Peter makes his way over to East 38th Street and sees the criminals inside the shop window. He perches on top of a nearby building so he can get a closer look.

"Karen, zoom in on them," he says. His suit's eyes immediately start focussing on the window and he counts six guys, one of which seems to be pointing a gun at a cashier.

"Let's try to stealth this one," he says, not wanting to strain his body after only just getting back into being Spider-Man.

He swings over to the building the shop is located on and climbs down the wall towards to door.

"There is a vent to your left, a few feet from the door, which will take you into the main shop," Karen says, the vent being highlighted in the suit's vision. Peter groans. He hates small spaces, especially dark ones.

"Going in," he grumbles and lifts the hatch and climbs in. It's not as dark as he thought it would be, but it's still uncomfortable. He shuffles his way through the tunnel slowly so that he doesn't make a noise and alert the robbers. He can hear their mumbled conversation through the small holes in the vent.

"Karen -" he starts.

"Enhancing hearing," she replies, knowing that he would want to hear their plan. He smiles before concentrating on the conversation.

"Put the money in the damn bag," he hears one of the guys say. He hears the cashier gasp and the sound of a till being emptied. He speeds up his crawling and finally makes it to another vent which looks down into the shop.

"Alright. Nice and quietly," he whispers to himself. He slowly starts to lift the vent, planning on crawling along the ceiling and taking out the robbers one by one without the others noticing, but no such luck. The vent slips out of its frame and his fingers and falls to the shop floor with a 'crash'. He mentally slaps himself. "Way to go, Pete," he mumbles. There's no point in trying to take these guys out stealthily now that they know someone's here. He sighs and drops down through the hole in the ceiling, landing right in front of the guy with the gun.

"Sorry about that," he says. The guy in front of him cocks his gun. "Woah woah woah!" Peter says, putting his hands up in the air. "Let's think this through."

"Shoot him!" one of the other guys says. The guy pulls the trigger and Peter dodges out of the way of the bullet, yanks the gun out of his hand with his web, then flings it back into his face, knocking him out.

"Wow. You guys are harsh," he says before swinging over to the others. Two of the guys throw punches at him at the same time. Peter leans back out of the way so that they hit each other instead and stumble away. Another guy picks up a bottle of beer from a nearby shelf and smashes it, waving the sharp-ended piece at him. He shoots a web at his empty hand, pinning him to a wall and removes the bottle from his other hand before webbing him up entirely. "I think you have to pay for that," he says, chuckling to himself. He knows that humour or talking for that matter isn't a great way to help concentrate when fighting criminals, but it allows him to forget, just a little bit, about the danger that he's always in when he's Spider-Man. The two guys who punched each other before now stumble back over to where he's standing, yelling and swinging their arms around. But before they can get to him, one of them slips on the beer from the broken bottle, sending him crashing into the other guy so that both of them collapse into a heap at Peter's feet. He looks over at the cashier and sees that she's just as shocked as he is. "How cool was that?!" he says before webbing them to the floor.

"T-The money! They're taking the m-money!" she manages to stutter, pointing at the last two guys who have sprinted out of the shop and down the street.

"Don't worry ma'am, I'll get them!" Peter yells and heads after them.
