Well, I did say I'd start drawing My OCs again. And it' in an AU

I'mm first get my beans in here, then the cannon MCSM characters in this AU. First meeting between Mer beans. Ben and Romeo were seperated after some crazy incident, Ben hates talking about it, but he was in captivity by scientists who were running tests on him. This happened for about 10 years, so he's about 25 in this AU. Aneesah's around 20 years old in this AU, same age as Romeo. Ben has been through so much pain, when the Aquatic Life Protection Unit (ALPU) found him and rescued him, he had an utter distrust for humans. They noticed this and were weary of what they said to him and how he behaved. Considering how the aquarium he was sent to was just a prison transfer to him, he intended to ignore the attempts to "make him feel more comfortable". His "environment" was just as he expected, some more space to roam, tail room but barriers, typical. But the least he was expecting, was to see another one of his kind again...let alone a girl. This is...surprising

Aneesah on the other hand was rather excited to meet her tankmate. Sure she made herself comfortable in her little home with a double bed and massive living space but being alone for so long gets old, even Michaella around, but the problem is her being the only person she could talk to. Seeing another mer person, this is huge. She's got so much to ask, so much to share. She could also help him out. She may not have been through as much, but she can still help him get use to life here.
