JEN'S DINER

THE NEXT DAY. I'm sitting at the diner counter with a paper tray of tater tots and a soda pop.

My phone buzzes on the diner counter. I picks it up and looks at it. Amy Tooney

I answer my phone. "I got your threatening text message."

"You should know better than to think that you can ever cross me, Angie. But luckily for you, your Special Agent Mom, Sam, and Mrs. Kelly Gibbs, doesn't know that I'm The Ghoulface. If you give your Mom and Kelly Gibbs the slightest bit of hint or even make them suspicious, I will asks The Reptiles to descend on The Vipers." Amy Tooney said on the phone, threateningly.

"How do you know about The Vipers?" I asked her, bewilderedly.

Amy chuckles. "Like I said to you, I've gotten my spy eyes on you and your best friends." And she hangs up her phone.

3rd POV,
SOMERVILLE HIGH SCHOOL

Aiden is slowly wandering around in the half empty school hallway, with his hands in his green Somerville varsity jacket pockets.

"Hi, Aiden." Amy said, sitting on the sofa bench with her leg crossed over her other leg.

Aiden stopped walking upon looking at Amy Tooney. "What the hell are you doing here?"

"I'm here to see you of course." Amy said, with a sly, mischievous smirk, and decides to tease him a bit. "How's Gilmore? Have you two reconciled?"

"My relationship with Gilmore is none of your business, Amy." Aiden said. "And if you ever hurt Angie..."

"What? What will you do?" Amy asked, getting up to her feet, unfazed by Aiden's attempt to threaten her. "Do you even love Gilmore? Or are you just stringing her along?"

"I'm not stringing Gilmore along." Aiden said.

"But you don't have the same connection with her than with Angie? Admit it to yourself, Aiden." Amy said, walking up to him. "You don't love Gilmore like you love Angie, don't you? Admit it."

"I love Gilmore." Aiden said.

Amy grabs Aiden by his green varsity jacket and pulls him to her. "Admit it to yourself. You still want Angie, you're heart aches for her every time you see her with her boyfriend, Rowan Hardy, and you're jealous that you can't be with her anymore because you're stuck in a boring relationship with Gilmore."

"Okay, I don't love Gilmore as I love Angie. And yes, it sucks that I can't be with her. I should've told Angie I love her." Aiden said.

"Aiden?" Gilmore said.

Amy smiles, mischievously, and gently lets go of him. Aiden turns around behind him and looks at Gilmore.

"Seems like you two have some things to discuss." Amy Tooney said in her English accent, walking away.

Aiden and Gilmore exchange looks at each other.

"Gillie. Amy made me say those things."
Aiden said.

"Aiden, whether Psycho Amy made you say it or not, you and I both know that we've tried to work out our relationship, and it's clearly, it's not working out." Gilmore said.

"Gilmore?" Aiden said.

"Don't. We're done, Aiden." Gilmore said, and slowly walks away from him.

Aiden becomes gloomy about Gilmore breaking up with him. Again.

SAUNDERS HOME

I slowly walks into my bedroom and sees Aiden sitting on my ottoman. He and I exchange looks at each other.

"What are you doing here?" I asked.

"Amy Tooney was at Somerville High. And she made me say things that made me and Gilmore breakup. I don't know what to do, Angie." Aiden said to me.

"Why did you tell me that you love me?" I asked him.

"I don't know, I just did." Aiden said.

"That's bull-crap and you know it. You know, that night, outside of Jen's Diner, before I left for Oak Valley, you told me that you were dating Gilmore, and you weren't the guy for me. And so, I left it at that and moved on. Rowan loves me, and I love him. And you're just gloomily pissed off because you can't be with me now." I tell him, telling him off.

"I know you're choosing to resent me for not reciprocating my romantic feelings for you, and I get it." Aiden said.

"I don't resent you, Aiden. Miss. Lane told me that I reminded her of Miss. Violet." I said, slowly walking over to Aiden and sitting down beside him on my ottoman. "But anyhoo, I don't resent you. I couldn't resent you."

"I started dating Gilmore, but I noticed how gloomy you became after seeing me and her together." Aiden said. "Is that why you left for the therapy session program at Oak Valley? Because it gloomy pained you to see me with Gilmore?"

"To be honest, yeah. It did. But Rowan and I are together now. And I love him." I said to Aiden.

"I know." Aiden said.

"And why would you listen to Amy Tooney?" I said, bewildered.

"I'm a jerk." Aiden said.

"Amy Tooney is just getting started with her mischievous schemes." I said.

Aiden and I exchange worried looks at each other.

TAVERN BODGE LOCAL BAR AND LOUNGE CLUBHOUSE

That night, Sharron and I are sitting in a booth table with paper trays of tater tots and strawberry milkshakes.

"I have some college cash saved up and I'm gonna use it to make an speakeasy lounge." Sharron said to me.

"Oh, really? Sounds fun." I said with a smile.

"Yeah. And yes, I know you and the guys aren't old enough to drink, and so, I'm gonna have mock-tails as well." Sharron said to me. "And I already have a speakeasy lounge named Minxes."

" 'Minxes'?" I said to myself, liking the title. "Sounds pretty cool."

"Yeah. It's gonna be fun." Sharron said.

"Can't wait." I said.

Sharron and I exchange smiles at each other and we sips on our milkshakes with our straws.

3rd POV,
ANDERSON HOME

Zach slowly walks up the stairs and notices the door is opened and off its hinges. "Aiden?!"

Zach walks into the living room and looks around. He looks at a blood stain on the carpet floor and becomes worried about his best friend.

SILVER WOOD PSYCHIATRIC WARD

In a room, Aiden regains his conscious and finds himself laying on an air mattress.

Aiden slowly sits up straight and looks at Amy Tooney, who's sitting in on the windowsill, wearing a pair of brass knuckles. "What the hell am I doing here, Amy?"

"You're here because I want you here, Aiden." Amy Tooney said, slowly getting up and slowly walks up to him, eyeing him malevolently in her eyes with the light glimmering on the side of her face. "And if you want to remain in one piece, you will do exactly what I say."

Aiden looks at Amy Tooney, frighteningly, of what she has up her sleeves.
