Wait what?! All I could do was watch helplessly as my sister wrapped her hands around my boyfriend. But Nico's quite lucky that he's so badass. He kicked her off balance. Then he unsheathed his sword and pointed it at Lou's chest. "Explain. Now."

"Nico please! Don't hurt her!" Nico looked up at me, his eyes as hard as stone. He didn't look so cute now.

"Will this isn't your sister, this is a ghost that is invading her mind," Nico explained. Lou looked at me, her eyes strange and golden. "Oh will do you want this bad person hurting your sister?" Nico lowered his sword and took a step back, but he didn't unsheath it. I was so torn. I looked at Nico. "Oh please, Nico is there anyway we can bring her back?"I cried.

The thing I think the Greeks called it eidolon flipped of the floor with inhuman agility. "Oh but come on, I like having a body! Do you know how it feels to be forced to turn into a ghost? It's not an experience I'd recommend," the eidolon shot a glare at Nico. I was confused, but Nico didn't seem that confused. In fact, realization had dawned on his face. "Bryce Laurence is that you?" The eidolon chuckled. "Good job little ghost boy. Miss me? "

Nico clenched his fists, but I saw guilt in his eyes. "Shut up Bryce!  You deserved it! You tried to arrest Reyna for nothing!"

He hissed. "Do you really think you should have the the right to decide that? No matter what you do, you're isolated anyway. No one cares about you. Why did you care?"

Nico trembled, but he didn't say anything. Bryce curled his lip. "And you–" he turned to my direction. I stared back at him, still in awe. "I'm so sorry about your loss."

"What are you talking about? Nico please give this guy what he wants so he can leave my sister alone," I hoped my voice wasn't shaking.

"Why do you want me to go? I've been in your sister's mind. I'm sorry that your parents left you. Actually I'm not! Any friend of Nico deserves pain for the rest of their lives. And you deserve it too. You were born crazy, and crazy you will be forever." It scoffed. "No wonder you're friends with Nico."

That definitely hurt. I staggered. I knew my sister thought that, but she never showed it. Nico also looked like he was about to cry. "Shut up!" I yelled. "You don't know shit about me! Stop pretending that you do. And get out of my sister!" I charged Bryce. Nico ran to restrain me. "Nico let go of me!"

"Will you idiot! He'll kill you!" Bryce just chuckled. "Nico this is all your fault. Will if you want your sister back, you will come to the place where it's hidden, swear loyalty to me and Kill Nico afterward. I'll be keeping a very close eye on you. If you don't, well don't worry. Your sister hates you anyway." The eidolon dissipated, still in my sister's body.

Nico let go of my arms, not looking at me in my my eyes. He turned away. "You can kill me. It will give you your sister. This is all my fault. You should've stayed away from me. My presence endangers you." He mumbled.

I turned his face so he looked at me. "No one is dying. And you shouldn't listen to that ghost. I don't trust that he'll go out of sister even if I do what he says. And I swore I will never leave you didn't I?" I demanded.

"Well yes but–" I cut him off. "No buts. I'll find my sister, and you'll use your super death boy skills to knock him out. Then we can find away to force him out of Lou's body."

Nico nodded in excitement. "That's true! I have a friend who can get eidolon' out of the body by just telling them to leave." Then I saw pain flash in his eyes. "But I have to go back to the camp." I embraced my little boyfriend. "Hey it will be ok. We'll get through this. With my death boy to protect me, I could get through anything!"

Nico blushed. "I never thought I would say this, but I love you Will."

"I'm sorry what did you say?" I teased. Nico colored. "Sh-Shut up! You heard me the first time!"

"I actually didn't."

"Will!"

"Death boy!"

"Don't call me that!" I winked.

"Then repeat the words you said." Nico sighed. "Fine... I love you you idiot."

"Close enough," I leaned over and pressed my mouth onto his. When we broke I whispered, "I love you too."
