking the food arrangements in kitchen, even she was walking back to the common chamber.

She stopped as well when she caught him looking at her. His eyes were darkened with desires.

He wanted to cherish his wife and she felt her heart beats rising. She looked at him innocently as he came closer to her and she breathed heavily.

He was about to just pull her, but he stopped as he closed his eyes to calm himself down. He couldn't break her trust. His wife needed to give her consent to him. He couldn't just do what he wanted to do, unlike other men.

That's why, Vedika was so scared, at the first place!

"Arya", she called out softly and held his hands in her's. "You can go forward", she said gently and he opened his eyes.

"You don't need to force yourself", Karna said, removing his hands from her hold. "You have every right to wait till you feel okay, Vedika. I will wait as well", he said to her and she sighed with a smile.

"I don't need to fake anything, Arya", she said. "You have been very supportive to me. No man would be, in today's time. But, you waited and let me be comfortable. I don't need anything else. I want you to claim me. Do it Arya, I want it with my own will, please", she said, desperately.

She held his hands back and looked at him, hopefully.

And, that was it.

He picked her up in his arms and she wrapped her arms around his neck. He took her in her chamber and closed the doors. He lied her down on the bed and claimed her lips as he hovered above her, he kissed her passionately and she let him dominate her, quite happily.

He showered her neck with kisses and bites and trailed it towards her shoulders. He removed her dress after taking permission from her and got rid of his clothes as well.

And, just like, the night got filled with their moans and words of love as they made love towards each other.

In morning, Karna woke up and smiled at his wife as she slept peacefully, in his arms. He sat up and kissed her forehead. 

He had went to meet his wives after Vedika slept and wishing them goodnight, he came back. They all chuckled as they had guessed why Karna and Vedika were not there in the common chamber. And, they were happy as Vedika finally consented to take the marriage to next level.

Karna woke her up and she grinned at him. "It's morning, sweetheart", he said to her and she nodded. He picked her up as she enjoyed in his arms.

After getting ready, they came in the common chamber and Vedika sat on her bed and they started asking about the night as Karna shook his head and went.

It was followed by Vedika's whine, teasing from his other wives and loads of laughter.

Karna went back to complete his duties.

In afternoon, the soldier from Hastinapura came and informed Karna to leave for Hastinapura.

"I guess Hastinapura's next generation is coming", he said with a smile as he entered inside the common chamber and his wives smiled hearing it.

"I will go there", Karna said.

His wives nodded at him and he left for Hastinapura immediately. When he reached, he knew he was correct. Bhanumati was indeed in labour pain.

"Everything is going to be alright, Duryodhan", Karna tried to assure his friend.

"Alright?" Duryodhan asked.

"Really?" Duryodhan asked hopefully and Karna nodded. However, Bhanumati's shout came and Duryodhan panicked again.

"I need to go inside. She's in pain", Duryodhan whimpered and Karna smiled and hugged him. "Everything is alright", Karna said in a soothing voice. "You are becoming a father, be happy. It's alright", he whispered.

Duryodhan nodded with tears, hugging him back.

Soon, Chandramukhi came smiling with a baby girl in her arms and Maduri came with a baby boy in her arms.

Duryodhan broke down in tears seeing his children and Karna smiled as well. Karna took the baby boy and Duryodhan took the baby girl.

They cooed at the babies. "I need to go inside", Duryodhan said and Karna and he went inside to see Bhanumati, smiling at the realisation of becoming a mother.

"Our Laxman and Laxmana, Bhanu", Duryodhan said, emotionally as Bhanumati grinned with tears, as well. Karn smiled and gave Laxman to Bhanumati.

"You did the naamkaran as well", Karna laughed as Duryodhan smiled sheepishly. Duryodhan sat beside Bhanumati with Laxmana in his arms as they played with the babies and made them smile.

Karna chuckled and went out, to give them some time.
