I started watching Transformers Prime so let's take Romeo and reincarnate him into this world.

Have him start out as a baby in a world where the rules are completely different to how he is used to. Have him try things the way he's used to and have it passed off as cute kiddie stuff until He's older and learning to do things a bit more properly. Just when he thinks he## got the hang of it, he's enjoying his new life with his new family, his powers resurface. His new parents don't really understand why their extroverted and hyper active son has become so timid and distant all of a sudden. His new undeveloped mind can't handle the endless regret of his past life. As he grows, he finds not ALL of his powers are back, and he can push some back to feel a bit more human. Maybe our heroes can help him finally find some closure.

As a fully grown adult he grows into the kids' homeroom teacher. Has some more control over his powers but still plagued by memories. How does he meet the bots? Open to interpretation. Usually hangs around Optimus as he reminds him of Fred. He actually hangs around Arcee as well since she reminds him a bit of Xara, what she was like before he imprisoned her. I'd imagine he is good friends with June after a while. Imagine he ends up becoming the designated dad of the humans. "Miko, one of these day you are going to give me a bloody heart attack."

Romeo does use his powers against the Decepticons but it's very subtle since he hides the true extent of his powers. Until the day Megatron nearly kills Raf. No more holding back. Optimus at takes his side, until he sees that Romeo starts to lose control. It take accidentally hurting the big bot to trigger the Admin's memory of killing Fred, snapping him out of his vengeful state.
