I wanted to share my thoughts. The way I think and how I see things.

I wanted to share how the grass felt so soft against my rough skin. My skin that has scars from different days. My skin that has been touched by others with and without my permission. Touched by people I have met, by friends and family.

I wanted to share how the wind blew gently in the late summer heat. How it made strands of my hair dance around my body to the rhythm of the animals singing. Oh, how soft and distant they sounded.

I wanted to share how the song, quietly played in the background. It's melody so soft.

I wanted to share the color of the clouds against the pastel sky. The way the sun set just below the horizon. How it gave just enough light to show how beautiful the shadows could be. It showed me that not all darkness is bad.

I wanted to share the moonlight that mixed with the dark sky. The dark sky that blended so well with the pastel sky to the west. How there was always that first star. It could grab anyone's attention.

I wanted to share the dark outlines of the trees that gently swayed in the breeze. The branches rubbed against each other, just loud enough for you to hear them whisper the secrets of the world.

I wanted to share how minutes later the once bright sky, darkened. The darkness would soon be replaced with stars that slowly followed the path of the sun. Some stars had dreams to become as bright as the sun. But they didn't realize how many people enjoy the night sky. How pleasant they feel, watching the stars chase their dreams.

I wanted to share how calm and at peace the world was. I wanted to share the true beauty of it.

And in that moment, I wanted to share it with you. But you were not here. You had gone to a more peaceful world. A world that was always calm. I wanted you to see how happy I finally was, to share one more happy moment with you.
