Nakuul Mehta has something to say to Namit Khanna, so he writes him a letter. Read on to know what he wants to tell Surbhi 's new co star :)

To the guy who comes after me,
            Hello. We both know each other - we are old acquaintances. Being in the same industry, we have often crossed paths. I have seen snippets of your work and let me tell you this - I think you are brilliant at your craft. I look forward to learning from most of the talented people I come across and you are one of them.  Now coming to why am I writing this letter to you? The reason is simple. You are the lucky fella who will now work with HER after ME. I wish you both the very best on your new journey. But before you venture out to work with her and spend time with her, you need to know a few things.

When u meet her for the first time, she will seem too bright. Too bubbly. Too talkative. You will wonder, how can someone so light-hearted work on something so serious? Is she even the right choice?
And then the camera will switch on. And so will she. Switch her inner soul to the character's. She will be the character from head to toe, and she will transform so completely that all traces of her real personality will be erased. And you will look on in awe. To transform into the character, she just needs to hear the word 'Action'. Unlike others, she does not require rehearsals. She does not require isolation. No. Her transition happens just with a finger snap. That is the magic of this girl.
By now you will start respecting her talent and talk a little bit with her off the camera. But you will still be a wee bit wary of being friends with someone from work immediately, and feel a bit awkward. Hence you will keep your distance in the start.

While you do so, you will observe from the corner of your eye how easily and effortlessly she has charmed the entire set to fall in love with her. They all seem like moths to a flame, flocking to her for light. A few kind words, that crooked smile, that warm laughter, a heart felt hug - these weapons are enough for her to charm anyone and win them over completely. The entire unit will slowly become one big family -she being the head of it.

Slowly, relunctanly, you will be pulled towards her. After all, how long can one stay without the light? There will be scenes that will put you in close proximity to her - you will be struggling not to get too lost for real in her sparkling brown eyes which hold entire worlds within them. To do those scenes you will definitely have to get closer to her. Now you are both cordial. Sort of friendly colleagues.
And then one day, she will pull you out of your vanity and force you to eat lunch together with the unit - it is necessary for bonding, she will say. And then she will offer you a bite of her tiffin box - yes, the pink one - and u will eat it tentatively at first and then with full gusto. Because that rajma chawal, my friend, will be the best one you have ever tasted. Before you know it u will have finished her tiffin and then she will be running behind you like a little kid because you ate her whole lunch. You will laugh and tease her about it. And then finally the last wall between you two will crack.

You will now set yourself fully free to enjoy her company - you will allow yourself to be yourself. So you will now badger her with lame jokes, hilarious pranks and incessant teasing. She will marvel at first at your transformation - how did the guy she thought was cold turn out to be this warm and sunny? After getting over her initial shock, she will then join you with full gusto. And then - you will become a team to remember. You will be tuned into her, and she into you. You both will know what the other will bring into a scene. You won't need rehearsal, you will now just react to each other. You will enjoy her company off camera and hang out together often - parties, lunches, dinners, outings, what you may. You will now stay in touch via phone and WhatsApp too, and will never run out of things to tell each other.

You will be the one who will now experience all this after me. I just need u to remember a few things - One, she is like a child. Precious. Handle her with care. If possible, guide her. Have her back. Two, she gives the warmest hugs. You will find that one hug from her takes all your stress away. You will be craving for her hugs soon. Three, she is sometimes conscious of her looks. Let her know that she is perfect in every way and always looks beautiful. The silly girl needs to hear this often to believe it. Fourth and last - cherish each and every moment u get with her - all those little moments will be special and precious. Before you know it, they will be over too soon. Hence live them to the fullest.
