Scott and Alex were married four years after Kirstie's funeral. A month later, Scott's grandmother called and apologized for disowning him and Mitch. She told Scott that she was bound to pass on soon and gave the house to Scott and Alex. They are adopting a little girl and cannot wait to watch her grow up.

Mitch's hearing never healed, but he did have a cochlear implant replacement surgery. He is happily dating Gus and Gus plans to propose to Mitch soon. Travis got a hold of Mitch and apologized for what he did. Mitch accosted his apology and was happy to know that Travis is married with someone.

Kevin and Avi decided to move back to California after Scott moved to his grandmother's house. It was hard at first, but they wanted to be back at the house Tori grew up in. They would have regretted it if they didn't do it. They missed the two brothers, but it was the best for the both of them.

Mike introduced Mitch to his wife, Nel and their daughter Jessa. Both women welcomed the youngest Grassi with open arms and we're happy to know about Mike's long lost son. Nothing was awkward about them although Mike and Nel had a talk about his affair with Connie. At this point, it did not matter because Mitch is theirs and they are Mitch's.

Kirstie was with Ariana again. They were crying once they were in each other's arms again, not wanting to let go of each other ever again. Together, they watched over their brothers. They wanted nothing more than to reassure them that they will okay and that they will see each other again. All Kirstie cared about was being with Ariana and her parents again while making sure Scott and Mitch stayed happy.

Melanie survived the surgery and have her restaurant to Scott to pursue her music career. Because of this, the restaurant became popular. It was always busy and Scott, Alex, and Mitch could not be more happy about the sudden success.

At the end, Avi and Kevin and Scott and Mitch, even without Kirstie, had a bond.

An unbreakable one.
