Sunaina stood tall as her stance was radiating confidence and defiance. Her dark, almond-shaped eyes narrowed and focused intently on the figure before her.

A devilish glint danced within them and reflected the fierce determination she carried.

Her lips curled into a sly, almost predatory smile as she addressed the figure before her, "I won't back down from a challenge."

Her voice was firm and resonating with an underlying strength that could only come from someone who had faced countless trials and emerged victorious.

She tilted her head slightly and studied figure with an air of amusement, as if she were already planning her next move.

"Let's see what you've got, Mr. Joseph Lockwood," Sunaina continued and her tone was dripping with a mix of mockery and anticipation.

The challenge was clear, and Sunaina was ready to play the game as she fully aware that she would do whatever it took to come out on top.

Joseph Lockwood's cold blue eyes met hers without a hint of emotion and his face had an unreadable mask.

He stood tall and composed and exuded an air of calm authority that seemed almost unnatural. His tailored suit clung to his broad frame, a subtle testament to his wealth and power.

"So you know me, huh?", He said, simply observing her as if weighing her worth.

His gaze was piercing but there was no flinch in Sunaina's demeanor.

'How can I forget the face of the right hand man of an American mafia leader, huh?", Sunaina said and her voice was dripped with a mix of sarcasm and steel.

Her statement was clear and paused and was a sharp reminder of the dangerous world they both inhabited.

It was clear that she had not forgotten who he was or how much power he had, yet there was no fear in his voice - only a challenge.

Joseph's expression didn't falter, but there was a flicker of acknowledgment in his eyes. Without a word, he stepped forward, closing the distance between them.

The air between them cracked with tension as he stood before her.

The stakes were high, and they both knew it. But as the challenge hung in the air, it was clear that neither would back down easily.

"Absolutely correct," Joseph replied and his voice was steady and unruffled.

His eyes remained fixed on Sunaina as he noticed that her expression was a mixture of contempt and amusement, as if she was enjoying the acknowledgment of his dangerous identity.

It was clear she wasn't intimidated by him-in fact, it seemed to fuel her resolve.

He appreciated her boldness, even as he remained on guard, knowing that someone with such a devilish glint in their eyes was not to be underestimated.

But Sunaina didn't waste any more time. Her smirk faded as it was replaced by a steely resolve as she cut straight to the point, "Where is my member?".

Her voice was sharp and authoritative. There was no trace of the playfulness in it and it was all about business now.

Joseph's expression remained impassive and the tension between them grew thicker.

"I want answers for a few questions," Joseph Lockwood stated and his tone left no room for argument.

"You are in no position to play twenty questions games with the devil princess of Scorpion Satan", Sunaina said as she pursed her lips tightly and her eyes were narrowing.

The tension between them sharpened and, each of them prepared for the inevitable clash of wills.

"You killed my subordinate", Joseph said and Sunaina's gaze turned into a sword, ready slash him.

"Because he dared to hurt my man.", Sunaina roared as her patient ended up the moment Joseph mentioned Nilay.

Joseph stared at her and Sunaina's gaze was unwavering as she looked straight into his eyes.

"I cannot tolerate anyone hurting my man or even trying to hurt him", Sunaina said and her words explained how much she was fiercely protective of Nilay.

She was unwilling to tolerate any harm or even the slightest threat directed toward him. Her loyalty and devotion to him were clear, and she would go to great lengths to ensure his safety.

"Your man, huh? Your man seduced my wife. He is trying to steal her from me", Joseph said as his veins popped out from his head.

Hearing these words for Nilay, Sunaina's eyes blazed as she said coldly, "Khuli hui tijori ko lutne ki jarurat nahi padti".

Joseph did not understand but got a hint that Sunaina mocked him.

Sunaina rolled her eyes while looking at his speechless face and said arrogantly, "Did you lose your screw in your country? Can't you see that your wife is pestering my man. How did you become a mafia, huh?".

Joseph growled as he pulled his gun out of the back of his pant and raised at Sunaina whose brows furrowed together.

"Do you think you can act recklessly and will go away easily?", Sunaina asked him.

Joseph stared at her, "You came here alone. Just for a subordinate? Is not if too foolish?".

Sunaina's lips curled into a faint smile as she spoke and her voice carried a hint of mockery, "The mafia operates on its own principles, laws, and regulations. Don't you even have basic knowledge of that?"

"You," Joseph snarled through gritted teeth. Sunaina chuckled and flicked her hand dismissively.

"Do you really think, 'I'—the Princess of the Scorpion Satan and the Devil of the mafia world—would be here with you all alone? That you could harm me and walk away as if the underworld wouldn’t care?", Sunaina said as her eyes bore into his eyes.

"My brother will wipe out every existence and traces of your mafia gang," Sunaina declared and her voice was steady.

Joseph's eyes narrowed dangerously as he raised his gun and locked the target on her.

Sunaina remained calm and there was no fear in her eyes when she met Joseph's gaze and asked, "Where is the member?".

Her voice was cool and steady.

Joseph clenched his jaw as frustration was evident in his voice, "I don’t want to see Nilay Khanna anywhere near my wife."

"Where is the member?", Sunaina repeated and her tone was turning icy as she stared him down.

"Didn’t you hear me? I said control that fucker —" Joseph’s words were abruptly cut off by his own scream.

"Aahhh!" he yelled in pain.

Joseph looked down in shock and, spotted a small gun in Sunaina's hand and blood was gushing out of his right shoulder, staining his clothes and gun fell down on the floor.

The unexpected pain sucked his soul.

"You", Joseph tried to grab his gun but Sunaina kicked on his stomach as he staggered backward and shit another bullet on his left hand.

"I asked you kindly three times, and you refused to answer," Sunaina hissed, her voice filled with fury. "But then you had the audacity to use foul language about 'my' man. Who gave you the right to speak ill of him, huh?"

Suddenly, dozens of armed men entered the house. They were all Joseph's gang members.

"Lock her", Joseph said as his voice was cold and authoritative.

His gang men surrounded her. One of the members quickly supported Joseph.

Sunaina’s eyes flickered with irritation as she addressed Joseph with a biting tone, "Firstly, tell me where the member is, and secondly, before you make another mistake, consider your wife."

Joseph's eyes widened as he groaned in pain. His both hands were numb and were blooded. 

"Let's go", Joseph said but suddenly the door got locked and everyone startled.

"Do you think you can come and go by yourself? This is my place and my rule runs here. You can't leave here without my permission", Sunaina said as she raised her gun and aimed at Joseph whose heart was filled with fear.

"These mountains, this valley, this mist, this wind, this night, this rain, this fear and this orgy of death, all are mine. Belongs to the Devil - Devil of Scorpion Satan and you are standing on my land so think twice before speaking and think thrice before taking any steps", Sunaina said and Joseph's head buzzed slightly as he was losing blood so much.

Joseph nodded at his member who take a girl into the room and threw her at the ground.

Sunaina looked at the young girl whose face was beaten up and had bruises.

She blinked as her chest heaved up and down fastly as if she was controlling her wrath.

"Go out, now", Sunaina said to the member who nodded hastily and ran out of the room.

Sunaina looked at Joseph and his gang men and said in a coldest tone, I'm saying this for the last time Lockwood so lock my words into your frozen brain. I will kill your wife first and then will chop your balls if you ever look at my man and think of hurting him. Today, you faced just a small trailer of my insanity. I don't want to show the full movie to you".

"Take him to the hospital", Sunaina said to the gang men who quickly carried Joseph.

"Joseph Lockwood! Don't you dare to play behind my back. Before doing anything remember you are just a right hand man and also get some information about the Pythons and their Extinct", Sunaina said as she watched them leaving the abandoned house.

Sunaina's tracing device blinked and she knew that T-Rex was near her and Nora got the new member.

She took her phone and dialled a number. The phone rang full and at the last ring, finally someone picked it up.

"Hello", the voice send warmth to her cold heart.

Sunaina closed her eyes and drowned in his voice.

"Who's speaking?", Nilay said as he did not get any response from the caller.

"Hello?", Nilay frowned slightly as he checked the unknown number.

On the other hand, a soft smile formed on her lips as she could hear his voice for her whole life.

While listening to his voice, she thought, "Meri duniya tum se shuru ho kar meri maut pe khatam hoti hai. Tumhe andaza bhi nahi hai ki tum mere kya ho. Mere dil ki bawandar ko, ankhon ke samundar ko, tum apni awaj se thaam lete ho. mujhe ish zindagi se aur kuch nahi chahiye, tumhare alawa. Bas tum aur tumhari mohabbat kafi hai mere zinda rehne ke liye".

Sunaina thought while listening to Nilaya voice, "I think, there's a network issue. I am unable to hear voice".

Sunaina's smile deepened and suddenly she heard voices from Nilay's side and she gasped painfully and her eyes widened as she turned around only to find that a new gang member named 'Shiny' was standing beside her and her hand had a silver dagger in it.

"Die", Shiny said as thrashed the knife into Sunaina's stomach.

On the other hand, A glass fell down from Nilay's hand and when he started picking up the pieces of glass, a sharp edge of the glass pierced his palm and he hissed softly while looking at his blooded hand.

His mind went blank for a minute as he sat down on the floor and his blood dropped down on a blank canvas which his niece left it there.

"What's happening to me?", Nilay thought as there a minute pain in his heart.

It was bearable but still suffocating him.
