02 | Angel's sin is way to Earth

Nini nudged the younger's arm and gestured her to initiate the topic they'd been planing for ages. Rosé nodded with a wry expression, a small part of her was drenched with guilt already, and now pulling in her buddy seemed really incoherent to her--but when she said the same thing to Nini, she was being taunted, "that's what friends are for."

Rosie vaguely inclined to the statement and to prevent any more argument had agreed to convince her best friend. She stepped forward pretty hesitantly, and tapped Lili's shoulder who was busy watching the baseball match taking place in Yokohama Stadium, she was using her only orbuculum for zooming in to the screen. Being in clouds is sometimes boring with no energetic games and sports, and to haul out of it, animated and ebullient angels like Lili and Nini try out human things--like eating cotton candy. That's a different thing that Nini's pretty lazy when it comes to moving muscles more than she wants to.

"Lili."

Rosie softly lipped, watching her soulmate's back, who was sitting across Felicity Celestial Park, in one of the reserved benches. Her low voice didn't even whistle around the ear drums of the silver-blonde haired girl, preoccupied in the humanish game; her mind totally focused over the event taking place on Earth and ears desecrated with the noises of the mob, jiggling and squirming in the stadium with excitement and thrill. The lord's daughter sometimes wondered how did they even understand each other's in-depth emotions from afar and sometimes, even being around didn't help em to sense each other. It was confusing how they held the same string and felt the same vibrations but other times, even holding hands didn't help penetrate through each other's hearts.

"She's using stellar-ear plugs for listening, misuse of magic again," Nini sighed and rolled her eyes, " if she's doing it already, why not teleport to Earth and enjoy in real, such dumbie she is."

Rosie mentally facepalmed as for a split second she thought the elder is displeased coz the the younger just committed a sin--angels aren't suppose to use their magic for entertainment purposes; it's a misdemeanor. Sometimes the restrictions that the laws laid over em made even the most obedient Rosie wonder who created them, coz if it was god then where was he, they surely never met him instead of the fact that angels are known as messengers of god.

She often wondered how are some sins or wrongdoings minor and others major, but all they were taught was to follow what they are following--no questions raised against god or his policies. And those who rebelled against it were labelled with the tag of fallen angel or dark angel; who are cast out of heaven. She was just worried to get the same tag, and that's what made her worry about when she heard the decision of sending her to Earth. Nini poked her arm from behind, drifting her back to reality and she palmed Lili's shoulder to chase her attention.

Lili turned her head with grimace showcasing over her face, she hated it when she was caught misusing her magic even by her friends. She clicked her fingers against each other, and the crystal sphere landed on her lap, and the ear-plugs disappeared. "You going?" she asked curling her brows.

"Not leaving you alone, no chance," Rosé mumbled, partly amused and surprised how smoothly she let out those words, indicating that she was ready to oblique to the plans wholeheartedly. "We have strategies to take you with us."

"I'm into it!" Lili excitedly groaned and curled her thin skeleton like arms around the girl in front. And as their skin crashed against each other, Lili shivered, "Chipmunk, are you scared or nervous? why is your heart so cold?"

Rosé was taken aback when Lili whispered those words in her ear, she was never sure that Lili could understand the enshrouded emotions so well--at times it scared her that how well her emotions can be read by Lili, like an open book and she was insecure about it.

The black haired girl behind coughed intentionally to lure their attentions, "am I being forgotten? The plan's mine."

Lili giggled and pulled the envious lady closer to condense in her embrace. "So what's the plan?" she asked as soon as they pulled off. A smirk got plastered over Nini's face. "Now, what's with that suspense Ruby? "

"Who's your selene? Tell me it's a guy," Ruby muttered, anticipating an assertive reply, while Roseanne was simply muffling her soft chuckles.

"Yes, perhaps, I never bothered to see," Lili spoke with a straight face, to which Ruby narrowed her eyes.

"Don't joke around, we don't have time for jokes. Anyhow I remember he was a guy."

"Yes, chipmunk, he is a guy."

"What?!" Lili exclaimed in astonishment, her eyes went wide open and her crown frilled with white lilies, and pink and purple asters-- about to blow off her head with the vigorous tilt of her head.

"You heard her right, now your selene is gonna be the key to Earth, with us," Rosie said, sipping the strawberry milkshake that is very trending in Felicia recently. Lili started fidgeting her fingers around her hair, her eyes switching from one direction to the other but Rosie's direction. "But the final decision is yours, we are not forcing you."

"But . . . " Lili gulped the words which were supposed to come out of her throat. She was skeptical about the whole idea and she didn't know how to put that in words, plus the majority of the uncertainty was because of her muddled emotions towards it. "If it's about you two and Soya, I guess I'm ready to take the risk."

"You sure you can convince the custodians about it," Rosie asked as she placed her hand over Lili's and squeezed the back of her palm to reassure her--she's good at persuading, no doubt.

"Of course she can," Nini pinched the cheek of the youngest, aka Lili's, and wrapped her hands around hers. "She's after all like me."

Rosie cringed at the amount of clingy-ness Ruby was glorifying, which was gluey and cute at the same time. The bond between em was something very outraging and holy destruction indeed. If Lili's fuel then Nini's fire and they both made the power couple--compact and indestructive--something with which angels and demons won't like to mess up with.

" Rosé, what's it, your flower crown is growing buds of white chrysanthemum?" Lili asked, as she noticed the new glow on the ring, and a known smile made it's way on her lips in realization --new buds of flower arise as new magic starts lingering around or within. Roseanne was maturing in her skills and it was symbolic of it, her roses were now accompanied by chrysanthemums- a flower that holds a deep meaning; fidelity, optimism, joy & long life.

"White ones are symbolic of truth and loyal love, seems like you're gonna meet your significant other soon," Nini teased as she tickled Lili's arm, wriggling her brows at the other. Rosie just simpered shyly, her already pink cheeks generating reddish shades.

"Nini is just jealous coz she just got yellow sunflowers to brag about."

"No, they are gold, now, don't forget I've got this daffodil's buds too for since like two glissando," Ruby retorted slapping the younger's hand softly, whilst Rosie watching this just laughed out. Each angel have different types of buds or flowers according to the type of magic they've rolled up under their sleeves, which is spiritually abridged with their emotions and fate too, indeed the 'magic ministry' is quite reliable when it comes to the type of crowns it creates. Ruby's daffodil's were symbolic of chivalry as well as new beginnings, and perhaps an eternal life.

Now they were having just one by fifteenth of glissando left before their punishment starts, in human Math, two more days.

Umm... How's the book going? Not sure if it's Living up to the mark haha. But again, I just combined the meaning of flowers with their 'flower crowns' linking em with their fates and emotions. Damn, I love learning about flowers haha.

I'll explain the that of Lili's and and Soya's crowns' flowers' meaning later. Lol.
