I rushed into the court room as everyone took their seats. I sat down alone. As usual.

"Could I have your attention?" the High Angel called out.

Everyone immediately fell silent and the High Angel coughed before beginning.

"As all of you have heard, there has been more... activity going on in the Human Realm. The location is in the Kanto Area of Japan"

Everyone started murmuring to one another, something about murder...?

"There has been some investigations that we've had to where some may think a Shinigami has something to do with the murders."

The murmurs became louder. Everyone was shouting their own opinions and questions about the murders.

"Are you sure it's a Shinigami?" one asked.

"There has been reports of magical activity, yes."

"Could it be the use of a Death Note?"

"There is a big chance that the Shinigami is using a human or convinced the human but as far as I... we know, we are still unsure."

"What are we going to do about it?" another shouted.

"I was going to have a few of the best guards we have until I found that this... L the speak so fondly of is currently working on the case as we speak."

"You're putting you're trust in a human?" I asked.

They ignored me. As usual. Shunned by all. I grew angry and pounded my hand against the table.

"EXCUSE ME!" I shouted.

The High Angel turned to me.

"You are to remain silent at all times and you are shunned by us all unless I absolutely have to talk to you." she said sternly.

"But why a human?" I asked.

"I decide what goes on around here, not you. So if you don't mind I would like to as if you would kindly leave so we can continue this conversation in private!"

I couldn't believe what just happened. The High Angel is trusting a powerless human to take care of a Shinigami with a possible Death Note?!

I ran out of the court room and went to my home. I took my dual swords and gripped them tightly. I was the only Angel that could wield them. I looked back at the court house and frowned. What did they have against me?
"I was one of them though the treat me like I'm no one."
I ran to the portal to the Human Realm and jumped in. I couldn't allow a human to take care of something like this.

Especially if they find that Shinigami are real, they could expose my kind in the process.
