Tamarin
"Tamarin, dear, when are we going to have our wedding?" Pike slithered into the empty sitting room she was reclining in.
"Our what, sorry?" Pike sneered.
"Our wedding, darling." She snapped out of her trance.
"There is no wedding!" His jaw hardened.
"Well, darling, I proposed to you and you said yes. This means we should start planning our wedding, and as soon as possible." His slick smile made Tamarin want to throw up. She was going to be married to this creep until she died. She was going to be forced to live with him, forced to see his smarmy smile ever day. And every day she would look at him and long for him to be Anemone.
"Well, darling, Saturday is an ideal day for a wedding. I can arrange the guest list?" He snarled.
"No Anemone." She stood her ground.
"Anemone is a childhood friend of mine, same as you. And she is royalty. We can't exclude her." She ran out before Pike could wreck his claws on her face.
Breathing heavily whilst leaning on a wall, Tamarin noticed a rolling ball of pink and yellow barrel toward her.
"Kink!" Tamarin opened her wings.
It was an older (slightly) more mature Kinkajou that she enveloped. The Kinkajou that was already married and a mother.
"I was at the party but I couldn't get to you cause the dragonet's were a handful but WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED?! I finally gave you my blessing and then you chose Pike?" Tamarin tried to smile, but burst into tears instead.
"Kink, it's worse than you think. Pike is forcing me to marry him or he'll kill Anemone! I'll be stuck with a psycho for the rest of my life!" Kink looked at her like she was crazy.
"Are you serious? But after all the...drama, wouldn't you think he had reformed?"
"No. He's worse than ever." Kinkajou narrowed her eyes.
"I have a plan...it's crazy, but it could work."
"If it's crazy, I'm all for it."
