he Match: Del Rio tries to charge at "The Phenom" but Undertaker catches Del Rio with a big boot to the face. During most of the first half, Undertaker began to slowly and methodically wear down Del Rio. Undertaker then softens up Del Rio's arm and he hits Old School on The Mexican Aristocrat.

When Del Rio rolls to the outside, Undertaker continues his slow, but methodical assault on Del Rio. After hitting a Apron Leg Drop on Del Rio, Undertaker gets back in the ring. Del Rio then avoids a corner attack from the Undertaker and he begins to wear down "The Deadman".

Del Rio mostly targeted the Deadman's arm, slamming it into the ring post, stomping on it repeatedly, among other things. Del Rio tried to hit a Super Kick on the Undertaker, but "The Phenom" catches Del Rio by his neck. Undertaker then hits Del Rio with a devastating Chokeslam. Del Rio however manages to kick out at two.

Undertaker then tries to hit a Last Ride on Del Rio, but Del Rio counters it into the Cross Arm Breaker. Two minutes later, Undertaker reverses the hold into the Hell's Gate submission hold. Del Rio then counters it into a pinfall attempt, but Undertaker kicks out at two.

Del Rio then tries to lock in the Cross Arm Breaker once again, but Undertaker manages to reverse the attempt, into the Last Ride. Undertaker then signals for the Tombstone Piledriver. As he attempts to hit the Tombstone, Del Rio slips down the back of The Undertaker and he hits a super kick, but The Undertaker manages to stay on his feet and hit a sudden Tombstone Piledriver. To the shock of everybody in Tokyo however, Del Rio kicked out at two.

Suddenly, Big Show, Rhyno, Mike Knox and Matt Hardy attack the Undertaker, causing a disqualification loss for Del Rio. Del Rio then grabs a Steel Pipe and he attempts to hit Undertaker, but The Phenom manages to fight back and deliver Chokeslam's to all of the Posse members.

Undertaker then hits Del Rio with a pipe across the skull, knocking him unconscious. The Deadman then gets a chair and he Tombstones Del Rio on top of it. Surveying his damage, Undertaker then does his victory taunt, as the crowd gives him a standing ovation.

Winner By DQ: The Undertaker.
