Sunaina stood quietly at the edge of the room and watched Nilay who was sleeping on the floor.

The first light of morning slipped through the curtains and giving his face a warm glow. His dark hair was a little messy, and his slow and steady breaths made her heart feel full.

He, her ANGEL looked peaceful and safe, and she felt a strange joy knowing he was now hers.

"My husband", Sunaina murmured softly while staring at his face.

Sunaina had not expected to feel this happy after getting married. A gentle smile spread across her face as she moved closer, careful not to wake him.

Sunaina knelt beside him, her heart soft and protective. It was their first morning as husband and wife, and seeing him so relaxed, with no barriers between them, made her feel something deep inside.

She reached out, but her fingers stopped just above his face. She wanted to touch him but knew he needed his rest.

Watching him like this felt special, like she was the only one who could see him so calm and unguarded. Her eyes lingered on his lips, the curve of his eyelashes and the quiet stillness of his sleep.

In that quiet morning light, with the world just beginning to wake up, Sunaina made a promise to herself.

She would protect him, her husband, her love- with everything she had. He was hers now, and she wouldn't let anything take him away. She laid down next to him and snuggle into his arms, enjoying his warmth and scent of his body.

"My man is so beautiful", She thought as she continued to stared at him.

Nilay's eyes fluttered open, and for a moment, he was disoriented as his gaze was blurred with sleep.

As his vision cleared, he saw Sunaina kneeling beside him and her face was inches away from his.

Startled, he drew in a quick breath and his body was tensing. Her presence, so close and so quiet, took him by surprise.

His eyes widened as he was caught off guard by the intensity of her gaze. It was warm and possessive, yet tender.

For a second, he didn't move, just staring back at her and feeling confused and something he couldn't quite name.

It was both strange and comforting to wake up to her like this as her eyes holding him captive.

But something clicked in his brain and their conversation of the previous night flooded in his head. All her vulgarness and shamelessness accelerated his heart as he yelled, "What are you doing here? Why did you sneak into bed next to me?".

Sunaina blinked her eyes as she looked calm but she was already at the stage one of hornyness.

"I was just looking at you. I didn't do anything wrong with you?", Sunaina replied but Nilay covered his body with duvet and asked, "Are you sure you did not do anything to me?".

Sunaina mentally rolled her eyes as she said, "I did not even lay a finger on you. Why did not you trust me? I'm your wife even if I have rights on you. I will not rail you in your sleep".

Nilay's eyes widened at her blunt tone.

"Then go away and stop touching me", Nilay said as he stood up from ground.

"I was just....", Sunaina did not know what to tell him. He was exaggerating the matter unnecessary.

Suddenly his eyes landed on her clothes.

Sunaina was wearing one of Nilay's black shirts and he felt his heart skip a beat. The shirt hung loosely on her slender frame as the sleeves were rolled up to reveal her delicate wrists. The fabric fell to mid-thigh and swayed gently as she moved and gave her an effortless beauty that made it hard for him to look away.

The deep black of the shirt contrasted perfectly with her warm skin, and the way she wore it, with the top buttons casually undone that hinted at both confidence and comfort.

Her wet hair was slightly tousled and falling in soft waves around her shoulders, and she seemed completely at ease, as if she belonged there in his clothes.

A small smile played at the corner of her lips as if she knew the effect she was having on him.

The sight of her in his shirt- something so simple yet so intimate, made his chest tighten.

Nilay stared at her in disbelief and he could feel his heart flip as if caught off guard by how breathtaking she looked.

She was standing in his room, wrapped in his shirt, and for the first time, it hit him just how much she was a part of his life now.

A part he didn't want to let go.

Sunaina noticed his reaction and her smile widened slightly.

"What?", she asked playfully.

But Nilay didn't answer. he couldn't.

"You don't have any shame", Nilay blurted out as he stormed inside the washroom.

"What's his problem?", Sunaina thought as her brows were slightly furrowed.

She reached for her phone and quickly dialed a number.

"Nora! Bring my things here", she said quietly but firmly when the call connected.

From inside the washroom, Nilay heard Sunaina's words and a minute later, he also heard the faint sound of Nora's response on the door.

Sunaina opened the door, looked at Nora as her expression was unreadable, and she turned her attention back to the washroom and observed how Nilay's shadow was visible on the floor of the door frame.

Nora handed her belongings.

"My pookie is so cute", She thought as she changed her clothes and said, "Where's my gun?".

Nora handed over her gun.

Sunaina quickly tucked in back of her pants and asked while combing her hair, "What's the update?".

Nora glanced at the washroom door and said, "Mouse is running from one hole to another and finally meet a fat snake there. And that rabbit who was caged by you, ran away from the cage in search of its babies".

Sunaina's eyes turned darker. She understood the meaning behind Nora's words.

Mouse- Divita... Fat snake- one of members of Python and Rabbit was the driver who was locked in the dungeon.

"Who helped the rabbit?", Sunaina asked her.

"His old ally, the Gardner of the mansion, one of our members", Nora explained.

"Cool! We will leave tomorrow morning. Be prepared everything. Do you find out the hole of the fat snake?", Sunaina asked Nora who replied to her, "All is set".

"We will go to meet the fat snake tomorrow. What about the Lockwood?", Sunaina asked and Nora immediately reported, "Lockwood got a key for this".

"Wonderful! Let's catch the mouse tomorrow as well", Sunaina said and with a nod, Nora left the bedroom, leaving Sunaina standing by the door, watching Nilay's moving shadow on the floor.

Sunaina stepped out of the room and found Aashmaan who was doing her morning prayers. She looked around and found that no one was there.

Her father-in-law , sister-in-law and sister-in-law's in-laws - no one was around Aashmaan at that time.

She quickly hugged Aashmaan from her back, startling Aashmaan and said, "Thank you, Mom. For everything".

Aashmaan turned around and stared at Sunaina as she asked, "Why are you thanking me?".

Sunaina beamed in happiness and said excitedly, "Thanks for remembering me. Thanks for helping me in kidnapping you and letting me marry your son".
