The leaders of these Special Ops categories come from how high up in the ranks you are in the AHC. If you're a soldier in there, you're a recruit, but if you're a, say, like a General, then you're probably the lead. Also, leads might change y'all. Plus, you can get roles in the AHC if the person who has the role in the AHC doesn't respond when I tag them below in the comments. I'll give them two weeks to respond.
