Hey Tenshi! I hope you don't mind but I had Runa hack into your phone while you made tea so I could get your number. This is Yunikon by the way! ^○^

   I smirked. Good thing I kept all of my business stuff on my comm. I decided to answer.

Hey Yunikon! I don't mind. I was actually hoping to get your guys' numbers myself but I was too shy.

    I smiled and moved Snow off me. She looked at me. Is something wrong?

No I just need to shower before bed.

    She nodded before going back to the show. I smiled and headed upstairs to the huge bathroom. I made sure all the windows were locked and the blinds were down. Back home you had to be careful because some of the guys were huge pervs. Also the cadets pulled pranks alot so you were either the victim or the escape route. I had actually set up a camera to video tape them bouncing off the strong see-through windows. And no I don't mean bullet-proof. Because back home we are a lot stronger than bullets.

    I stepped into the shower and cleaned off in record time. Back home we had to be ready for anything. Quick showers were a nessecity, you never wanted to be late for a battle. In the words of that old dude from mulan, "one grain of rice may tip the scales." In other words we needed every warrior doing their job in order to benefit in any way. That or they wanted to save on water.

   I changed into my hello kitty pants and mlp pj top. I sighed before going back downstairs and discovering that Snow had fallen asleep. I smiled and turned off the tv and covered her in the small blanket that laid over the back of the couch.

      After doing so I headed upstairs. Sleep is needed. I walked down the short hall to my door. I noticed a small box in my peripheral vision. I turned and walked to the second bedroom. The box was the size of a regular moving box. I noticed the pale yellow envelope that sat precarriously on the top. Quickly grabbing it I noticed my name scrawled in my sister Mai's handwriting.

Tenshi.

I cautiously opened the letter.

Tenshi my dear little sister, I know you said you quit but, I hope you change your mind. After all,

You glide on the ice as well as you can fly.

     I felt my legs give out as my knees colided with the floor. Sobs racked my body as the memories of that horrid night flooded my mind. Soon I found that I couldn't breathe. Panic attack. I curled into a ball and began trying to force oxygen back into my lungs. After a few minutes I could breathe normally and uncurled and leaned against the bed.

Tenshi? Are you ok? I heard Snow's concerned voice from downstairs.

   Yeah Snow. I'm good. I replied before standing and walking out of the room and closing the door. I couldn't bring myself to open the box. I opened my door and jumped onto my bed. I wrapped myself in a burrito. I closed my eyes and awaited the nightmares to haunt my dreams.

And come they did.

Time skip~

   I opened my eyes and groaned at the incessant blaring of my alarm clock. I sat up and stretched my limbs, shaking off the lingering sleep paralysis. I know what you're thinking, 'sleep paralysis?'. You see, many people have different reactions to nightmares, mine happens to be sleep paralysis. I had actually discovered it after my accident. As it wasn't uncommon for us to become traumatized. So naturally I sought out a therapist; Ria.

   I jumped from my bed and decided to dress somewhat casual. I put on a mid-thigh length skirt, my combat belt (I filled it with snacks and weapons), a black button up and a white suit jacket. I did up my tie and left the jacket unbuttoned. I sighed and grabbed my satchel and walked downstairs. Barely glancing at the other bedroom.

   I jogged to the kitchen and put fresh meat in Snow's bowl and set it down. She immediately ran over and began eating. I smiled and grabbed my phone. I walked over to the door and slipped on my shoes. I grabbed my umbrella as I smelled rain in the air.

   See ya later Snow! I called and left the house. I locked the door behind me and hopped on my bike. I looked out of the corner of my eye and saw the others walking out of their houses and meeting each other. I smiled and put in my earbuds.

   I clicked through my phone and put my music on shuffle. The song "The Greatest." By Sia came up. I hummed along and drove to the store next to the school. I began walking the rest of the way. Soon I came up to the forested mountain the school rested atop. I smirked and jumped up and grabbed onto one of the branches. I swung up and made sure my earbuds tucked in so that they wouldn't snag. (Anyone ever have that happen to them? It happens to me all the time) I leaned back and began running along the branches and sometimes swinging from the higher ones. I knew the others had followed me into the forest and I made sure that none of them saw my little acrobatics show. I made it to school just as the rain started. I jumped from the tree and lifted my umbrella from where I had clipped it to my satchel. I faintly heard the others footsteps over my music and smirked.

   I took out my earbuds and wrapped them up and placed them in my belt pouch. I looked behind me and saw the others. "Need an umbrella?" I offered. Yunikon nodded and joined me under mine. Nagisa had his own and I handed my spare to Runa and Karma. Star and Terra were already inside the building.

   I began walking up to the building with the others. I could tell everyone -excluding Yunikon-didn't trust me. I sighed as we entered the building. I shook off the umbrella and closed it before grabbing the other. We all walked in to the classroom.
