1. No conflict that involves murder.
Must be taken outside the town boundaries.
2. Residents have a right to bare arms only in self-defense. Especially during the Purge.
3. Any outside or visiting demons must have a special pass to get past the town's barrier. They must also not have any weapon unless authorized.
4. Demons wishing to move in the town must go through a screening process and background check. They must also show proof that they had minor sins that could easily be overlooked.
5. No cannibalism is allowed.
6. All residents must stay indoors during the annual Purge and be barricaded until the event ends.
7. Newly fallen demons that land in town will be under the tutelage of the co-leaders of the town to improve their own lives for 6 months.
8. No trespassing on grounds of the Azure Forest after 10pm.
9. No distribution of drugs, alcohol, or smuggled products from the black market.
10. Any infraction of the rules will result in a disciplinary review depending on how severe the crime.
11. If a violent demon invades the town through unknown means, contact co-leaders immediately.
