Amit and other boys had caught the boy tightly by his collar. He was whimpering due to heavy beating. They dragged him near Swathi's lymph body.

"Look moron, what have you done?" I spat angrily pointing towards Swathi. He was injured but not scared at all. He looked like he was East Asian guy. May be Chinese or from places nearby. He had round face small eyes, chubby cheeks and flawless oily skin with fair complexion. Even though he was not dashing, he was quite good looking. Boy had intelligence and it could be identified from the way he walking. His accent was powerful and his fearless demeanour was very surprising. He was stern and had a spark .His warrior instincts were reeling from his moves. Even though he was my enemy and I wanted to rip his head off his body, I was quite impressed with this boy.

"I haven't done anything wrong. You people are filthy non human threats. You got what you deserved. You guys will die in the hell. You should be punished in worst possible ways for helping demon. You think people don't know about your existence and your dark desires of ruling humanity? No. People know you. They will come around one day and fill their army. You will be punished. Humanity will be safe. You want to kill me probably but killing me is not solution. It may make the group weak but it cannot destroy good powers. They will refresh their army and you people will never find them. Do whatever you can do. Your desires won't fulfil till the eternity." He barked. We all stood in ajar, the way he was speaking was incredible. This boy was really something. He had no fear of death and one more thing was he was not our enemy.

"Will you just shut up? Just stop blaming us. You are no one to judge us and how can you say we are demon supporters and not you? How in the world you know about power stimulation using old banyan tree stalk?" Amit hissed.

"I told you demon, we are army and I'm not leaking you any information. I am disgusted of you dirty little things. Just get away from me." The boy spat back. As all the protectors heard this, they started growing angry and started glowing vigorously.

"What the hell are you?" the boy asked when he saw all the people glowing in white colour. They spread their huge wings. I saw all these people for the first time. They looked amazing in white aura. Their huge wings were beautifully spread. They had white ring above their head. Their angelic faces were giving pleasant feelings; they had their feet slightly above the ground. I was gawking them wide eye and so was the boy. Only Amit had red aura surrounding him that indicated his anger.

"We are not demons. We are not on side of Cain. If you don't tell us anything, we will find out by own. We are protectors. Please stop accusing and tell me how to save our friend. If you don't believe us , hit us with the banyan bullet . It won't affect us but you have treated these bullets with something that is the reason why Swathi is stimulated and can't heal, but she won't be dead unless you tell us what you have treated bullets with?"Amit greeted his teeth in anger but still he was controlling himself.

"Are you gone crazy Amit? You are asking him to hit you with that bullet? He is not trustable. He may kill you." I tried to stop Amit .

"I know it's risky but to save Swathi, I have to do this. Taking chance is only option." Amit said ready to get hit by boy. I know Amit was right we had to take risk but we could not lose the protector .He was an angel and I needed him to fight against demon.

"Look boy, I am ready to get hit with banyan bullet but don't hit me with poison treated bullet that is created to kill supernatural. If you say you are against Cain, then you cannot cheat. We are against Cain too. So if you do that mistake ,you will lose two of your army assets against the demon. You must know that old banyan bullets are holy. It stimulates power of super naturals for sometime if super natural are on good side and if a supernatural is on favour of dark side, it destroys the power permanently or it kills them." Boy nodded knowing what he had to do. Thankfully no one argued.

"Amit, please don't do this." I grabbed his arm and tried to stop him from taking this decision.

"We have to save Swathi. Do you want to lose her?" He pulled his arm and walked away. I had no intentions of stopping him because I knew he was right. We had to save my best friend.

Raj and veer handled gun to boy. Boy filled the gun with bullets. Raj stood exactly behind the boy ready to attack him at the instant if the boy tried to act too smart and attacked everyone.

The boy aimed his gun and fired bullet on Amit. It hit Amit with speed and Amit was thrown backwards. At the instant bullet hit Amit , his aura started fading , his wings were gone . He hit ground with thud. Veer pulled gun from boy's hands.

"If he is not evil, he will recover fast." Boy said.

And he was right. The bullet was thrown out of Amit's body as soon it entered his body. Since he was angel and never done any sin, his body wasn't damaged too much.Monica healed him with her powers. The boy hung his head in shame. I had slight idea of what was happening but I was not sure about Amit's powers now. He looked pale and his aura had left him making him look very weak and tired

"You Okay?" I enquired placing my hand on his arm. He was missing his body heat. His skin was cold.

"I am fine." Amit replied with faint smile.

"He is powerless for entire life?" I was too worried for Amit and concerned about his powers.

"No. He will regain it shortly because he is not evil. If he was dark desired then he would have not been alive or healed so fast."The boy said.

"What about her?" We asked in unison pointing at Swathi.

"You guys will heal her with your powers. Once her wounds are closed I will give her antidote." Boy said.

They nodded and powered Swathi and after few seconds her open wounds and cut was nowhere to be seen.

"Why are these bullets glowing? And why she can't come to her senses?" Monica asked.

"She cannot heal because those are poisonous. If we don't hurry up then she will die slowly. I had treated them chemically with cyanide, Sulphuric acid, neon particles and electrode. I will explain some other time. Let her give antidote first." Saying this he pulled a bottle with some solution and a syringe and injected into Swathis arm.

After few minutes Swathi stirred from her place and we hugged her. She was weak from bullet hit and blood loss. Raj picked her into arms.

"I think it's too late. I stay in boys hostel .I'm Second year student from SIET. This jungle is dangerous and owned by Cain and his followers for their wrong purpose. It's not safe right now and don't use powers here. Tell this girl to be safe." he said pointing to me.

"She is new to this. A human with extra ordinary powers ." Raj said not liking the boy.

"My name is Axel Nick Aquino. I will tell you my story some other day. May be I will tell you and know yours story tomorrow. I want to inform army about you guys first. We need to protect this girl. If Cain knows about her, he may kidnap her and use her powers for wrong purpose." My mouth hung open as he said this. A shudder ran through my body as and once again I realised that I cannot deny my fate and it was taking me to place where I belonged to.

We started walking towards hostel. Amit was sore but he was walking. Rest of walk was pretty awkward. No one said anything.

"What were you doing here Axel?" I asked him.

"Here means? In woods? I was hunting. I felt your energy. Green energy and I followed you. You were wild. I thought you are destructive and decided to destroy you before you destroy someone." Axel replied. I knew he was not wrong. The way I behaved, I seemed to be demon.

"You mean you wanted to kill me?" Fear of death was visible on my face.

"Yes. I thought you were Cain's supporter; I would have killed you because I am supposed to kill the demons supporters. I am hunter. I killed many supporters of Cain. This area is Cain's private area for carrying his dark activities and I always roam here to keep check on him and his followers and report their activities to army. That's why I said that you should not be seen in the woods specially while using your powers or during night." Axels informed me that the woods were dangerous and occupied with Cain's dark followers.

"Axel? Do you think we will be able to defeat him?" I asked out of blue. Everyone stopped in their tracks.

"What did you say? Did I hear it wrong?"Amit asked. His eyes were twinkling out of happiness.

"Stop behaving like you are in big surprise Amit. I know you guys would have convinced me or force me somehow to accept destiny chosen for me. I am accepting my destiny. I will do what I have to do to save human race." I was very sure now that I could not run anywhere. There was no way that I would have been coward and run away. Finally I had blood of mother who sacrificed herself for human race and peace.

"You think that we would have forced you?" Raj mocked anger and hurt. "Well then you are right. We would have." His mocking hurt now turned into wicked grin. Axel was confused but he didn't not ask anything. May be he did not find it comfortable to ask since we met just now and I was glad that he kept space between us.

"I would have hit you hard in face if you had not carried Swathi." I hissed on him but soon another realisation hit me. We were out and it was too late. Most probably the hostel gates must have closed and there was no way that we knew the shortcuts to our rooms plus Swathi was still passed out and we could not enter from windows or other ways without her.

"Axel, how will you enter in the hostel? It's too late?" I asked question to Axel in attempt to hide my fears because we would have certainly grounded and there was no escape.

"I stay on first floor. I climb from drainage pipes to window and get in. Plus I stay alone in room so no problem with anyone asking me." He replied simply.

"Wait. How will you people get in? She is not in good condition and we cannot go there. We cannot even ask authorities to open gates because we left hostel campus without permission." Now Axel had panic look too. He knew that we were in deep problem

We reached hostel and according to our expectation the gates and doors were closed. A fear started rising in pit of my stomach with the thought of punishment and problem that we might face but Veer was in hysterics.

"What are we Avni?" he said between his laughter and I got confused.

"Protectors angels." I said and then I realised they were powerful and could teleport themselves anywhere. My lips twitched into smile.

"What are you waiting for? Let's go." Veer open the portal and we entered in it. Axel stood there with his mouth open wide. I put finger under his chin and forced him to close his mouth and dragged him in portal with us.

The portal opened in Swathi's room. Most of the hallways of hostel were empty. I thought everyone must have slept but I was surprised. People were gathering in the hall.

I glanced at watch my mouth hung open because it was just or dinner time. We weren't too late. Our encounter with Axel was not too long as it seemed to be. It was just matter of few minutes.

"This cannot happen. I was out for hours. This can't be true. The old banyan bullet victim takes long time to heal and one thing I am pretty sure about is, the time is going slow and unnatural. Axel said. He was not only confused but he was in fear.

"All started looking at me. You did?" They asked.

"No. I don't know." I was now more confused. It was not possible because I never ever wished about the time while this incident was going on.

"We have to find this out. Right now you go for dinner; we should get going because we have to be present for dinner too. Don't think too much and call us if you need us." Veer said and opened portal and with snap of eyes they were gone.

We had to act like nothing happened. I hope I can act like that. I will bath and we will say Swathi is not feeling well. Ok?

"Relax Avni . They don't know that we had been out. Stop being vulnerable. If they see you like this, they will understand that something is wrong." Sweta opened her mouth for first time.

"You can speak? I thought you can't." I attempted to act normal and ease the environment but earned slap from swetha.

"Be fresh and come fast downstairs." Monica ordered.

"So you are my new Madam in charge." I stuck my tongue to Monica and went to my room. This was long day already and I couldn't help but wonder what destiny had written in my future.

I quickly came down in hall. Dinner was good but I had no appetite as my mind was too busy to elaborate what was happening. I quickly came to my room. Saaj and Gati were nowhere to be seen. I quickly got under my sheets and drifted to sleep without thinking much.
