Chapter 2 - First class
Kizano's POV
All the female drama club members had been gossiping about this new kid since they arrived for early practice - meaning we haven't gotten anything done today. I don't know why they're all so obsessed, there's no one who can be as attractive as me anyway.
Tired of all the giggling, I took a quick bathroom break to stop me from ruining my eyeliner form stress. After calming down, I decided to head back to the club in order to continue practicing for the end of school play, it's never too early to begin practice!
As I walked back, I must of zoned out at some point, as I walked straight into someone. As we bounced off eachother I felt all my rage go loose.
"Watch where you goi-" I began, before stopping in my tracks, feeling my cheeks go red.
Ayato's POV
I looked at the boy I had walked into as he cut himself off mid-sentence and just kind of stared for a while. The silence continued until he turned on his heel and walked away, presumably to where he was going in the first place.
I shrugged it off as something I didn't understand and continued heading to my first class of the day, since Mother would get upset with me if I was late.
Walking into the room, all conversation stopped for a moment as everyone in the room stared at me, before whispering among themselves. I made my way to the only empty seat in the room, pulling out my phone while waiting for the teacher to arrive. As I scrolled through social media I felt several pairs of eyes on me, and looked up to see a group of tan girls with somewhat matchy and colourful outfit staring at me, slightly red before whispering among themselves as they noticed I had spotted them.
I put my phone back in my pocket as I heard the door open and the teacher walk in. He was the first male teacher I had seen all day, with brown hair and a black suit, the shirt he was wearing underneath barely buttoned up. As he entered the girls started giggling as he gave a small wink towards the classroom. We made eye contact for a brief moment and his face went slightly red. I'm yet to figure out why people's face seem to go red when they see me - Father said it's a natural reaction to someone your interested in, whatever that means.
He began the lesson, occasionally winking and leaning on his desk, both of which made the girls go red and giggle. It was getting a bit annoying. I noticed the boys did not have these reactions - in fact they tended to stare at him when they did these things, which a presume is in some sort of anger or frustration. Eventually the lesson ended, and everyone grabbed their bags and left the room, after a few last winks and giggles. However, before I could leave the room, I felt a hand on my shoulder.
"Ayato Aishi, correct?" Mr Mido Rana asked, to which nodded in reply, "Alright Mr Aishi, could you please stay behind for a few moments?"
"Yes, sir," I responded as all my classmates left the room, leaving me alone with the teacher.
Mr Rana then proceeded to cup the side of my face with one of his hands, as I looked at him.
