This is Darker_X 's country. Aeolerra is classified as a Moralistic Democracy. It's pretty clear that X has a real love for Democracy, and the policies show it. However, Aeolerra seems to be pretty Paternalistic in its tendencies, outlawing many practices while being highly moralistic and almost religious. 

The Trends:

Civil Rights: 26/100 "Few" This makes sense. With such a love of Democracy, the rights of others are essentially subject to a show of hands. This also helps to explain why the description of the country describes many practices or behaviors as being outlawed. Aeolerra is a Moralistic Democracy, basically everyone has to follow the morals of 51% of the rest of the country. I expect this trend to improve, as sometimes the first classification is subject to the set-up questions. 

Economy: 25/100 "Developing" This also makes sense in such a Moralistic Democracy. Citizens tend to place the Democratic Government in charge of a great many things. With Government being 18.1% of Aeolerra's Economy, and Government Owned Industries accounting for another 12.3%, there is a significant portion of economic development that is subject to the whim of the democratic mob, not necessarily good for property rights. Another factor as to why the Economy has a low trend rating may be that the Government spends a whopping 22.2% of its expenditures on "Spirituality" (religion), showing a clear bonding of church and state. This trend has nowhere to go but up, this will also improve. 

Political Freedoms: 70/100 "Excellent" This is where Aeolerra really shines, and it only makes sense. With such an adherence to true democracy, citizens have in their hands to vote and change policy with the times. In fact, it's higher in this trend than my own Ancapanda by 18 points! Of course the flip side of the coin is you really can't exercise such political freedom if you're part of a minority group. I expect this trend to go up, but stay relatively stable as time goes on. 

Aeolerra has high health standards, with an overwhelming majority of its citizens (96.8%) of them dying from either old age or "acts of God." With such an adherence to religion and Spirituality as stated above, its no surprise that Mr. God himself is taking an active role in rewarding and judging people with "what they deserve." 

A cautionary warning, however. Strict adherence to moralistic codes, a large democratic angry populace, and many Government-owned industries can lead down a very dark path: Fascism. 'Twas Hitler who rose to power in a Democratically elected Germany, who imposed his own morals and views on others, and began to nationalize and give the Nazi State control of industry and production. 

All in all, Aeolerra is a state where I would expect to find a lot of morally decent people who work hard and participate in their local governments. Throw in some more Economic Freedom and Aeolerra has the markings of a successful Nation-State. Good job, X!
