The Peter Pan

DEAD MAN'S PEAK is where she hid. Evelyn sat against the rock wall near the top where the cliff was. The place Pan had taken her when she first arrived. The signaled sounded and she smiled. She was going to beat Pan.

Evelyn sat there for quite some time and she hoped she was the last person Pan had to find. The immortal boy was known for cheating and she was determined to win no matter what. An arm wrapped around her waist, startling her. Then a familiar laugh filled her ears. "Congrats, love. You beat me," Pan declared.

Evelyn smiled and pushed him away standing up. "But you still cheated," she pointed out.

"Actually, I didn't. It took me a while and I had to think about it, then I realized you probably came here."

She laughed, shaking her head. "The Peter Pan didn't cheat?!"

Pan rolled his eyes but smiled. "Yeah, yeah, yeah."

The sun was setting which meant dinner would be soon. Evelyn went to go and start walking back to camp when Pan grabbed her arm, stopping her. She turned to him with a questioning look.
