After the disappearance of Kiara's father, who had developed a close bond with Romeo and Aneesah as well, Xara didn't take it well. Not only has she lost someone she cared about again, someone who had nothing but the best intentions and never deserved to be lost, but she also had to raise a child alone... Kiara was all she had. Aneesah and Romeo helped, but communication went from seeing her in person to writing to nothing... For a while, they hadn't seen her.
