!WARNING! This story is a Male!Rivals x YandereKun (plus extras) fic, so if you don't like it, no one's forcing you to read it! Also if you aren't familiar with Yandere Simulator, go check it out! It's an awesome game so far, and it's only gonna get better :). This story will also contain mentions and maybe descriptions of blood and murder and that stuff, I'm not sure what else you would be expecting with a yandere fic though.

Hello everyone! This bit is just to clear up some things, since this obviously isn't set in the canon universe, so things will be different.

Also for anyone who has read my other fanfic 'It's Complicated', don't worry, I'll be continuing that eventually, I just wanna make this book to help me get involved in the Yandere Sim fandom again, since I lost interest a bit ago.

Now for the facts about this Alternate Universe!

- Mostly every character is gender swapped (other then Senpai) so you'll have to play a game of 'guess the character' based on their last names. This also includes the teachers.
-Laws will be the same as they are in Britain, as that is where I am from, so it'll help me figure things out. I will also note the laws I am referring to, so that no-one gets confused. (If I remember)
-Some characters aren't strictly in character, since they will be getting different(ish) backstories, in order for me to get more attached to characters (along with you, the reader) in order to bring you a better story! -The way Ayato will develop feelings for the other people is different then how it is in Yandere Sim, and in my opinion makes a bit more sense then bumping into some random person and instantly falling for them.

The character differences are~

Info Kun: Less of a d!ck (get your mind out of the gutter). Genuinally cared 'bout the rivals but doesn't know how emotions work so can't express it. General reaction to love is wanting topless photos.

Nemesis Kun: The murder hobo in DnD. Obsessed with Megamo but fell for the rivals after Megamo did.

Taro Yamada: He's getting a physical and psychological makeover because this man is a basic b!tch and I refuse to have such a bland character in my fanfic (no hate on Yandev, but we all know that Senpai is boringly basic) don't worry though, he'll still be the book lovin' nerd because otherwise it's no longer Senpai..

Osano Najimi: Not much will change about him, but he will butt heads with Kizano a lot in the future.

Amao Odayaka: He makes cakes, you literally cannot change perfection.

Kizano Sunobu: Bit of a tsundere not gonna lie. Butts head with Osano a lot in the future. Sass king (but we knew that). My fave rival because I think boys with long, styled hair are hot, and yes that is the only reason.

Oko Ruto: The perfect little bean is perfect 😍💖

Aso Rito: My fave rival to ship with Ayato, so expect him a lot. Also a clingy boy.

Mujo Kina: A little bit of a dirty boi not gonna lie, still innocent tho. I also don't encourage anyone to get with their school nurse as that is illegal and the nurse will end up getting fired and arrested (arrested depending on your age (I think))

Mido Rana: You love him or you hate him, there is no in-between. I also don't encourage anyone to get with their teacher as that is illegal and your teacher will end up getting fired and arrested. (arrested depending on your age (I think))

Osoro Shidesu: Bad boy with a sweet side that makes the fangirls swoon. Honestly one of the more innocent ones when it comes to romantic relationships because he has been single for as long as the universe.

Hanako Yamada: Oh save his sweet little soul from these maniacs- not much changed, but he is a bit more grammatical because of how close he is with Taro.

Megamo Saikou: Can be real scary. Very protective. Honestly breaks his own rules like 10 times a day.

That's all I can remember for now, I'll add more to this once the story has developed more.
