"And...that should do it!" Levi says, dropping his tools, clapping his hands together.

Mira floats above him, she hovers down, landing on the ground gracefully. She hums at the sight of the fixed portal.

"I'm not sure if it'll work, I don't know a lot about portals, but it looks like the drawing in that book!" Levi smiles, putting his tools away as he stands up. He tucks his wrench in the pocket of his overalls, grabbing the pencil from behind his ear, tapping it on his chin, looking as if he was thinking.

"Oh!" His eyes light up. "I remember what I was gonna say!"

Mira raises an eyebrow. "What?" She asks, looking down at the shorter boy.

"We should carve out names in the huge tree over there! For history!!!" Levi exclaims, his eyes shining.

Mira thinks for a second, before responding. "...sure." She Mutters a reply, nodding as she does.

Levi jumps up and down, grabbing the older girls hand, dragging her with him to the rest of the group.

Celsi was clearly bored, practicing some spells to distract herself, Justice and ren were having a conversation, both of them laughing a LOT, and mercy, Olive, and kel were playing some game, however kel and mercy looked confused, so it was probably a human game.

The group stops what they were all doing, looking up at Mira and Levi.

"Wanna carve your name?" Levi asks, gesturing to the large tree a bit behind them.

Kel immediately rushes over, followed by mercy and Olive rushing after him, yelling for him.

Ren and Justice glance at each other, Justice shrugs band stands up, dusting himself off, he holds his hand out for ren to grab.

Justice is about to pull them up before Celsi grabs both of them, dragging them over to the others.

Olive is holding her pocket knife up high so kel can't get it.

"I don't trust you with sharp things!" Olive tells him. "I'll help you sign it." She adds.

Kel groans, but nods.

Olive signs her name, passing the knife to mercy.

Everyone signs their names, including kel, mercy adds a star, Olive adds a smile, and Levi a heart.

The group stays in silence for a bit, before Olive breaks the silence.

"Well...what do we do now?..." She Mutters, looking around at everyone else.

"We...set it up and send you home..." Mira declares, looking off to the side.

"Yeah!- wait what-" kel says, and then looks at Olive. "You're leaving?"

"...yeah, I am." Olive Mutters, looking down at her beaten up boots.

Kel crosses his arms, scoffing. "Not like I care or anything..." he looks away.

Mira and Olive glance at each other. They both nod, and step towards the portal, where celsi is waiting.

Mira chants the spell, levitating in the air, her eyes glowing. Celsi lights a fire in her hands, throwing the flames at the portal door, and it slowly starts to glow.

Olives eyes widen, Mira floats down, landing on the ground, gently gesturing for Olive to go into the portal, to go home.

Olive hesitates, she sighs and starts to walk closer.

But she's interrupted...by yelling in the distance.

Mira's eyes widen "Oh Iris..." she whispers to herself, she turns to Olive. "You need to leave- now!"

"What-what's wrong?!" Olive shouts, looking at Mira's nervous expression.

"She's-" Mira is interrupted by a cackle coming from behind her.

There's a woman in a red gown, her red eyes glowing against the hue of the evening sky, her long dark hair flowing in the wind. She grins evilly, stepping towards Mira.

Mira glares at her, "what are you doing here."

The lady cackles, "Oh, just here to bring my daughter back home"

Everyone freezes.

"You'll never take me back there-" Mira shouts, but is cut off by her mother.

"Oh is this gonna be a problem?" Suddenly, something pierces through the back of the lady's dress...spider legs. "Because honestly honey, I can just take you with me if that'll be easier..." she says condescendingly.

Mira freezes.

"And I might as we'll take your friends too..." she smirks.

Mira looks at her hands, then back at her friends, then back at her mother, she kneels before her. "Don't hurt them...take me..."

The empress smirks.

Mira suddenly uses a spell that shoves Olive through the portal, sending her through, the portal collapses...its now ruins again.
