"I'm coming too."

Currently we are about to go to the location to where Scar is located and Winry is taking my suggestion of tagging along. But of course Kimblee is skeptical and doesn't want to let her come along.

"This is my first time making this kind of automail if something goes wrong it could tarnish the Rockbell family name!"

"Workaholic," Ed muttered.

While Ed and Winry bickered I turned to Kimblee.

"Can we please take her with us?"

"....."

"Pretty please?"

"....."

"Please Kimblee?"

"Fine Ms. Rockbell you can come with us."

I knew he still had a soft spot for me.

"Yay Winry is coming on the field trip. Alright I hope you enjoy the trip Winry."

"How did you do that?" Ed asked me.

"Do what? Get Kimblee to agree? I think he has a soft spot for me that's all."

I skipped to get in the car with Kimblee and one of his normal subordinates. The car that the others were in had to human looking chimeras. They did not seem like overall bad people from the vibe they gave off.

"I do not have a soft spot for you," Kimblee said as soon as I got in.

"Do to, just admit it."

He mumbled something that I couldn't understand. I never knew why he did maybe he just did. Who knows.

"Can I travel with the Elrics again? I hate being mean. And I want to be there when they get their bodies back."

"It's not my call. But do you really want to leave me?"

"Yes I do. Before I know it you'll have me setting things on fire before you blow it up."

We didn't speak anymore on the ride there. The place we went to was covered in lots of snow with a lot of abandoned buildings.

"I'm going to explore," I shouted back to Kimblee since I already ran.

Now if I were to hide somewhere where would I hide? I am not quite sure if I asked myself so I could hide or if I could find Scar.

During my exploring I ran into a little girl and a mini panda. Well she practically ran over me running in the direction I had come from.

This place is supposed to be abandoned. Not with little girls that were from Xiang. I assume that's where she was from because of her outfit.

I wandered around for at least thirty more minutes before hearing a boom from another building. I let out a large sigh. The location was far but no doubt Scar was there.

When I finally made it there Scar had Winry over his shoulder, Ed looked fake worried, but Kimblee didn't seem to notice because he looked pissed. I must've missed something. Scar isn't a bad guy, in my opinion anyway, so why take Winry? Maybe this was the escape plan?

I walked back to the car and got in. I was freezing. I hope Kimblee didn't see me or else he'll start yelling at me asking 'Why didn't you do anything?'.

"You didn't help that girl?"

Selim.

His shadow spread across the floor of the car. All of the eyes were looking at me studying me.

"No. It wasn't my job to go after Scar really. The only reason Father wants me here is to carve the crest of blood. That's why my name is Korosu."

"You are getting soft. You better do your job right or else Father will have to punish you."

"I understand."

There was no reply. He must have gone to spy on someone else. I want all of this to be over already.

Kimblee got in the car and slammed his fist into the seat in front of him. I know I visibly flinched.

"Why didn't you do anything to stop him? He has right there!" Kimblee shouted at me.

"That's your freakin' job, I just kill a mass of people on this trip."

Kimblee blinked and his expression somewhat softened. I backed up a little as he poked my cheek.

"I never thought I would ever see you cry," he said more to himself.

"Ignore it. When we get back I'm going to question the Elric's. Don't get in my way."

~~~~~I always half skipped this episode. 🙀 Anyway I'm back. I took a very extended break to build up my art portfolio. And it paid off. I into art school! So all that bettering myself paid off. They only accept maybe 44% of their applicants and everyone interviewing with me had way more makeup experience than me. But I made it.
I'll try to update soon but I'm slow. (If you couldn't tell. I've been working on this for two years.)
