In the first panel after Julius asks Kiara what's wrong, she just burst out saying she doesn't know what to do or how to say she has a crush on him. This takes him by surprise

The second panel Kiara just realized what she said so there is awkward silence and Julius is surprised because he feels the same way. They're both blushing.
