New OC

Meet Talia...the leader of the Saints, Carlos' and Johnny's close friend and a real bitch when she wants to.

Talia is voiced by Katie Semine in the original story, started in the second game and by Laura Bailey in the last two games.

In the past, Talia was once a new recruit for the Saints, remaining quiet for the majority of her time there not questioning any orders given to her. She was too timid to speak with rival gangs or other Saints until towards the end of the time period before she was knocked into a coma. Talia may break the fourth wall by randomly mentioning a few aspects of the game during gameplay. She is portrayed as extremely vicious, showing no remorse in killing and torturing enemies.

Talia has a strong friendship with Johnny Gat, having known him the longest of any of the Saints since her initiation into the gang.Talia displays exceptional strength and durability throughout the time period. During the conclusion of the original Saints Row story as the protagonist she was caught in a point blank explosion and only suffered minor burns, though her coma lasted several years. Neither Mayor Hughes nor his men survived. Talia said her life changed after meeting Julius (Not my son, this is a different Julius we're talking about here), desiring more and more power and money. Typically, Talia reserves the bulk of her wrath for rival gang members or other foes. Talia does have a few heroic qualities despite her sadistic nature, such as going to extreme lengths for friends like Saving Shaundi and Viola from dying during the climax of Saints Row: the Third. leading by example, and feeling regret for several actions such as the burning of Shivington.

Talia has three major differences from the original Saint's Row protagonist. The first one is Carlos. While the original protagonist mercy killed Carlos to put him out of his misery, Talia noticed an ambulance nearby and called them for help, saving Carlos' life. She lost Lin already and couldn't loose another friend. The story has Carlos in as often as he can and shows the two creating a close friendship. Talia remarks that she understands the position he's in and wants to make sure it doesn't happen again.

The seccond is Julius Little. Unlike the Protagonist, who kills Julius in cold blood, Talia spares his life and let's him go. The former leader of the Saints tries to defend his actions and claims that Talia was too power-hungry, a charge which Talia confirms. However, Julius' motives remain questionable.

The third and final difference is that Talia doesn't kill mercilessly and sometimes, unlike the protagonist who is focused on the gangs, Talia takes time off, to either smoke or just enjoy herself in a pool, listening to The Mix, hanging out with Shaundi and the boys, shopping and dressing up. She can be a bitch but she's chill with people who know her best.

The social engineering by Dane Vogel left the original inhabitants of the Saints Row district homeless and destitute, and the betrayal of the Saints saw the majority of them dead or serving prison sentences while Julius lived a comfortable lifestyle. In Talia's eyes, Julius crossed the only line they never had, betraying one's friends. She claims the only reason she let him go was because he wasn't worth the bullet.
