Angel's POV

I am resting across Soundwave's shoulders again as we listen to Megatron. We're on the bridge and planetary alignment will be happening in a day or so. "I did not seek out the blood of Unicron. To simply keep my spark aflame, but to rule undead armies and conquer worlds, and to accomplish that, I require more than this mere sliver which lies within me. So, where is my Dark Energon?!" he demands.

He has dark energon inside? No wonder I am more uneasy around him then usual. And why I feel a little sick if around him to long. "Out there, lord Megatron, just waiting for you to reach out and pluck it" Knockout tells him. "But you shouldn't push yourself so hard. You've had setbacks. You were in stasis" he states. Megatron grabs him.

"Precisely why I must make up for lost time! I can see the future vividly, but I must ensure its outcome, for I'm the rising darkness of which the prophecy speaks" Megatron declares.

'Is he talking about the dooms day prophecy about the planetary alignment?' I ask Soundwave. He nods his helm. Great, not only am I trapped on this ship. But now we have this prophecy to worry about.

"Soundwave, I require you to go retrieve a phase conductor" Megatron orders. Soundwave nods his helm and looks for the latest cutting edge one. Only the best for decepticons. "Take Angel with you, she can deal with any humans you encounter and move swiftly" he orders.

'I will not kill a human' I tell Soundwave.

'Just knock them out' he tells me as he finds a phase conductor. He opens an ground bridge and goes through it. The humans fire on us. 'Deal with them' he tells me.

'Fine' I grumble and jump off of him. I tackle the closest human and grab his gun. I crash it and pounce onto the next. As Soundwave releases Laserbeak who fires on the humans. The humans are soon focusing on us two giving Soundwave time to retrieve the phase conductor. I did not kill anyone. I can't say the same about Laserbeak.

'I have what we were sent to retrieve' Soundwave states as he appears with it. Laserbeak reattaches to him and and I jump onto his shoulder as he activates a ground bridge. We go through it together.

(Autobot base) Third Persons POV

"Prime! Those techites my department's been tracking. We figured it was MECH on account of the stealth tactics until moments ago when a security feed at the Pennington ebbs particle  collider captured this" Fowler states. An image of Soundwave appears on screen.

"Soundwave" Jack states.

"Raf can swap that out for you with a funny cat" Miko tells Fowler.

"The 'Con without a face made off with a cutting-edge phase conductor" Fowler tells them. "Speaking of cats, he wasn't alone. Check this out" he says and an image of Angel appeared on screen. She was on top of a soldier destroying his gun.

"Angel" the kids say.

"Looks like the cons have a new player" Fowler states. "Anyway, here's a punch list of everything else we've confirmed stolen to date" he tells them. Sending it through.

"Plasma injector, neutron shield, tesserat? There's only one thing missing if they are intending to build what I think they are" Ratchet states.

"Another space bridge" Optimus states.

"I'll keep you guys posted and I want a report on this new decepticon" Fowler tells them. Then hangs up.

"Angel isn't really a con now, is she?" Raf asks.

"Looks like it" Jack states.

"We cannot jump to conclusions" Optimus states.

"Besides she knows the location of our base" Arcee adds. "If she was really a con, why haven't they attack our base?" she asks.

"She must be pretending to stay alive" Bee beeps.

"Regardless, we cannot let our guard down. Ratchet give the sensors a check, ensure all are working and try to find out where the decepticons will strike next" Optimus orders. Ratchet nods his helm and gets to work.

(Nemesis) Angel's POV

"Excellent work Soundwave" Megatron praises. Then looks at me. "Well done Angel you are proving to be a fine decepticon" he declares and I swish my tail. "We have acquired nearly everything we need to complete our new space bridge" he states.

"It's true. The decepticon space bridge 2.0 is nearly ready to launch. All we require is..." Knockout starts to say. When Soundwave shows a picture of a power source on his visor. "What Soundwave said, an ample power source" he finishes.

"This one lies within a highly fortified location, by human standards. I could tunnel in" Airachnid suggests.

"The time of prophecy is nearly upon us! We can no longer afford stealth" Megatron snaps. "Send a squad of vehicons and eradicons to retrieve the power source" he orders.

(Time skip)

"Lord Megatron, package secured, but the Autobots have arrived" one of the soldiers reports in.

"Ah!" Megatron yells. "Prepare the warship for rendezvous" he orders Knockout. "The package will be ready for pickup" he states. Megatron then leaves. No doubt to aid the soldiers in retrieving the power source.

Not long after he left, we reach the military base. Out the window I can see a ground bridge close. Must be the autobots, as Soundwave hadn't opened one. We bring Megatron and the power source on board the ship. Then set off for the location of the space bridge. Megatron rejoins us on the bridge.

"The power source will be rigged in no time, Lord Megatron. We're nearly at the construction site" Knockout tells him.

"Nearly, isn't good enough. The spheres are aligning. I must not miss my moment to..." Megatron stops speaking. And his optics suddenly turn purple.

"Lord Megatron, are you all right?" Knockout asks him concerned.

"Yet again, it is as if I can hear Unicron's thoughts" Megatron states.

"Unicron, the chaos bringer?" Airachnid asks.

"They say Dark Energon is his blood" Knockout tells her.

"Complete the space bridge. There is something I must attend to" Megatron tells us before leaving. Knockout and Airachnid bow to him as he leaves the bridge.

"Does he seem to be losing it?" Knockout asks.

"A bit" Airachnid says with a smirk.

'Sire I think Airachnid is planning something' I tell him.

'Do not fear, I will not let her do anything rash' he assures me. 'Return to our berth room' he tells me. I frown, but nod my helm jumping off of him. And leave the bridge. But I don't go to our room, I can't let Megatron succeed and destroy another world. I am so sorry Sire, but I must do what I think is best I think to myself.

I head to where the power source for the space bridge is being guarded. As I near it, I hear a fight inside and rush in. To see all the guards taken cared of and Bulkhead grabbing the power source. "Angel" he says when he spots me. I cock my helm to the side.

"Angel" Optimus says and I look up at him. "Are you still neutral?" he asks me. I nod my helm.

"Then why help Soundwave steal the phase conductor?" Bulkhead asks me. I frown, I can't really explain in this form and it's to risky to connect to the console. I guess I have no choice, I transform. "Whoa!" Bulkhead exclaims.

"I helped so that I would not be off lined be Megatron" I state. "You know how he feels about deserters" I state. "I did not kill anyone on that base" I add look up at Optimus. "You should call for a ground bridge before the new guards arrive" I tell him.

"Ratchet, lock on to my coordinates and activate the ground bridge" Optimus orders.

"Ready" Bulkhead says lifting the power source onto his back. "You coming with Angel? The kids would love to see you" he states.

"It'd be safer at base" Optimus tells me.

"I'm sorry Optimus, but if dooms day is upon us. I wish to spend it with my family, even if I am not a decepticon" I tell him. I transform and leave as the ground bridge appeared. I go to the berth room and jump onto Soundwave's berth. Going into deep thought. I would have loved to see the kids and the autobots again. But Soundwave and Laserbeak are family. It's natural that I wish to remain with them during this time. Besides if we all survive this approaching dooms day, I will get another chance to see the Autobots again in future.

"Hear this! Any Decepticon who lays a hand on Optimus Prime will answer to me. Soundwave,
lock on to my coordinates and lead my opponent to his destiny!" Megatron orders filled the whole ship.

'Are you safe Angel?' Soundwave asks me.

'In our berth room' I assure him.

'Remain there, I will come to retrieve you once I've dealt with Optimus' he tells me. He arrives not long after and I jump into his arms. He strokes me gently and I purr. He returns to the bridge and I settle on his shoulders again. As he returns to piloting the Nemesis.
