SUNAINA

The evening was very pleasant. The markets were bustling with activity. There was noise but that noise was also tempting.

Sunaina looked at the crowd with her big eyes and her mouth turned in a circle. It was the first time when she encountered a crowd and got a chance to roam the market.

All the time, she was busy running around in the Capital town, handling the business and dealing with the matters of the 'Scorpion Satan' and never got a chance to see the evening bustling market of the city's other side.

Sunaina was astonished by the sight as she stood beside Nilay. Suddenly, she looked at the colorful bottles as She exclaimed, "Wow!", causing him to glance at her.

"How beautiful is all this? Pink, Purple, blue, green, red, yellow and white. A perfect rainbow colors", Sunaina said excitedly as she came out with Nilay for the first time.

This time Nilay did not leave her alone at home and he brought Sunaina along with him.

Nilay looked at her jolly look and said in a straight tone, "It's not rainbow colors because rainbows have Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, and Violet in them. There is no color white in the rainbow".

Sunaina frowned slightly and said, "What's the difference between them? Rainbow has 7 colors in it. To me, it's all the same. I don't care if the rainbow has the color white in it or not".

Nilay took a brief look at her and explained to her, "No, it's not the same because a rainbow has 12 colors in it. Three primary colors are red, yellow, and blue. Three secondary colors: orange, green, and violet. There are six tertiary colors: red-orange, yellow-orange, yellow-green, blue-green, blue-violet, and red-violet".

Listening to his words, her head started spinning.

"Hey, my whole heart! Colors are colors to me. What the hell is yellow-green, lemon green, and sea green? There is only one color green for me", Sunaina said and Nilay picked up the brushes and put them on the desk of the cashier.

Nilay came to the market today to buy necessary items for paintings and a few other things but Sunaina's zero level of basic knowledge about colors made him speechless.

'It's useless to make her understand', Nilay thought and told the shopkeeper, "Please! Pack all these items and send them to the old same address".

The shopkeeper nodded as Nilay was his old customer.

Sunaina pouted as she had a feeling that Nilay deliberately chose silence over to make a conversation with her.

They left the shop and She was following him silently.

But something clicked in her mind as she glanced at him and asked, "You did not buy any color, why?".

"I don't need it", Nilay responded.

Sunaina had a doubt in her heart. She wanted to ask him but did not want to pry into his matter and became a noisy cat. However, this matter already had sowed a seed of doubt in her heart.

Nilay abruptly stopped in his tracks and she bumped into his back, "Argghh".

She rubbed her small nose while groaning, "Why did not stop suddenly, huh?".

Nilay stared at her and questioned her, "You! You went to my art room, right?".

Sunaina blinked her eyes and then touched her nose awkwardly. Her expression confirmed his doubts but he asked again as he aimed to hear the truth from her mouth.

"Why did you ask me why I didn't buy colors? You went to my art room. You saw it, right?", Nilay questioned her and she stared at him stilly.

Sunaina cleared her throat and thought deeply but did not know how to answer him.

"Can I ask you something? Why is there no color in your paintings? Paintings are made with colors and paints but you have only made black and white sketches", Sunaina said as she bit her lips.

Nilay's eyes lost his composure as he shook his head negatively and glared at her, "You disrespect my privacy" and while saying he walked away.

Sunaina gasped softly as she followed him, "Hey! Nilay. Let me clear huh? It was not my intention okay. By mistake. . ."

Someone bumped into Sunaina as she staggered to the side but controlled herself. She looked at the person who glanced at Sunaina and apologized, "Sorry".

Sunaina flared her nose as she glared at an old aunty who apologized to her.

Sunaina quickly moved forward as she looked at Nilay's back and continued calling him, "Nilay! Nilay".

But suddenly, her devil eyes caught the hidden and unfamiliar sight of someone who poked her nerves and blew her wrath.

However, on the other hand Nilay did not stop there. He was angry and uncomfortable. It was something that no one ever entered in his private zone.

The art room was his heaven and Sunaina entered into his heaven; the art room and got to know about his passion for art and painting. No one outside of his family except Shlok and Perna knew about this.

Nilay's mind was disturbed as he continued to move forward while hearing her calls but suddenly, the crowd increased and Nilaya became nervous.

He turned around and could not find Sunaina. His thick brows furrowed together and panicked and looked around for her, "Divita".

Nilay started searching for Sunaina like crazy in the crowd.

But there was no sign of Sunaina anywhere.

"I will break her leg this time", Nilay said grumpily as his eyes searched for her.

While searching for Sunaina, he reached an unknown street. Where there was a lot of darkness but still in that darkness he saw a familiar shadow and he moved ahead to see it.

"Divita?", Nilay called Sunaina who turned around and glanced at him.

Nilay sucked his breath while staring at her.

On the other hand, Sunaina's hands were painted in color red and a human body was lying down near her legs.

"What happened?", Nilay asked her as his breath was shaky.

Sunaina's eyes landed on the man who groaned painfully as she kicked his stomach again.

In long strides, Nilay moved closer to her pulled her towards his chest, and looked at the man.

He checked her body from head to toe and asked, "Are you alright? What happened?".

Sunaina pursed her lips tightly and looked at Nilay with red, bloodthirsty eyes.

Sunaina opened her mouth and asked him, "Do you have an enemy?".

Nilay was stunned by her question. He shook his head and responded, "No. I don't have any enemies and I don't even know about this as well".

"What about your father and your family?", Sunaina questioned him and he could hear her loud drumming heart.

Nilay again shook his head and asked her, "You are not hurt, right? It's not your blood, right. Tell me?".

Sunaina looked at the man and replied, "I am not hurt but I can't guarantee this man because he is hurt by me. If you had come a minute later, I might have killed him".

Nilay was shocked as he stared at her and found that a small gun was lying near that man.

Sunaina opened her palm in front of him and Nilay found bullets on it.

"Who told him to try to hurt my love?", Sunaina said and her spoken words shook him to the core.

"I don't know this man then why would he try to hurt me?", Nilay said and Sunaina kicked that man again and again but Nilay pulled her away from that man.

"Divita! Stop it now", Nilay said as he was puzzled by the situation.

"Stop it now? It has already started but it will not stop until I tell that person what a big mistake he has made", Sunaina said and Nilay's hold tightened around her waist.

"Hey! You moron. Go and tell your boss to think thousands of times before thinking about hurting my man because the Devil will chop the body and feed to the street dogs", Sunaina said and her voice sounded like a winter slapping breeze.

It was too cold that could freeze the bones of a normal human's mind.

"One bullet and a few punches and you are lying down here", Sunaina's words hammered Nilay's heart.

He quickly carried her like a child in his arms and immediately left the place. His one hand was on her back and the other was under her hips.

Nilay did not pay attention to his actions. All he wanted was to leave the place as soon as possible. He did not stop there as he took her to the parking lot and put her inside the car.

All the time, Sunaina's eyes were hard, bloodthirsty and wrath was overflowing in her eyes.

Nilay drove directly to the house as his eyes twitched as he glanced at Sunaina who appeared unfamiliar and unknown to him.

"Who are you? Which one is your real side? You are a liar. I know this but you shot someone for me? I can't imagine this", Nilay's mind was a mess and his heart was already accelerating at this moment.

On the other hand, that wounded man immediately called the client and informed, "Mission failed. I failed to kill Nilay Khanna".

That client threw the phone and cursed loudly, "~$#*&*--".

"I will not stop here", the client said and gulped down the alcohol.

Back at Nilay's grandparents' house, Sunaina locked herself in the guest room as she stared at her knuckles which were wounded, swollen, and bleeding.

Sunaina punched that man and took the information out of him as well.

Her wrathful eyes had a merciless and killing intent in them.

"You made a grave mistake of attempting to kill my man. In my record book, there's no mercy and no act of grace. Devil is coming for you", Sunaina said as she opened the door of the room and found Nilay standing there with a medical kit in his hand.

Her wrathful eyes softened at his presence. Nilay glanced at her knuckles and then looked into her eyes.

Their eyes locked together. Both of them had a lot to say but perhaps there was no understanding of the words. They were drowning in a strange peace.

"Divita! Let's clean your wounds", Nilay said and entered the room.

Sunaina continued to look at him while rooting to her spot.

"What are you daydreaming there?", Nilay asked and Sunaina said, "I am angry. My chest is burning. I want to kill that man".

Nilay frowned slightly at her words and responded, "Don't talk like a child. What killing huh? It's illegal, and a crime to kill someone. And about your anger, then tell me how your anger will be calmed down?".

Sunaina came closer to him and asked seriously, "Do you want to know about it?".

Nilay nodded his head and the next second, Sunaina lifted her blooded hand and pulled him down while grabbing his clothes and capturing his lips into her mouth.

Nilay was motionless and confounded.

Sunaina thrust her tongue into it. His tongue-tied mouth continued to devour him, tasting him, and calming down her WRATH and the Devil.

Back at the KHADKA Mansion, Tarana left the mansion without telling anyone in the absence of Avyaan and went directly to the parents' house.

Her parents were stunned to see her. They were anxiously searching for her but were unable to find her anywhere.

Tarana told them that she was at Sunaina's house. It was the truth but she hid all the important things from them.

Her parents were not aware of Sunaina's real identity. To them, Sunaina was the best friend of their daughter. They knew that Sunaina had an older brother who was a businessman but they did not know what kind of business Avyyan does.

Tarana's parents scolded her for not informing them about her whereabouts. Tarana apologized to them and they took a deep relief breath.

At the dinner table, Tarana announced her hasty decision to them which made them perplexed.

"Daddy! Mummy! I want to go out of the city for some time", Tarana said and silenced her parents.

"But why? You know that we are searching for a groom for you?",  Tarana's mother spoke loudly.

"Okay! Then what about your potter class?", Her father asked her in a calm tone.

"I am quieting and want to change my profession that's why I'm planning to switch the city and go for a nine-five job", Tarana explained to her parents.

Tarana's mother frowned deeply but did not say a word.

"Alright. We will support you", Her father said and Tarana's mother sighed weakly as she was helpless in front of the pair of father and daughter.

Tarana smiled deeply while hiding the nervousness and fear in the heart.

Tarana had been unaware that one step could unsettle Avyaan and forced him to take such a step that would make her face the devil's wrath.
