Wrestlemania had now arrived. The biggest night of Cassie and Josh's WWE career so far. After meeting up with their families and friends the night before at the Hall Of Fame ceremony, and having a good catch up, it was now time for the two of them to make history. After the pre-show, which saw Jack Gallagher defeat Tony Nese for the Cruiserweight Championship, Mandy Rose win the Women's Battle Royal, Braun Strowman win the Andre The Giant Battle Royal and AoP win the Raw Tag Team Championships, the main show had now kicked off, with Seth Rollins winning the Universal Championship from Brock Lesnar, AJ Styles pinning Randy Orton, and as Josh and Cassie watched, Josh couldn't help but see that his girlfriend was nervous.

Josh: Babe? What's up?

Cassie: It's just... That's a huge crowd out there... what if I muck it up? There's 80000 people in that stadium, as well as millions watching all around the world... Am I really ready for a match as big as this?

Josh grabbed her hands tightly and held them as their heads met and he spoke.

Josh: Cassie... you deserve this moment more than anything. This is Wrestlemania, where anything can happen. You've worked so hard to be here, and don't let anybody tell you different. When you go out there, you and Asuka will make history. You will win that title, and more importantly, you will have your Wrestlemania moment tonight. Now go out there, and make your family even more proud of you than they already are...

Cassie then smiled and kissed her man.

Cassie: Wow babe, you know exactly what to say and when to say it. I can't thank you enough for this... You helped me to get where I am... Come on, you can walk me to gorilla!

They walked hand in hand to gorilla, where her music had just started to play. She went out with her special gear, with IIconic written down the side of her black trunks in neon green and orange and a bunch of flowers instead of her trademark solo flower. She then looked into the camera and sent a message to her loving boyfriend.

Cassie: I'm doing this for you babe!

She then blew a kiss before leaning against the ropes and doing her pose before Asuka then made her entrance, and she was accompanied by a troop who were wearing the same mask as her own before pointing at Cassie, sparking a hint of fear into the Aussie. After the official intros, the match then began, and Cassie wasted no time, hitting Asuka with a series of kicks and strikes, including a stiff elbow to Asuka's jaw.

After another 20 minutes, both Cassie and Asuka were exhausted, and after Cassie had Asuka on the top rope, she delivered a picture perfect sunset flip powerbomb from the top into a pin combo.

Ref: 1... 2...

Asuka just about threw a shoulder up before catching Cassie unawares and locking in the Asuka-lock, and leaving her with almost nowhere to go. After a painful minute in the hold, she used her legs to just touch the ropes, forcing the break. Asuka then mistimed a hip attack and missed a strike before Cassie hit her with a leg lariat, before hitting her fishermans suplex, but opting not to go for the cover. Instead, she climbed to the top and hit a Shooting Star Press, to the awe of everyone, even the ref, who soon then began the count.

Ref: 1... 2... 3!

Greg: Here is your winner... and NEW Smackdown Women's Champion, Peyton Royce!

As soon as the bell rang, Cassie was shocked and as she was handed the title belt, she began crying, as she had her Wrestlemania moment at her first attempt of asking. As she celebrated with the title, Josh was watching backstage and couldn't wipe the smile off his face.

Josh: You deserve it, girl.

Just then, there was a knock on the door.

Willow (Jeff): Energeon... the time has come. Everything is now falling into place... and we must be ready. Do what you must to prepare before joining me in our quest.

As Willow left, Josh then wrote a note to leave for Cassie before getting the rest of his gear on, then grabbing his mask. He left the note on the door, before putting his mask on.

Josh: Energeon is ready...

He left for gorilla, while Cassie had now arrived backstage and was celebrating with Leah.

Leah: OMG girl! I'm so happy for you!!! No doubt you deserve it!

Cassie: I still... can't believe it. All my life I've worked for this. I was always told that I'd never achieve anything in this business... And I have proved them wrong.

Leah: Damn right! You seen Josh yet since you won? Or should I say Energeon, or whatever his name is?

Cassie: Nope, cos his match is next, and he had to get ready. But truthfully, I'm a little worried cos its a street fight, and Josh could get hurt. I mean, I do want him and Jeff to win, but I'm concerned about a potential injury... I mean, I never thought I'd see this side of him.

Leah: I wouldn't be too concerned, that guy has been through a lot, plus he has the perfect tag team partner for a match like this in Jeff, or in this case, Willow!

Cassie: Hmm, I guess you're right...

As Cassie and Leah then made their way to Cassie's locker room, Willow and Energeon were about to make their entrance for the tag title match.

Energeon (Josh): My friend... Let us do battle. May this crowd remember this match for years to come.

Willow: Well put, my companion. Let the battle for tag team supremacy commence!

Willow's theme then hit and out they came, along with a gang of Willows and Energeons, all of the Willows with the trademark umbrella, and Energeon then slammed the ground as fireworks hit from all around the stadium as the pair sprinted to the ring.

Greg: The following contest is a streetfight for the Smackdown Tag Team Championship! Introducing first, at a combined weight of 472 pounds, the team of Energeon and Willow!

The crowd cheered and roared as their cheers swiftly turned to boos as the Usos made their entrance.

Greg: And their opponents, at a combined weight of 479 pounds, they are the Smackdown Tag Team Champions, Jimmy and Jey, The Usos!

Willow and Energeon wasted no time, both hitting Tope Con Hilos on the champions, addressing their early dominance. It allowed time for the challengers to get weapons, such as tables and chairs, and even a 20ft ladder was brought into play. By the time all the weapons were in the ring, Jimmy and Jey had grabbed a pair of kendo sticks and whacked the living hell out of Willow and Energeon, until they were laid out. They then dragged their limp bodies onto two tables side by side in the ring, and proceeded to hit the Double Uce through the tables.

Ref: 1... 2...

Both Willow and Energeon kicked out, showing they were far from done. As the Usos got steel chairs ready, Willow did his trademark evil laugh, as the champions were unaware of Energeon behind them, with a baseball bat ready. He then whacked Jimmy from behind while Willow hit a Twist Of Fate on Jey, before Willow decided to get even more extreme. He went under the ring and brought up a bag of thumbtacks, as well as lighter fluid and a pair of handcuffs. He then hit another Twist Of Fate on Jey, on the outside, taking him out of play completely. Just to be safe, Willow used the handcuffs and cuffed him to the ring post.

Meanwhile, Energeon had Jimmy set for the First Spark, but as he sprinted towards him, he ate 3 superkicks in a row, but was still standing. As Jimmy ran to hit the splash in the corner, Energeon moved out of the way and then hit the First Spark, before signalling for Willow to set up the ladder. Energeon then hit Creation Of Energy on Jimmy, before getting right back up, and grabbing the thumbtacks and spreading them all over a table which Willow had set up earlier before laying Jimmy out on it. He then hit the Swanton Bomb, as Jimmy writhed out in pain.

Ref: 1... 2... thr-

Jimmy just threw a shoulder up but nothing more. He was going down fighting. As the match reached its conclusion, Cassie and Leah could barely watch as the insane Energeon then took things to a new level. He listened to the crowd chanting "This Is Awesome" and "We Want Fire!", and he was happy to oblige.

Cassie: What's he doing now?

Leah: Oh God, this is beyond insane...

They both looked on in disbelief as Willow and Energeon poured lighter fluid and tacks across another table and as Willow lit up the table, he propped Jimmy next to the table, while Energeon jumped to hit Creation Of Energy from the top of the ladder, and Willow moved out of the way just in time as Energeon sent Jimmy crashing through the burning table, leaving both of them motionless as Willow put the fire out with an extinguisher, then went for the cover, with the crowd gasping in awe as to what they had just witnessed.

Ref: 1... 2... 3!!!

Greg: Here are your winners, and NEW Smackdown Tag Team Champions, Energeon and Willow!!!

As the bell rang and the announcement was made, Willow helped his partner up from his death defying move, and stood him up to a vertical base as they were then handed the title belts. The new champions embraced each other with what little energy they had left.

Willow: WE... are victorious, my friend.

As they raised the belts above their heads, Cassie had a smile on her face as to what she had just witnessed, as her man had come close to committing suicide and he came out alive.

Leah: Did... did that just happen?

Cassie: Apparently! But it worked... My man is half of the new tag champs!

She and Leah then went to wait outside Josh's locker room, and after 10 minutes of photos taken with Willow and a quick interview as Energeon, he arrived. Knowing he was still quite sore from the match, Cassie was gentle when she gave her boyfriend a kiss and a long hug.

Cassie: You really had me worried there babe, I was terrified when you lit up that table.

Josh: Blame Hunter. He came up with that idea, just to add that brutal aspect.

Cassie: Well, at least you're okay. And also, you're a champion!

Josh: Well, tag team champion. But I never did say... Congrats on your big win! I never doubted you for a second.

Cassie: Believe me babe, I was close to doubting myself while in the Asuka-lock. But, I did it!

Just then, Willow arrived to see the happy pair.

Willow: The emergence of Energeon has been successful, as he and Willow now rule the Smackdown tag team division!

Cassie: Congrats to you too, Willow! That Swanton through the table must have hurt!

Willow: Indeed, I did suffer pain, but every bit of it was worth it as we were victorious! But I also applaud your efforts, Cassandra, as you were also successful in your championship match, beating tomorrow's empress, Asuka. That INSPIRED us to victory.

Cassie: Well, I'm glad of that. Let me just take a picture of us for my Instagram...

She got her phone at the ready, with Willow and Energeon standing either side of her, raising their belts above their heads, while Cassie wore hers around her waist.

peytonroycewwe: Great champions think alike. Smackdown Live, you've been put on alert. The Emergence of Willow, Energeon and... IIcona!

As the picture was posted and was immediately flooded with comments and likes, Cassie then had a request.

Cassie: Willow, if you wouldn't mind...

Willow: As you wish, I shall depart. Savour your success tonight, Cassandra, as shall Willow and Energeon!

He did his evil cackle as he left, leaving Josh and Cassie alone.

Cassie: What a night... But I don't think me and you are done yet.

Josh: What do you mean by that?!

Cassie: Well, since we're done with our matches for the night, I suggest we engage in a 24 hour recovery session. What do you say to that?

Josh: Hmm... Does this recovery involve passionate love making by any chance?

Cassie: I guarantee at least 12 hours of love making. I reckon we both deserve it after what we have both been through tonight. Especially you, diving off a ladder, chest first onto a flaming table!

Josh: Hmm, can't argue with that, I guess. Lemme just take a shower and I'll be right with you.

They shared a quick kiss, before Josh headed for the shower. While he was in there, Cassie looked at the photo she had posted. She messaged her family, thanking them for coming and also saying that she'll see them on Tuesday, before Smackdown. After scrolling through many notifications, Josh then re-emerged from the shower.

Josh: Right, you lovable Aussie, what was that you said about 12 hours of lovemaking?

Cassie: Come on then, to the hotel. The champion wants her way with you, mister.

Josh: Ooh, I like it!

The two got into the car and headed to the hotel, where their 24 hour recovery session took place. It was truly a night to remember for the happy couple heading into Smackdown on Tuesday.
