Her soft slender fingers traced his chapped lips. His eyes were closed and face had lost its color.

The beep sound of the machines hooked with his body made her heart stumped.

Something stirred in her heart. His dead pale face made her heart accelerated unknowingly.

She took a deep breath and continued to look at him, "Your Cruelty is hidden behind the curtains of your golden brown eyes".

She thought and Suddenly, loud footsteps made her withdraw her hand away from him.

Jaykesh entered the ICU of the hospital in which Avyaan was under observation.

He glanced at her and She looked down and took a deep breath again.

"Buba ! How is he?", She asked him.

Jaykesh had a deep frown as he looked at her and replied, "He is fine and will get his consciousness back soon".

"Good to hear but where is Naina?", She asked him, who shook his head negatively, "Don't ask about her because I can't reply to you".

"But Buba, He is lying down in the hospital and Naina is not present here. Isn't it weird?", She asked as he glanced back at Avyaan and then returned her gaze to Jaykesh.

"Princess is your best friend. So you can also know what is running in her devilish head, right, Tarana?", Jaykesh exclaimed truthfully and Tarana - one and only friend of Sunaina sucked her breath.

Her eyelashes trembled as her breathing labored, "How could she do something like this? Isn't this dangerous? Anything can happen with her".

Then he looked at Tarana and asked, "Tarana Beta (Child), Do you want to eat something?"

"Oh then what about Coffee?", He asked her and she smiled.

Both Jaykesh and Tarana left the ICU room. Tarana sat down near the ICU door. Jaykesh went away and Avyaan's bodyguard Kian and his right hand man SHARK were there, protecting their King.

They seemed to be calm but inside a havoc was brewing because of Sunaina.

Kian dialed the number of Sunaina's team members but it was out of reach.

Both Kian and Shark looked at each other as if they were sending Silent messages to each other. - 'Something is Off'-

On the other hand, The head of PYTHONS was screaming in pain as the team of doctors were treating him.

"I will kill that bitch. How dare she? She destroyed my eye. I'll pull out both of her eyes and chop her body", The leader screamed again.

And suddenly a henchman of PYTHONS came and said, "Leader, We lost her".

The leader kicked that henchman and roared, "I want her. I want her alive at any cost. Do you get that?".

"Yes, Leader"

The PYTHONS said together and the leader laughed hysterically and said, "I'll kill the 'KING' and all members of 'SCORPION SATAN' and made her my personal wh*re".

Somewhere in Shimla, inside a Gothic-style building, a beautiful home was decorated and in that home, An elderly man was speaking continuously and another young man was listening to him calmly.

"Who is she? No one knows about her? How can you take anyone from the street to my house?", That elderly man spoke poisonously.

That young man looked at him, "Uncle ! Please try to understand the situation and it's not only your house. It's a hospital as well".

"Huh? Yeah It's a hospital as well but why did she come in the hospital through the backside of the door?", That elderly man said loudly.

"Uncle?", That young man said softly.

"What? Why are you looking at me? Did I say anything wrong? You should understand the fact that it's dangerous. Who knows what kind of girl she is?", That elderly man spoke and a young man stared at him.

"Uncle ! Trust me. Nothing will happen", That young man said.

"How could you say something like this? You don't live here, that's why You know nothing about the city. I know it's a tourist place but the locals have broken dead bones. The local-lites are involved with the bad people and local Elites prevents themselves from crossing the same path with them and - - ", That elderly man was talking without taking a break and breathing that started giving them a headache.

And suddenly, a deep masculine voice boomed in the room, "Are you done?"

That caused that elderly man to pursed his lips tightly and stop speaking.

They all looked at the source of the voice and found an angelic face coming out of a room.

That young man moved towards him and asked, "Nilay! Is everything fine?".

Nilay looked at the young man who was his best friend named Shlok Mehta and Then he looked at that elderly man. His eyes were too hard and cold. If looks could kill a person. Then that elderly man would not be alive.

That elderly man pursed his lips annoyingly while looking at them and then his eyes found his wife who just came out of the Operation theater where she did perform an urgent surgery.

He looked at his wife who was soaked in sweat. He rushed towards him and asked, "Is that girl dead or alive?".

Hearing his blunt words, made Nilay's inner sleeping devil awake but before he could act or say, Shlok said, "Uncle, Please don't talk like this".

That doctor said in a scolding tone, "Husband, Everything is fine. Now calm down, Okay".

Nilay's eyes were too hard and face was Expressionless as he looked at the Doctor and said, "Thank you Aunty, It was an unavoidable situation and I can't take her to any other hospital. This Kid was bleeding so much. I needed help, that's why I contacted Shlok and he told me to come here with that kid. You are a surgeon and your home and hospital are in the same building".

Doctor looked at Nilay whose cold eyes were wavering back and forth to that elderly man and then to the doctor.

Lady Doctor knew how her husband was so she smiled stiffly and said to Nilay, "No, It's okay. I am happy that I could be of use to you and help you. Fortunately, Today, I did not have any patience to attend or perform surgery. but right now, she needs blood immediately. She already bleeded too much. I had removed the bullet. Wounds are not very deep and did not touch her organ but she needs to take care of herself. There's no record of her being admitted to this hospital so I can't use the hospital blood bank for the transfusion"

"Oh! Don't worry. I can give her my blood. I am a universal donor and I am clean", Shlok said immediately after knowing that Sunaina needed blood.

Doctor looked at her nephew and smiled softly. Her husband seemed to be annoyed by them and the overall situation as he cursed them in his heart.

On the other hand, Nilay who stood calmly and quietly glanced at Shlok and did not know why but he did not like the idea of giving blood of shlok to that kid but he did not understand what was wrong with him. However , he was very well aware of the danger that kid was dealing with, whose name was unknown to him.

Nilay took a deep breath and at the next moment he found Shlok lying down on the other side and her bed was beside Shlok.

The process of blood transfusion started and Something hit his heart. Something was different at this moment. Her face was completely pale as a white sheet. Her small body frame seemed smaller than before.

"Go outside and take a rest. You were with me for the entire surgery", Doctor Aunty said and Uncle looked bewilderedly at him, "Do you know her?"

Nilay took a deep breath and shook his head, "No!".

"Then why are you caring so much for a stranger?", Uncle asked him but he did not reply to him.

"Because she requested me to hide her, protect her and I am fulfilling her request and my promise", Nilay thought as his eyes found his jacket and shirt inside the dustbin.
