An army of guards were immediately sent out to the kingdom walls. Her father rushed in as she grabbed her stuff.

"You're going to escape?"

"I want this kingdom to live. If I have to run, I will. I won't be alone. Trust me."

The two hugged before leaving the room. Her father rushed one way while she went to the back of the kingdom. A group of kids were waiting.

"Come on!" They all slipped into a crack in the wall as the kingdom started to fall apart.

"Mommy and Daddy..." The girl whispered.

"We can't worry about them. We have to hurry!" She nodded as they ran away from the destroyed kingdom.

Inside...

"Did we get everyone?"

"Affirmative. There is no more life in this kingdom."

"Excellent. The king will be pleased to hear."

A girl swung from vine to vine as she reached a small building.

She went in and smiled.

"Morning Sapphire. How was it?"

"The wind was amazing! I felt freer than ever!"

"Glad you liked it." She noticed the others were talking in the living room. She entered and jumped on one.

"Sapphire!" The others laughed at that.

"Nice one, Sapphire." She smiled at that.

"Sorry Black. Releasing energy." The boy, Black, nodded softly at that. "You ok?"

He opened his mouth to speak, but a snarl escaped him. He grabbed his mouth and whimpered lightly. Sapphire petted his head.

"Go ahead. I got ya."

He purred as he turned into his small form.

She picked him up and sat down. He curled up on her lap and fell asleep. She looked at each person and smiled. They each had a secret, one separate and one together. Together they were from the old Fire Kingdom, Firenax. That's right. This was the group of kids from before. As for separate...

Green is a Wingly, one of the last ones and the last Wingly of the Firenax. He uses a sacred magic that has been forbidden since the fall of Firenax.

Black is actually a dragon that was abandoned by his family. They did it for a reason as they were killed shortly after abandoning him. He's happy that they left him a life. The king and queen of Firenax adopted him. He was treated as a small creature with a big heart and everyone loved him. He has problems with keeping his dragon form down and out of sight. He has been on the watch list since the fall of Firenax.

Sun is a Riddle. That's as much as anyone knows. He's kept a low profile. He had a sister in Firenax and other family members in the Plant Kingdom, Velasquez. The only thing that is known is that the people of Firenax loved him and his job, which is a mystery since the fall of Firenax.

Pink is a mysterious girl who always has a small creature following her. She's the smartest person but her memory sucks. Her and her creature have been wanted since the fall of Firenax.

Velvet is a Riddle that is the only person who stays safe no matter what fight. She has been the first one in a fight to take the hit. She has been forbidden since the fall of Firenax.

Sapphire is actually the princess of Firenax, the last true royal member of the family. She has been able to control the water near their home. She has turned into a wild person since the fall of Firenax.

Each with a secret that has put them into hiding from the world. They promised to stick together and never let go. They were hoping to get word from Aquino, their ally. They sent a letter to the kingdom, praying for a savior. But who knows how long that will take.

Sapphire stroked the small dragon as it purred.

"I hope we get help soon... Black needs it."
