After a day, Karna was back in Anga with Duryodhan and Dussahan.

Vrishali went in labour pain. "It's alright", Karna consoled his wife as she cried in pain. He caressed her hair and encouraged her to push.

And, they heard cries of babies.

He smiled in tears seeing two twin girls and kissed Vrishali's forehead.

Duryodhan and Dussahan played with the baby girls and brought them in the common chamber as Karna brought Vrishali, kissing her face repeatedly as she laughed.

He lied her on the bed as his wives smiled in tears seeing the Princesses. Karna kept the baby girls in the baby beds beside Vrishali's bed.

"We will roam in the kingdom for a while", Duryodhan smiled and kept his hand on Karn's shoulder. "You need some time with your wives", he smiled and Karna nodded back with a smile.

Duryodhan and Dussahan went.

"Draupadi gave birth to Yudhister's son, Prativindhya", Karna said as Abhilasha, Esha and Kalyani grinned while his other wives smiled as well.

After Two weeks

Vedika got pregnant as well.

Karna's happiness knew no bounds. He was having a big happy family.

"Draupadi is pregnant with Bheem's child", Karna announced. "Most probably, when Prativindhya will be one year old, his little sibling will be welcomed and Devika is pregnant as well along with Valandhara", Karna said.

"Chandramukhi and Mridula are pregnant as well with some other Kaurava ladies", Karna added.

Anga Queens were surprised and happy.

"Chitrangada is pregnant as well", Kalyani said, making everyone go silent. Draupadi was very upset at Arjun which was clear by the love she had for him and how she expected more from him than his brothers.

"Has Draupadi taken it well?" Karna asked.

"I don't think she would", Abhilasha said. "I am worried for her, Arya", she added and Karn moved towards her, keeping his hand on her head.

"Leaving these matters aside, Mata Kunti is coming here. She desires to see you all before she visits Indraprastha", Karna said.

His wives smiled hearing it.

"That's great", Urvi giggled. "It's been a long which since I saw her. I wish to meet her too", She said.

Karn smiled hearing it. "She will be present here within a while. She is coming with Priyamvada kaki and Vikarna", Karna said.

"I will try to finish my work in that time", he said and went.

Karna was doing his work when his thoughts roamed back to Priya and he sighed. He knew that thinking about him would frustrate him only and he had no option except moving on.

However, he couldn't help but worry. He didn't know why but he wasn't feeling good about it at all and he had a gut feeling that he was going to meet her again.

"Maharaj, Mata Kunti has entered the kingdom", Karna smiled big hearing it and nodded at the soldier. He rushed outside and saw Kunti, Priyamvada and Vikarna stepping upstairs.

Kunti smiled at Karna and he felt that same happiness. His eyes welled up with tears and he fell at her feet. He touched them with shaking hands and his tears fell on her feet.

He never got to know why he feels so emotional when he sees her?

"How are you, putr?" She asked with tears in her eyes. She was visiting her eldest and her daughters in law after a long while.

She had always longed to visit Karna just like her other sons and today it was getting fulfilled.

"Where are my daughters?" Kunti asked with a smile.

Karna smiled back. "They are inside. Come, I will take you", he said taking her. "Come Vikarna, Pranaam kaki", he said to Vikarna and greeted Priyamvada.

"Pranaam Angraj", Priyamvada said. Her tone sounded hoarse and her eyes felt blank. Karna immediately got an idea that Priya was really not okay.

They came inside and Vikarna went in his chamber, to rest for a while and then meet his bhabhis.

Kauravas had their own chambers in Anga like Karna had in Hastinapura.

Priyamvada was guided to the quarters, where all personal maids of royal women lived.

"Pranaam matashree", Anga Queens greeted her as soon as she entered inside. Kunti smiled in bliss seeing them and felt her heart swell with happiness seeing her grandchildren.

"How are you all?" Kunti asked sitting on the couch, Karna guided her to sit on.

Kunti made Karna sit beside him.

"We are well, mata. We miss sitting with you", Kirti said. Whenever they were in Hastinapura, they used to sit with Kunti and talk for a long time.

But it had been a long while since they went there, due to the pregnancies.

"I miss sitting with you all too. I feel quite lonely there now. Neither you are there, nor Draupadi. None of my six sons are there", Kunti said sadly. She meant it genuinely but Karna thought that Kunti considers him as her son as well, that's why she's saying six sons.

He felt really good at the reference of being her son.

"But mata, Kaurava ladies are there as well", Vrishali said with a smile.

Kunti shook her head. "The bonding I have with you all, it's void can't be filled by someone else", Kunti said with a slight smile and Karna and his wives smiled big hearing it.

They continued talking.

After a while, Kunti got up to go with Karn and see the kingdom. "Rest for a while", Kunti said. They exited the room. "Where's the kitchen, Karna?" Kunti asked with a smile.

"You need anything, mata?" Karna asked with a smile.

Kunti smiled and nodded. "I want to make food for my daughters", Kunti said excitedly. Karn frowned hearing it.

"You don't need to take trouble, maa. You came to visit us, that's enough. I can't make you work", Karna refused immediately.

Kunti sighed. "The things that you do by heart are not work. I desire to make food for them. You can't refuse me for this", Kunti said sternly.

"Your sons will think I misbehaved with you", Karna said.

"They will think only when they get to know about it and who will tell them?" Kunti asked and winked at her son. She went ahead as Karna smiled and followed her.

He wondered, how were those egoistic Pandavas her sons?
