CHAPTER TWO: saving the people who save the people part two

⃐ ᴀɴᴄɪᴇɴᴛ ʜɪsᴛᴏʀʏ ⃑

"MEGAHURTZ!" Nathaniel yelled, anger coursing through him.  "Megahertz!"

Anger coursed through Nathaniel, fire flaming at his hands, began to overtake his entire arms.  His eyes blazing an orange color.

At first, he came to fight Megahurtz, just put him out of commission for a few months. But, then, soon, discovered that Tecton wasn't healing.

"Megahurtz!" Nathaniel lost his footing, when the earth began to shake. "Tecton." He came to the realization.

"Orphan," a voice called out.

Nathaniel threw out a fireball, hitting Megahurtz, who flew back at the impact to his chest. Of course, the man got up, angrily. He shot a bolt of electricity at the boy.

Nathaniel dunked, shooting ice from his hand, freezing Megahurtz legs to the ground, momentarily making him unable to walk.

But, the earth shakes kept happening, once again, making it difficult to keep steady. Megahurtz shot another bolt of electricity at him, striking him down.

His head snapped up, when the sound of the daily news was on. "Superhero news network has just learned-

"What the-what kind of villain watched the news in the middle of a fight?" Nathan questioned.

"that two normos are now working at Mighty Med Hospital."

"You broke into my hideout!" Megahurtz argued back.

"The normos performed unauthorized surgery on Tecton, who is now very, very weak."

MEGAHURTZ has broke the ice keeping him to the ground, shooting another bolt of electricity at Nathalie, who managed to shoot both fire and ice, one from each other. One blocks the electricity hit, while the other hit Megahurtz.

Nathaniel ran off, then flying off towards the hospital.

⃐ ᴀɴᴄɪᴇɴᴛ ʜɪsᴛᴏʀʏ ⃑

Nathan made it to the hospital barely just in time, as Megahurtz had just tossed Skylar across the room, hitting her with an electric bolt.

Nathaniel sent a blast of fire towards the man, making him stumble forward.  He turned back, angrily.

"Hey, Leslie..." Kaz called out. "Yeah, that's right. I know your real name. Check out the ugliest half-human, half titanium cyborg in the room." Kaz held up a metal tray.

"Oh, come on! No one looks good in a Megan tray!" Megahurtz complained. "And no one calls me ugly." He formed a large ball of electric.

Nathaniel shot another wave of ice at him, making the ball of electric freeze, for a second or two, before Megahuttz tried again, breaking it.

"Oliver now!" Kaz yelled, when Megahurtz turned his attention to Nathan.

Kaz threw a bedpan at man, who didn't even flinch, instead stopped forming the ball of electricity to give Oliver an annoyed look. Oliver smile faded, instead a look of embarrassment coming over his face.

Megahurtz began to walk towards Tecton's Ron.

"I meant ugly, in a good way." Kaz nervously chuckled. "You know like, 'yo, playa, you so ugly."

Nathan has ran to the room, trying to barcade the door. Of course, Megahurtz simply blasted the door open.  And immediately went to shoot Nathaniel with a bolt of electricity. Only, it never hit him.

Nathaniel was blocked, by a man in a red suit. Tecton threw Megahurtz through the mighty med window. Quickly, he turned to Nathan. "Are you alright?"

"Am I already? You were dying five minutes ago!"

"And you decided to battle Megahurtz," Tecton replied back. "Hang on, we'll talk in a minute."

Tecton flew through the window, landing on the ground, and punching a hole into the floor. Nathaniel follows after. Seeing, Megahurtz try and blast Tecton, who dunked and the rolled away.

Kaz and Oliver dunked.

Tecton was hit in the chest, with another bolt of electricity. This one, still too soon to battle, knocked him down.

"Look out!" Oliver called it, warning Tecton. Who immediately, picked up a metal rod, deflecting the electricity. Before he threw it, Megahurtz stoped the poll, electricing it in the air.

Tecton stomped on the ground, shaking it and making Megahurtz fly back. He got up, only for Tecton to jump at him, he grabbed his arms. Megahurtz began to electrocute him again.

"We've go to stop Megahurtz somehow!" Oliver called out

Nathaniel sent out a wave of ice, hitting Megahurtz in the head. He momentarily let go to Tecton, shoving him away. As he headed towards Nathaniel.

Tecton immediately got up, flying at MegaHurtz and knocking him down before he made it to Nathaniel.

"Here!" Kaz yelled out, tossing the stop sign to Tecton. Tecton used it to tie up Megahurtz, as the man tried to electric his way out. Which only succeeded in knocking him out.

"Not, so touch are you, now, Leslie?" Kaz mocked walking closer.

Megahurtz grunted when his record another shock of electricity coursed, hitting him. Kaz yelped, scrambling back. "Still alive. still alive."

"You're okay?!" Nathaniel yelled out, worry gone and replied by relief. He ran over to Tecton, hugging him, but winced.

Tecton noticed, gently pulling his back from the hug, scanning him. But, when he went to pat him on the arm, he flinched again. Tecton turned to glare at Megahurtz, then pushing the villain to the ground.

Tecton leaned down to pick Megahurtz up, then walked over to Kaz. "You saved my life. You should stick around. This place needs you."

Also, Tecton saw how Nathaniel was glancing at Kaz.

"Act cool. Act cool, act cool," Kaz whispered lowly. "Thank you-" comes out in a high pitch voice. Which caused for Kaz to sigh. "Dang it."

"Well, my work here is down," Tecton says.

"Actually, just one more thing," Horace steps up. "That bulb has been out for weeks. Would you mind?"

Tecton reached and grabbed the bulb. "Yeah yeah."

"Why do you always ask him these things?" Nathaniel asked.

Tecton has dropped Megahurtz, then floated into the air to place the bulb.

"That was awesome! You taught Megahurtz!" Kaz yells excited.

"I lost, severally, to Megahurtz," Nathaniel huffed, crossing his arms in annoyance. He winced when he touched the burn mark.

Skylar had began to do flips as she passed by.

"Hey uh, listen," Oliver calls out to Kaz. "about before..."

"I'm sorry I almost fired and-or cubed," Kaz interrupts. "I mess up, and you bailed me out. Like you always do. Thanks," he tapped his shoulder.

"I'm sorry to. And, you were right," Oliver says. "I wouldn't be here without you. And I wouldn't want to be."

"Aw, you both finally stopped being stupid!" Nathaniel cheered.

"Commemorative 'bros again' fake photo?" Kaz asked, before wrapped an aeons around Oliver's waist, and they both looked up. Oliver wrapped his arm around Kaz's shoulder. Kaz lifts up his hand, imitating a camera shutter.

"And you ruined it. You're idiots again," Nathaniel says

Kaz reached over, pulling him closer. "Come on, get in the photo."

"What photo?"

Horace has walked back towards them. "Splendid work today. Splendid! I'll see you boys tomorrow after school."

"What?!" Alan exclaimed. "But what about the newscast? Everyone knows we have normos here."

"I don't care! Let the whole world know they work here." he then turned to Kaz and Oliver. "Remember, you can't tell anyone you work here."

"This is not fair! This is not-" Alan began to jump up and down.

Horace froze him in mid-air.

"Oh! Let me go get a bucket of water for when you unfreeze him," Nathaniel ran to go get the bucket.
