(A/N: FINALLY! I'm so sorry it took so long for this chapter to come out, I've been trying to write out a good battle scene and got a little help from the Episode of Heartslabyul comic to help with Riddle's overblot fight, to which I'm sorry if the fight scene is so shity since writing a fighting scene is not one of my strong suits, so I hope it's ok.)

Andrea's POV:
As Trey's scream echoed through the garden, the small red gem on Riddle's staff broke like glass. Black ink-like liquid came out from his staff, trapping him in a black cocoon before bursting out a huge energy wave that sent everyone flying back with a scream. Cater screamed to others to get down, Ace and Deuce immediately threw themselves to the ground. Crowley immediately hugged me, protecting me and Grim who tucked himself between us. Trey was too stubborn to back down, he stayed standing up with trembling knees. When the liquid slowly uncovered, what we saw was no longer Riddle Rosehearts...

His skin had become deathly pale. His silver eyes turned crimson red and wore a tattered red and black dress-like outfit with black leather belts wrapped crisscrossed on his torso and black playing cards falling down to floor-level, tight black pants and black knee-high boots. A ring of white roses was around his waist with black ink straining them.

An inky heart-shaped choker was around his neck, long black inked gloves and an inky black crown was placed on his head. A heart-shaped see-through patch was placed on his right eye with a crimson flame shooting out from his right eye. Standing behind him was a massive beast. It was similar to the Ink Ghoul that the Ace, Deuce, Grim and I faced back in the mines, however, this one was different. It was holding a rose tree and held the appearance of stitched-up ghoul of the Queen of Hearts.

"OH MY GOD!" I yelled in horror, "WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO HIM?!" Riddle began to give an evil laugh, his voice has completely changed as well, "Hnhnhn... HAHAHAHAHA!! Those foolish enough to disobey me, I have no need of them in my world. I am the law in my world! I am the rules! No other response than "Yes, Lord Riddle" is acceptable! It's off with the heads of any who disobey me! Ahahahahaha!!"

"Ahh, look at this mess!" Crowley wooed, "A student has gone into overblot right in front of me!" "What the hell is overblot!? That guy's got a wicked air to him now!" Grim exclaimed, we're all completely stunned by the negative aura around Riddle. "Overblot is a state that wizards must avoid at all costs. He's being caught up in a storm of negative energy that has made him lose control of his emotions and magic." Crowley explained, "I don't really get it." Grim said quickly, "Me neither." Deuce said, "Aah, crap! In plain terms: he's fallen into a dark berserker state!" Cater stated, looking frustrated. Trey looked even more solemn, "His life is in danger if he keeps using magic like this." he said.

"His life!!??" Grim exclaimed in shock. "WHAT!?" I scream, "If Riddle keeps this up, he'll die!?!" My eyes widened at what Trey and Cater said. I looked at the berserker Dorm leader, feeling more concerned for him. Crowley gently pushed me back, motioning me to go with the other students. "Right now, the safety of the other students is the top priority. I shall evacuate the other residents. Mr. Rosehearts must be brought back to his senses before runs out of magic. Losing his life would be terrible, but worse than that..." He trailed off the last part, he then looked at all of us with a serious expression as he said, "Now I need you all to go get the other dorm heads and teachers to assist..."

"GAAAAAHH! EAT THIS!!!" All of us quickly turned to see Ace using his magic and attacked Dark Riddle by sending a strong gust of wind at him, hitting him. "Eeh?!" Crowley, Trey and Cater all gasped out in shock. They got even more surprised when Deuce and Grim followed suit with their own magic. "Come forth! Cauldron!" Deuce yelled out as he pointed his magic pen up towards the sky. In a puff of smoke, a large cauldron manifested and fell on top of Riddle, striking his right shoulder, making him cry out. "Fffgnaaa~~~~~!" Grim breathed out a great blue fireball.

I stood behind Grim, and gave out directions to them, "Ace! Hit him again with your wind!!" "Extra Large Tempest!!" Ace gave out a giant hurricane, and Grim's fire lit it up, turning it into a fire tornado. The attacks were able to scratch a little of Dark Riddle, when the fire subdued, Riddle growled in anger as he brought up his arms and blocked the flames, but they did, left a mark on him. If looks could kill, the glare that Dark Riddle was throwing at the fools who dared attack him.

"What are you fools doing?" Dark Riddle shouted.

"W-w-what, what are you thinking!?" Cater questioned, baffled at what we're doing. "He's only in danger like this!!" Grim said angrily, "I won't be able to sleep well with him like this. And..." Deuce said, readying his magical pen, "And..." he glanced at Ace. "He still hasn't said, "I was wrong. I'm so sorry" yet!" Ace glared, declared, solemnly. "... You all." Trey looked at us in disbelief, but I can tell he changed his mind when he changed his face into a more serious expression.

"... Got it! I can overwrite his magic with my Doodle Suit, even if it's not long. Finish this quickly!" I smiled, happy to see that Trey is no longer holding back and finally want to help his friend. Trey turns to Crowley. "Headmaster, please work on evacuating the residents." Trey said as he stood his ground with me, Ace, Deuce and Grim to fight Riddle. "Hold on just a second all of you! It's too dangerous!" Crowley shouted. "That's right!" Cater backed Crowley up, "What's gotten into you Trey?!" he asked, "You know you can't beat Riddle!" 

"SHUT UP, CATER!" I roared, both Cater and Crowley jumped in fright at my voice. "We don't have time for this! We have to try and save him! If we don't do something fast, he'll die!" "She's right!" Ace agreed, "only challenging guys you know you can't beat, that's too lame!" "That isn't cool at all!" Grim added, "I can't think of anything else that can bring him back to his senses quickly." Deuce chimed in, "Yeah, I can't lose him." Trey agrees, "I... still have so much to tell him." he said, determined to get Riddle back.

"Giving up without even trying is so lame! We have to work together to stop Riddle and save him, before he seriously hurts someone!" I exclaimed with confidence and determination. "Aaah, shit!" Cater cussed, and stepped in as well, "Understood! I'm really not cut out for this kind of thing!!" he shouted. I then see the headmaster looking at me with fury and ... is there a bit of concern I see? He then said, "Ugh, fine.... As soon as I finish evacuating the other students, I'll be back! Hold on until then!" With that, he hurried off.

I heard something heavy behind me and I turn in time as a huge shadow log is flying towards us! "SCATTER!" I shouted, everyone yelped in surprised and quickly got out of the way in time as the log crashed on where we were standing, I quickly turned to the culprit, who was none other than Dark Riddle. He was glaring at all of us in rage as he muttered out, "This guy, that guy, you all have some nerve... I'll take all your heads off at once!" "You ok?" Ace asked, running closer to me. I stood up as I answered, "I'm fine...."

Trey looked at Riddle with more worry in his eyes, "Riddle's body can't keep this up. We have to stop him before it's too late..." Me, Ace, Deuce and Grim nodded. The humongous ink monster Queen of Hearts looming behind Dark Riddle began to lash out more shadowy thorns at us. We quickly moved to avoid them. "Doodle Suit!" Trey casted his unique magic, and every magic Dark Riddle cast out turned into cards once again.

"Damn it, damn it! You're in my way Trey!!" Dark Riddle shouted, trying to cast another spell, but only cards came out. "Alright! He sealed Riddle's collar attack with this dazo!" Grim said and firing his fire at Dark Riddle. "Don't celebrate just yet, Grim! We're not out of the woods yet!" I said as I duck and dodge each thorn at was thrown at me, thank God I've done parkour for years, or else I would already be exhausted by now.

"He can't keep it up for long..." Cater said, and casted wind attack at Riddle, helping Grim's fire in the process, "We're still in a pinch here!" he said. "While I'm sealing "Off with Your Head"- hurry!!" Trey shouted; he kept his hand pointed at Dark Riddle. "UUUGGGHHHHIIIII!!!!" Dark Riddle shrieked, the boys and Grim began to cast out magical attacks at him, but Dark Riddle pushes us back with a magical force, causing us to fly back to the ground. "Ugh! This guy's magic is endless!" Ace grunts as we slowly trying to get back up. "Absolutely, definitely, I am correct!! If not, then what I did I endure it all for..." I noticed that the sound of his voice is in pain as he cries.

"Riddle..." Trey mumbles, "Trey, focus!" Cater reminded Trey, "The moment you don't, we're done for!!" He said, snapping Trey out of it. Trey jolted, and kept his hand on Riddle, "! Sorry!" he apologized. "There has to be a weak spot on him!" I shouted, "But where?!" Deuce asked, I remember something when Ace, Deuce, Grim and I first fought that monster back at the mine. I remember how Deuce's small cauldrons were hitting the monster's head and it was breaking and after I threw a lot of ice at it, I heard from what it sounds like a mirror shattering as the monster's head broke. "But that monster is connected to Riddle though, this situation is a lot different than the one back at the mine." I thought, trying to think of a new plan.

When I looked back Dark Riddle, I noticed something that caught my attention, "Wait a minute... what if we do get rid of the monster by destroying its head? Kinda, like we did with that other monster back at the mine." I turn to the guys and say, "Guys! I think I know how we can snap Riddle back to normal! We need to get rid of that monster by destroying its head!" "What?! Are you sure that's a good idea?!" Ace looked at me like I was crazy, "Unless any of you got any better ideas, than that's the only one we got!" I said, "If we managed to get rid of that monster back at the mine by destroying its head, then maybe it'll work for Riddle!" Suddenly, a thorned whip collides to me. "GAH!" I yelped in pain as I smashed into the ground in pain.

I groggily opened my eyes, my ears ringing, despite the noise I could hear my friends slightly calling out to me. My body ached, it felt like a runaway truck ran me over. I felt pain in my waist and held it in pain as I tried to stand up. Before I could, I felt my whole body being ensnared by one of the rose thorns. I was lifted up in the air. I could feel the coil tightening a bit more. I tried to struggle to break free but to no avail. I look down to see Dark Riddle who was smiling evilly and enjoying my state. "RIDDLE STOP!" I hear Trey calling out. "YOU BASTARD! LET HER GO!" I looked to see Ace glaring at Riddle with rage, Deuce and Cater looks at me in concern. I was lowered a bit until I was faced with Dark Riddle,

who then caressed my face while saying haughtily, "Well my dear, aren't you in quite a bind. But it doesn't have to be like this... all you have to do is say "YES, LORD RIDDLE!". Obey me and I will spare you and the other fools." "Sorry Riddle, but we both know that is not gonna happen." I said bluntly, narrowing my eyes at him in defiance.

He clearly doesn't like that answer, because he angrily grabbed my chin and drew me closer as he shouted, "SAY THOSE WORDS! DO YOU STILL WISH TO DEFY ME!?" I glared at him and shouted, "I said. Let me go!" Suddenly, the thorns that was wrapping around me starting to freeze into ice, shocking Dark Riddle.

"What?!" "EEEHHHHH!?" I hear Cater and Trey screaming in shock. I blinked in surprised, but I quickly made a fist with my hands as the ice-covered thorns crushed, and I landed on my feet. I quickly got out of the way as the Queen of Hearts monster slam the tree where I stood, I ran back to the others as they ran back to me. "Andie-san, are you alright?!" Deuce asked, checking if I'm alright, "I'm fine." I answered, reassuring him that I'm alright, "Andie-chan, since when did you have magic?! I thought you don't have any!!" Cater said his eyes widened along with Trey's, I heard something behind me, I knew this wasn't the time to explain, "Less talking, more action!" I said, and we got out of the way as the rose tree tried to crush us but missed. 

I blast a ray of ice at Dark Riddle, freezing both his legs and the blot monster where its legs are supposed to be. Dark Riddle struggles to break free, but he and the blot monster began to use their magic to smash the ice to break themselves free. "Look Cater, I promise I'll tell you and Trey about my magic later, but right now, we're in the middle of something!" I said, before continuing, "Ace! Deuce! Try to go for the head of the ink monster, it's gotta be the only way to free Riddle and snap him out of it!" "You got it!" Deuce said, "Well, you heard the lady, let's move it!" Ace said as he and Deuce ran towards Dark Riddle, I turn to Trey and Cater, "Think you guys can try and distract Riddle while the others and I go for the monster?" "Are you sure it's gonna work?" Cater asked, "I know it's a crazy idea, but right now, I think we're out of options." I spoke.

Trey looks hesitant, but with a confidant look on his fact, he nodded and said, "Go, we'll hold him off as long as we can." I nodded and ran towards Dark Riddle as Ace used his wind magic to distract Riddle while Deuce summons cauldrons to hit the ink monster's head. Riddle held his own head and screamed as the monster screeched while cracks began to form from getting hit by the cauldrons, causing ink to slowly seep through the cracks. The monster swings the tree down at Deuce, who quickly dodged out of the way. Dark Riddle growled and blasted a fire spell at Ace, who also dodged and Trey casted his unique magic to turn to fire into cards again.

As Riddle attempted to attack again, however, he grunted as he seized up and coughed... and black ink came spewing out of his mouth. "Oh no, not good." I said with worry. "Uh... he's coughing up that black stuff," Grim called out. "That's super bad, ain't it?!" "It is!" Trey said. An idea formed into my head, I turn to Cater and asked, "Cater! Can you use Water Magic?!" "I sure can!" Cater answered. "Good, I want you to use your unique magic to summon your clones and make a geyser with your water magic!" I ordered. "You got it!" Cater said.

"SPLIT CARD!"

Cater summoned his clones and they all took out their own magic pens, "Here we GO!!" Cater shouted as he and his clones pointed their magi pens at the ground, creating a huge geyser of water to make water to surround Dark Riddle and the monster Queen of Hearts. I touched the water, and instantly the water freezes into ice and trapping Dark Riddle and the Queen of Hearts. Dark Riddle tries to get out by blasting fire to melt the ice as the Queen of Hearts ink monster tries to smash the ice off with the tree, so I knew the ice can't hold them off for long. So, Cater and his clones kept creating more geysers of water as I created ice skates on my boots with my ice magic, just like Elsa did for Anna at the end of the first Frozen movie. "Guys, cover me!" I said to Ace, Deuce, Grim and Trey.

"Go for it, Andie!" Ace said, I quickly jumped onto the ice and began to ice skate towards Dark Riddle and the inky Queen of Hearts as I freeze more water to create an icy path. Dark Riddle summoned more thorny roots at me, to which I quickly dodged and avoided them, thanks to the speed I'm making from years of ice skating. Deuce kept shoots out more huge cauldrons at the inky Queen of Heart's head to cause more cracks to form and ink threatening to come out as it screeches, to which Dark Riddle had no choice but to use the thorny roots to surround himself and the inky Queen of Hearts as he kept summoning more to attack me as I began to close in on him. "Ace! Grim!" I called out, "Let's do this, Grim!!" Ace shouted as he charged at the wall of thorns. 

"Great Grim's... FIRE SPECIAAAAAAAAAAAL!!" "GALE FORCE WIND!!!" As Grim breathed out another blast of blue fire, which was soon powered up by Ace's Wind Magic, creating a huge fireball that burned the thorns away, thus leaving Riddle and his monster exposed. I created ice spikes to trap to trap the inky Queen of Hearts as the creature screams and roared from the pain of the ice spikes through its arms, stomach, and body as it tries to escape. I then created a big ice ramp, I skated faster and skate over the ice ramp and burst into the air, sending me flying upward! Dark Riddle's eyes widen in fear when he saw me using my ice magic to create an ice sword, "Stay away! STAY AWAY!" Dark Riddle pleaded, "OFF WITH YOUR HEAD!" I shouted as I swing my ice sword down and beheaded the inky Queen of Hearts!

Dark Riddle screamed at the top of his lungs as he held his own head in pain as he stumbled back, as the monster's inky cracked head fell and smashed into the ice as both the head and the ice smashed into a million pieces. I managed to land safely thanks to Ace's wind magic breaking my fall and catching me in his arms, before he set me down on my feet. Dark Riddle collapse onto the floor as the monster soon melted into a huge puddle of black ink, practically covering the entire garden, and lying in the middle of it was Riddle. "Is... is it over?" Ace asked as we slowly and carefully walk to the huge inky puddle, but not daring get too close since I don't know if it's safe to get too near it or not.

"I don't know," answered Trey. "Riddle? Can you hear me?" Riddle didn't answer to Trey's growing concern. As the puddle of ink bubbled and oozed, we gasped as we saw Riddle was slowly sinking into it! "Riddle's sinking into the dark puddle!" I said, "But we can't get him out, that's blot in its purest form!" Trey answered. "If you touch it, you'll end up getting corrupted, just like Riddle did!" So there's nothing we can do?! But then I heard something: a voice.

"I... I was... wrong...? But... that's impossible...!"

I gasped silently as I looked at the sinking Riddle, whose face was halfway submerged in the black ink, contorted with pain.

"I'm... I'm always right... aren't I... Mother?"

"...Riddle...?" I said softly. But then, as Riddle continued to sink, strange inky tentacles suddenly sprouted out of the dark puddle, and grabbed me by my arms, waist and legs before any of us can do anything! "What the fuck?! Whoa!" I shouted as I fell on my back and the inky tentacles began dragging me to the blot puddle. "Andie!!" Ace cried as he, Deuce, and Grim ran to help me. "Guys!!" I called out as I reached out to my friends. "HELP!!!" I clawed the ground and even freeze the ground to make some kind of handle to grab onto, but the more I struggle, more inky tentacles spout out of the dark puddle and grabbed me to drag me, which makes it harder for me to held on.

Ace, Deuce, Grim, Trey and Cater and all his clones quickly grabbed me by my hands or arms and began pulling as hard as they can, as I held on tightly to them. But more inky tentacles sprouted out and grabbed me and pulled harder, "I... can't...hold on... much... longer!" I shouted, beginning to lose my grip, "Hold on, Andie!" Grim shouted, trying to hold on to me, despite being small. However I was losing my grip, and I felt they're losing their grip on me too, and tried to hold on as best as they can. But, despite their best efforts, they lost their grip as I lost mine, as the inky tentacles pulled me away from them. "ANDIE!" Ace, Deuce, Grim, Trey and Cater all shouted, "AAAAHHHH!!!" I screamed, as I was pulled and completely submerged in darkness, before everything went black.

3rd Person's POV:
"NO!!" Ace cried as he, Deuce, and Grim attempted to dive in after Andie, but Trey and Cater quickly held them back. "No, don't!" Cater said. "Don't touch that stuff! Don't even go near it!" "But what about Andie?!" asked Grim, tearfully. "There's... there's nothing we can do..." Trey answered sadly as he looked back at the bubbling pool of blot. "Let's just pray that she and Riddle make it out okay." "...Andie..." Ace whispered, worriedly.
