...

In the dimly lit room, Avyaan was grappling with the situation, and the room was illuminated only by the soft glow of a flickering candle.

With a trembling hand, he tightened his grasp on the spoon, and the metal cooled against his skin.

Tarana glanced at him through the help of her side eyes as she could feel the sea of his emotions.

The scene painted a portrait of tension and uncertainty as if the very air around him crackled with unresolved questions.

"Mr. Khadka", With a clear throat, Tarana addressed Avyaan directly as her voice cut through the air and gently interrupted the heavy silence that enveloped the room.

Her tone was calm and composed despite the palpable tension in the atmosphere as she began and her words measured and steadily, "Are you done eating your food?"

Avyaan's gaze shifted from the flickering candle to Tarana as his features darkened slightly at her interruption.

Her heart accelerated fearfully.

Staring at her for a few seconds, with a slow exhale, he released his grip on the spoon.

"I am done", Avyaan replied and his voice carried a touch of coldness.

"What is troubling him?", Tarana thought, while glancing at the plate full of food.

A exhaled a deep breath and looked straight at Avyaan.

"You should eat properly. You need to become stronger again", Tarana said and Avyaan continued to stare at her.

Suddenly, A sense of unease crept over her, mingling with the anticipation of his reply.

"Sir! Please take good care of yourself. My Tara is working so hard in taking care of you that she becomes a personal nurse for you. So, you better get well soon". Avyaan said in a cool tone but something stormed inside of him.

Taran stood there blankly, trying to process his words.

'These are the same words which Omy had said to Avyyan. Then why is he repeating the same words?', Tarana thought.

"I remember correctly. Isn't it? You don't have to become a nurse for me", Avyaan said bluntly.

His icy words stunned Tarana, leaving her speechless as she couldn't shake off the shock, 'What's wrong with him?'.

The air between them crackled with tension as she mustered the courage to address Avyaan's unexpected remark.

"I did it for Naina", Tarana spoke.

As they sat in the dimly lit room, the silence punctuated only by the wild hum of the air brutally dancing outside of the hut.

Avyaan's serpent-like eyes bore into hers.

Taking a deep breath, Tarana finally spoke, her voice steady but tinged with a hint of uncertainty. "Mr. Khadka! I need to understand what you meant by repeating Omy's words and Why would you say I don't have to become a nurse for you?".

Avyaan's expression remained unreadable as his gaze fixed at a distant point beyond her.

After a moment's pause and listening to her questions, he turned to face her. His eyes betrayed a flicker of something that she couldn't quite decipher.

Suddenly, Tarana chuckled softly as she continued to speak, "You don't remember anything. Many years have passed but I remember everything very well. Whatever I am doing is only in return for the favor that you did for me".

A flicker of frustration flashed across Avyaan's features before he snorted coldly.

Her heart sank at his expression. She took a deep breath and her heart pounded in her chest.

"I.I. you", She stammered nervously.

Avyaan's brows furrowed questioningly.

"Mr. Khadka," She whispered as her voice trembled slightly.

"There's something I need to tell you. Something I've been. I want to tell you for a long time, but I've been too afraid to say out loud.", Tarana spoke with difficulty.

"What is it?", Avyaan asked her.

Tarana met his gaze and her own eyes brimmed with emotion.

"I... I love you, Mr. Khadka. With every fiber of my being, I love you."

Tarana confessed and a wave of relief washed over her as the words spilled from her lips and finally released from the confines of her heart.

She watched Avyaan's expression closely and, her pulse raced with anticipation.

Tarana wanted to say his name loudly but she did not dare to call his name openly in front of him.

As Tarana confessed her love, Avyaan's expression shifted from curiosity to surprise and stopped at a certain emotion that she could not pinpoint at all.

Avyyan took a step back his brows furrowing in thought.

Tarana's heart sank at his reaction, uncertainty creeping in.

Avyaan continued to stare at her.

Tarana's heart skipped a beat and her mind raced with fear of rejection.

Tarana knew the divide between their worlds as they belonged to two different worlds of light and darkness, humanity and cruelty, life and death, Devil and angel.

Yet, despite the ominous warnings and the rational voice within her, she found herself inexorably drawn to him.

Avyaan was a creature of the shadows, a devil who knew only the language of violence and death. His sole purpose in life was - To kill, avenge, and protect his sister.

And yet, in the depths of his darkness, Tarana glimpsed something more in those cruel eyes—a flicker of vulnerability, a whisper of longing, and against all reason, she found herself falling for him.

Tarana and Avyaan existed as opposites but her heart defied all logic of their stark differences, she fell for the enigmatic allure of the devil before her.

In Avyaan's presence, Tarana felt a tumultuous mix of fear and desire that drew her to the dangerous allure of the Devil's existence.

Tarana wanted to surrender herself to the intoxicating passion that would bind them together as she was willing to face the consequences of her love and confession amid chaos.

However, the Devil had another plan.

So, all this nursing work was for your love confession to lure me into your seductive charms?". Avyaan's cold voice tore the heavy silence that engulfed them.

Tarana was stunned.

"Do you think I don't understand anything?", Avyaan's words made her speechless.

With each passing moment, his true intentions became clearer, threatening to shatter Tarana's world and plunge her into the depths of despair.

"Give me your phone".

Avyaan's voice cut through the air like a sharp blade as his tone was devoid of warmth or compassion.

Tarana was taken aback by the sudden demand as she felt a chill run down her spine.

She shuddered involuntarily and, her body reacted to the icy demeanor of Avyaan.

Avyaan's gaze bore into Tarana's eyes, intensifying the tension in the room.

Tarana hesitated for a few seconds and her hands trembled slightly as she reached for her phone and then passed it to Avyaan.

"Password?", Avyaan's voice boomed.

"I love you", She responded.

Avyaan's eyes turned darker with each passing second.

Tarana knew that he misunderstood her so she immediately said again, "Password is I love you".

Avyaan clenched his jaw which ached from his constant force as he furiously typed the password, unlocked the phone, and then typed a contact number and talked in his devilish tone.

"Buba! Avyaan here. Still Alive. Tell Kian to trace the location of this number and come with the Hulks to pick me up. You have only an hour".

After saying this, Avyaan disconnected the call and shoved the phone into her trembling hand.

Jaikesh was stunned as he immediately sent Kian; Avyaan's bodyguard and SHARK; Avyaan's right hand man to locate Avyaan's location as he prepared himself to go there with the team members of 'Hulks'.

Back to the wood, Avyaan's action made her stumped shockingly.

Tarana's eyes turned red and hot teary pearls flowed out of her eyes and fell on her cheeks.

"Mr. Khadka?". She called him softly.

"You don't have to do this. It's my shamelessness that I thought of something like this. Don't go outside now. It's dangerous. You still have to recover and -", Tarana said as she hoped for Avyaan to change his mind and not take risks.

However, Avyaan's next word interrupted her.

"Shut up", Avyaan spoke loudly and her heart jumped out in her chest.

"Do you think that your confession and those nursing actions can change anything?". Avyaan said while clenching his jaw which ached slightly.

"This- Avyaan Khadka; The Mafia King known as Scorpion Satan in the underworld, had only one woman in his life and that's his sister", Avyaan said and her head buzzed slightly as she felt accused of something that she never di,d and an immense amount of Jealousy incarnated in her chest for her close friends; Sunaina.

On the other hand, Nilay stepped into the security camera room and was instantly greeted by the soft glow of monitors lining the walls.

The room was spacious, with a large central desk holding the control panel and keyboard. Cables ran neatly along the floor and led to each monitor, while the gentle whir of fans filled the air.

In the security camera room, two men were already showing their eyes fixed on the array of monitors.

Nilay quickly moved towards them and requested them, "Sir! My family member got lost in the mall. She is new to the city. Can you please check on the monitor?".

The men nodded in understanding and Without a word, they quickly shifted their focus to assist Nilay in locating Sunaina amidst the bustling crowds captured on the screens and ensured her safety.

Nilay took his place as his eyes searched through the feeds and hoped to catch a glimpse of Sunaina.

Suddenly, his eyes caught a familiar sight of a girl.

"Stop", Nilay said and the screen paused as he leaned in closer to get a better view.

On the screen, Sunaina could be seen wandering on the left side of the mall, looking lost but unharmed.

Nilay's heart skipped a beat with relief as he quickly noted her location.

"Thank you, gentlemen", With a grateful nod to the men, Nilay dashed out of the security room.

Back to Sunaina, Who was waiting for her prey to fall into the webs of the Devil, had a satisfying smile dancing on her lips.

With a calculated glint in her eyes, she found Nilay hurriedly running towards her and his expression had a mixture of relief and concern.

"Welcome to my world, Angel". Sunaina thought and a smirk played at the corner of her lips.

Beside her, Nora stood poised and was ready to execute their plan flawlessly.

Together, they waited for Nilaya's arrival, knowing that soon he would be trapped in the intricate web they had woven.

Suddenly, her Bluetooth pinged as she heard the next word of T-Rex, "Princess! Miss Divita landed in the valley of the mountain. She had fixed appointments and will attend a seminar and an art gallery in the day after tomorrow".

"Cool. Tell Dino. Work flawlessly".

Sunaina commanded and the call lost the connection as she pinched her thighs and tears brimmed in her eyes as she ran towards Nilay.

"Nilay", She called his name loud loudly and the next second, long masculine arms wrapped around her small body.

Sunaina could hear Nilay's thumping beats as all her devilish thoughts melted by it.

She cried without knowing what she wanted to do right now. Nilay's heart constricted more by seeing her tears.

"I won't let you out of my sight even for a second", Nilay murmured furiously as she nodded her head while inhaling his scent that triggered her hidden obsession.

"Hide me from the world, Nilay. I don't want you to let me go either".

Sunaina said and Nilay's hold tightened on her back.

Unaware of Nilay's thought, Sunaina had an obsessive smile curved in her lips.

To what extent could Sunaina go for her love?

What would Nilay, who had a heart of gold, do after knowing that Sunaina was a heartless girl who had only told lies?

What would Nilay do when he realized that Sunaina was not what he thought her to be?

Stay tuned...
