Job Hunt

It's been about a few hours since I arrived in The Gaming Universe. So far, it hasn't been that bad. The mini fridge Switch left me was full of apple slices and grapes, which was unexpected to leave for gamers, but hey, it's still food!

As promised, Pat showed up a bit past 9 to check up on me. She was actually shocked to see nothing different about the building.

"There's seriously nothing new?!" she asked me. "I expected at least a painting or something."

"Well, I'm mainly trying to convince myself this is all really happening!" I replied with a chuckle.

"Yeah, that sounds pretty normal," she replied with a smile. "Have you found a job yet?"

"Um...no."

"That's understandable; you're in a world where you can live your perfect fantasies yet you still need a job!"

"Yeah, pretty much!"

"Well, fortunately for you," she continued, "I do know a few worlds that are hiring!"

"Like what?"

"Well, I'd love to tell you now, but it's pretty late, and even though the worlds are open 24/7, we gamers do get tired."

"Pat, if there's one thing gamers can do, it's pull all-nighters," I told her.

"While that is 100% true, you don't want to go to a job interview when you're about to pass out."

"Good point."

"So how about you get some rest, and I'll check out some game worlds I think you might like to work at?"

"Sure, why not?"

She then smiled and gave my shoulder a pat.

"It really is nice to see you here, Awsome," she told me.

"Same here, Pat," I replied.

"Well, then, I suppose I'll see you tomorrow, then?"

"I suppose so!"

She then gave a quick nod and walked out of my new home, closing the door behind her. I then waited a few seconds before I slowly looked around the place once more. I really couldn't believe I was in my own home in a universe where my everyday lifestyle was not only accepted, but encouraged! Of course, for all I know, this could still be a dream. I looked at the bed in my room and decided there was only one way to prove it.

I walked to the bed, pulled off the blanket, laid on the mattress, placed my glasses on the ground, and closed my eyes. If I was still here when I woke up, I'd know that this wasn't a dream, that I was actually in a completely different universe that was revolved around video games. Of course, that sounded too good to be true.

*          *          *

I heard a knocking sound suddenly. I opened my eyes and saw the sun shining through a window nearby. I didn't even remember falling asleep! I looked around and saw I was still in the new house in the Gaming Universe! So, this really was happening...?

The knocking played again. I grabbed my glasses, got out of bed, and ran towards the front door. I opened it up and found my short-haired friend with a smile.

"You ready?" she asked.

"What time is it?" I replied while rubbing my eyes.

"9 am," she replied. "I thought I'd let you get some extra sleep before the interviews."

"Right, right..." I said with a yawn. "What exactly do I need to do at these interviews?"

"Just act calm and natural. No need to dress fancy or anything; you just need to do what they ask."

"Sounds simple enough."

"It is. Now come on; let's go!"

She then turned around and walked towards a car of some sort on the street.

"You can drive?" I asked. "I thought you didn't have a license!"

"Awsome, you do realize that driving a car in a video game is something everyone can do, right?"

"Well, yeah, but-"

"All you need to do to legally drive here is not crash into everything you see."

"Well, based on my driving history in video games, I might need a chauffeur!"

We laughed as we got into the small car. I immediately noticed that instead of a steering wheel, it had a game controller! There didn't seem to be any pedals or gear shifter, either.

"Like I said," Pat told me, "anyone can do this!"

She then held down a button on the controller and the car sped off. I couldn't believe I was being driven to a job interview in a game world in a car controlled by a controller! That's something definitely needed in the real world! That's when a thought hit me.

"I'm curious," I told Pat as she drove, "is it possible to go back to our universe?"

"Of course!" she replied while keeping her eyes on the road.

"How do I do that?"

"There's a door in your house that can only be opened by the homeowner, a.k.a. you. Open it up, and it'll take you back to the place you last were when you entered The Gaming Universe.

"So how would I get back here, then?"

"The same way you got in the first time: texting GAME ON to the number Switch texted you with."

"And when I go back to the real world, won't anyone notice I was gone?"

"Nope; when you return, it's like you never even left!"

"How does that work?"

"No idea; it's video game logic!"

We both laughed yet again.

"Well, here we are!" she finally said as she stopped the car.

I looked out the window and saw what appeared to be some sort of bus stop. There was what looked like a ticket machine next to it.

"Most of the stations in town are packed," she explained, "but I was fortunate enough to find one a little less...crowded."

"That's a relief, I suppose," I said as I got out of the car.

I walked to the ticket booth and looked at it. There was a small screen that displayed the simple message, "INSERT 1 GAME BUCK PER PERSON". I reached towards my pocket to grab one of the ones Pat gave me yesterday.

"No, no, no! I insist!" she quickly said as she pulled 2 silver rectangles from her own pocket.

"Are you sure?" I asked.

"Of course!" she replied as she slid the paper bills into a slot below the screen and pressed a button.

The screen then showed a loading icon before turning into a keyboard with the message, "SELECT THE GAME WORLD YOU WISH TO VISIT".

"No peeking!" she told me as she placed her hands on the keyboard.

I rolled my eyes as I turned around. As she typed, I looked around the place. Despite there being lots of houses, there was actually some very pretty landscape around the place. I could make out some luscious green hills full of trees in the back of the houses in front of me. I think I even saw what looked like a park near here, as well! This almost looked like a quaint little suburb back home.

"There! That'll do it!"

I turned back towards Pat and saw her bending down and appearing to pick up tickets from another slot near the middle of the machine. She turned back around and revealed the two pieces of paper with a smile.

"I'm fairly confident you're going to enjoy this first one," she told me.

"What is it, a janitor for Mortal Kombat?"  I asked jokingly.

"Please, I'm not that cruel!" she replied in a playfully hurt manner.

She then handed me one of the tickets, which I took from her and looked at. I was confused when I only saw my name, the date, and the time.

"Shouldn't this have a destination on it?" I asked her.

"No need," she replied. "The bus already knows our destination."

"How?"

"Because each one is spawned in when requested...like that one right there, for us!"

I turned back towards the road and saw a small, blue bus pull up next to us. The door instantly opened up to reveal...nobody in the driver's seat!

"Gotta love autopilot!" Pat said with a satisfying sigh.

She then walked over to the bus door, and I cautiously followed behind. Once on the bus, she put her ticket into a slot by where the driver should be sitting. There were a few seconds of slight whirring noise before a small "ding"' was heard and she sat down at a seat. I walked onto the bus, as well, and looked at the slot. It simply read, "PLEASE INSERT TICKET". I took my ticket and put it into the slot. The same slight whirring was heard for a few seconds before the ding played. I then sat next to Pat on the empty bus as the door closed.

"Thank you for riding today," an overhead P.A. system told us. "Please sit back and relax as we travel to our destination."

With that, the bus slowly started driving out of the station on its own and onto the road.

"So how long will this trip take us?" I asked Pat.

"It'll be over before you know it!" she said with a wink.

Almost on cue, a bright flash blinded me as it came from the windows. It stayed for a few seconds before dimming down.

"Thank you for riding!" the bus told us. "Enjoy your stay in this game!"

The bus door then opened up. As it did, I could hear some strange music. It sounded like some sort of funky ancient Chinese music that sounded VERY familiar.

"C'mon!" Pat told me. "Let's go!"

I stood up and walked out of the bus. When I did, I gasped in awe at the sight in front of me: It was a small, brown building make of some sort of wood-bamboo mixture. Right in front was what looked like the name of the place.

"Holy moley!" I gasped. I then read the sign aloud: "Fruit Ninja Fruit Salads?!"

"I told you you'd like it!" Pat said as she put her arm on my shoulder. "Now let's go inside then, shall we?"

We both then walked towards the entrance to the building. I couldn't believe the first video game world I ever traveled to was based off of one of my favorite mobile games of all time! I could only imagine what excitement could be brought from this world!

We walked inside and I instantly recognized the setting of a small sit-in diner. Directly in front of us was a young man about as old as me. He would be pretty average looking...if what I assumed to be his hair wasn't green and almost look like the top of a pineapple! He also donned a yellow top, orange belt and headband, and brown shorts. When we entered, he turned towards us with a smile.

"Welcome to Fruit Ninja Fruit Salads!" he told us with a slight Asian accent. "What can I get you?"

"You can give this guy over here a job interview," Pat told him, "and you can get me a...Strawnana Surprise!"

"An interview, eh?" he asked as he looked at me with a surprised look. "Well, I can ask Sensei if that is okay. In the meantime, I will get to work on the Strawnana Surprise!"

"Thank you...Katsuro," Pat said as she read the man's name tag.

Katsuro gave a quick nod as he walked into a doorway in the back. While we waited, I looked around the diner. I could see two other people in the restaurant, both seeming to be gamers. One was a boy about Pat's age and the other was a girl about my age. They way they seemed to be talking suggested that they were siblings, but I could be wrong.

"Excuse me, Sir!"

I looked back around and saw Katsuro had reappeared.

"Sensei would like to see you, young man," he told me. He then turned to Pat and said, "Your salad will be ready in a minute."

He then signaled for me to follow him as he reentered the back area. I followed him with a quickly-beating heart.

"Good luck!" Pat whispered just before I entered the doorway. I saw Katsuro walk forward a bit down what seemed like a long hallway.

"So are you guys usually this...empty?" I asked him with curiosity.

"Not at all, my good sir," he replied. "We generally have an average of 300 customers a day!"

"Oh, my! So, where are they at?"

"We are busiest at lunch time, when most gamers are hungriest."

"I thought gamers were hungry all the time!"

He laughed before replying, "Touché."

We finally stopped at a door at the end of the hall.

"Sensei will put you through training," he told me. "Good luck."

"You're not helping?" I asked.

"I have to help prepare the salad for your friend," he replied.

He then gave a short bow and walked away. I looked at the door I was supposed to enter and sighed. Here goes nothing!

I opened the door and saw the back of a man with white hair sitting on the floor. He looked as if he was in some sort of state of meditation.

"Hello, there," he suddenly said in an Asian accent. "You wish to earn employment here at Fruit Ninja Fruit Salads?"

"Um...yes, Sir," I replied.

"Then you must prove your worthiness in the art of Fruit Fu."

He then stood up and looked towards me. He had a long, white beard and small, black eyes.

"Follow me," he simply commanded.

He then walked towards the right of the room towards yet another door. Given I had no choice, I followed him. He opened the door, allowing him and myself to enter the room, which almost made me squeal with happiness; it was a giant dojo with baskets of fruit on the floor, unique katanas on the walls, a tall platform in the center, and a giant digital clock in the back.

"Your task," he explained, "is to slice at least 300 fruit in 60 seconds."

"That's quite a bit, don't you think?" I asked in response.

"A true master at Fruit Fu can handle such a simple task," he replied with a glare. "Now, grab a blade and get on the platform."

I then went over to the wall of katanas and looked at my selection. There was a classic blade, a red blade, a calligraphy blade, a cherry blossom blade, and it just went on and on and on! I, however, decided to grab a disco blade; if I was going to be slicing fruit, I needed to do it in style!

I took the katana and went towards the platform in the center of the room. I was sure to climb it carefully, which was hard to do when you're carrying a sharp weapon. I got to the top and looked down at Sensei.

"Are you ready?" he asked.

"As ready as I'll ever be," I replied.

He then gave a small nod and pressed a button on the wall. The baskets of fruit suddenly slid along the floor until reaching right below me, when a hole in the floor opened up and the baskets tipped over, spilling all the fruit down.

"You have 60 seconds," he reminded me. "You only need to slice 300 fruit."

"Got it," I replied as I gripped the katana tightly.

Sensei then hit another button on the wall. Mechanical whirring could be heard as I saw red light illuminate behind me. I looked and saw that the clock read "1:00", which I assumed meant one minute.

"Here we go!" Sensei told me. "In 3...2...1...SLICE!"

He pressed yet another button and I heard a slight 'poomf' sound. A second later, I saw a giant watermelon fly in front of my face! I swung at the fruit and sliced it clean in two! Juice spattered all over my as I did. On the plus side, it tasted delicious!

Suddenly, a lemon, a strawberry, and a kiwi all appeared in a row in front of me. I swung again and got all three in one swing! More juice flew all over the place. I was careful to not get lemon juice near my eyes, though.

Next, a coconut, banana, pear, lime, and peach showed up in a bunch. Another swing took them all out! I then heard a slight hissing sound as I saw a black ball with a red X in it appear in front of me!

"There's bombs?!" I asked Sensei.

"This is Fruit Ninja," he replied. "What were you expecting?!"

I then sighed and tried to refocus. More bunches appeared, which I swung at. I managed to slice them all up with no problem at all!

For whatever reason, time seemed to be moving slower as more and more fruit appeared. I kept swinging with all my might as I saw the giant targets appear in my eyesight. The more that appeared, the more I swung, and the more I sliced them to bits! I definitely believe this was much more fun than playing Fruit Ninja on my phone!

I kept swinging and swinging as more fruit appeared in front of me. A lot of bombs appeared, as well, but I was careful to avoid those; it gets a bit hard, though, when they're mixed in the center of the fruit bunches.

"10 seconds!" I heard Sensei shout at me. "You have 50 more fruit to go!"

Crap; 50 fruit in 10 seconds?! There's no way I'll get that! But I had to keep my focus and try to keep slicing what I can.

Larger bunches kept forming in front of me. Watermelon. Lemons. Limes. Apples. Kiwi. Coconuts. Pears. They all kept coming at me. I kept swinging with all my might, but I just couldn't hit them. I felt myself really starting to panic!

That's when I saw it: a large, round, pink, fruit fly across my path! It was a pomegranate!! I then quickly swung my katana at it and kept slicing it.

I used all my remaining energy on slicing at the pomegranate. I could see the slash marks get higher and higher and the fruit get slower and slower as I continued to swing.

Finally, the whole thing exploded as I heard the timer hit 0. As I wiped the juice off my face, I smiled as I realized the pomegranate would definitely help my score!

I then turned around and my heart dropped. My overall score: 299/300. I slowly turned around at Sensei, who had a surprised look on his face.

"My word..." he said with awe. "I thought you were actually going to make it. But unfortunately, I can not hire a person who can not slice 300 fruit."

I sighed and walked off the platform. I guess I could honestly say I enjoyed playing Fruit Ninja in real life, though! Well, if you wanna call this 'real life'.

I hung the sword back up and walked towards Sensei. He gave a small bow to me as I did.

"I will tell you what," he told me. "For doing such a good job, I will give you any salad you want on the house."

"Really?" I asked.

"I am a man of my word," Sensei replied with a wink.

"Well...thanks!"

"No problem at all, young man. I shall tell Katsuro about your free salad."

I smiled and gave a small bow of thanks. I then left the dojo and went back down the hallway I entered. When I reentered the main dining area, I saw Pat sitting by the window, eating from a bowl. Instead of going straight there, though, I walked up to the counter, where I saw Katsuro wiping a bowl dry.

"I am sorry to hear you did not make it," he told me when he saw me.

"It's alright," I replied with a shrug. "I still had fun!"

He then smiled and pointed to the menu.

"It's like Sensei has said; any salad you like is on the house!"

I then looked at the board with all the fruity combinations on them, trying to find at least one that sounded appetizing.

"I think I'll get the Pucker Up," I finally told him with a grin.

"Oh, I see you love the sour fruits, then! Very well; it shall be ready soon."

"Thank you!"

He gave a quick nod and into a back room that presumably led to the kitchen. While I waited, I walked towards Pat, who then looked up when she saw me.

"Hey!" she greeted with a smile. "How did it go?"

"Well...I almost got it..."

"Oh...so, in other words, you didn't get it."

"Pretty much. But, hey, I got a free salad out of it!"

"WHAT?! Why didn't you fail before I ordered and paid already?!"

We both then laughed as I sat across from her as I waited for the salad.

"So," I asked, "how long did it take for you to get a job?"

"Actually," she replied as she swallowed a bite of strawberry, "I only had one interview and got it immediately!"

"Really? That fast?!"

"You'd be surprised; there are game worlds that will hire just about anybody."

"Like where you went?"

"Not really; the boss there will hire pretty much anyone...who can do their job without freaking out like an immature child."

"Who would do their job like that?"

"An immature child!"

We then laughed again as I heard Katsuro tell me my salad was ready. I walked over, thanked him, and took the bowl back to the table. In the bowl, I could see slices of lemon, lime, pineapple, and kiwi. I could tell this was going to be delicious!

"Better eat up quick," Pat told me as she scraped the last bit of banana out of her bowl. "We have another interview to get you to!"

"Got it," I replied as I took a bite of my own salad. I gotta say, pineapple and kiwi make a refreshing combination!

*          *          *

10 minutes later, we walked out of Fruit Ninja Fruit Salads and were on our way to the bus station in front of the diner. On the way, Pat pulled two more Game Bucks from her pocket and placed them into the machine.

"I think you're really going to enjoy this one even more," she said with a wink. "No peeking, though!"

I smiled and rolled my eyes as I looked away from her and back towards the diner. It really amazes me that video game worlds like this can be this easily accessible! And the fact I got to play live-action Fruit Ninja...I can't wait to see what else I can do in this universe!

"Alright!" she said. "Let's go!"

She handed me another ticket that had my name, the date, and the time. I could only wonder where I'd go next.

A few seconds later, another blue bus pulled up to the station. The door opened up and we walked right in. After putting the tickets in the slot, we sat down and waited.

"So, how do you like it here so far?" Pat asked. "In The Gaming Universe, I mean."

"It's better than I could've ever asked for!" I replied with a smile.

"In glad to hear it! And it'll only get better over time!"

"I'm certainly glad to hear that!"

Suddenly, the lights flashed again and I was temporarily blinded.

"Thank you for riding! Enjoy your stay in this game!"

"So why do you say I'll enjoy this one more?" I asked as I stood up.

"Because, it's where I work, too! And I know you love the game it's based on!"

"What do you mean?"

"Just look outside!"

I then got off the bus and looked in front of me. I could immediately see what looked like a restaurant that seemed heavily packed. On the front of the building, though, there were 3 cartoon-looking animals. A brown bear, a purple bunny, and a yellow chicken.

"Holy...!" I gasped. "You...work at...Freddy Fazbear's Pizza?!"

"Told you you'd love it!" She said with a smile. "C'mon; let's head inside!"

I couldn't believe I was actually entering Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. The EXACT one from the original Five Nights at Freddy's! I could tell this was going to be amazing!

We walked inside and found the place was packed with people. Most seemed to be little kids, maybe around 11 to 13, but there were a few older teens and adults, as well. Past the front desk, I could see a giant stage with 3 familiar robots singing and dancing on it.

"Welcome to Freddy Fazbear's Pizza!" The man behind the desk told us with a giant grin. He then paused and looked at Pat. "Hey! You don't work until later!"

"I know," she replied. "I'm here to get my friend here a job!"

"Oh? Well, that's very kind of you!"

"I try."

"Well, I'll go tell the boss, then!"

He then pulled a phone out from behind the desk and put it to his ear.

"So...you really work here?" I asked Pat.

"Of course!"

"As what, though? A night guard??"

"Naw, that's Mike's job," she reassured. "I'm just a waitress."

"Ah, I gotcha," I said with a sense of relief.

"Alright, Sir!" The man behind the desk called. "The boss will see you now! Pat, can you show him to the office?"

"Sure thing, Bud." She replied with a grin. "C'mon, Awsome; let's go!"

She then grabbed my arm and pulled me into the crowd. It was a struggle to get around the customers, but we finally made it into one of the hallways. We walked along a bit and I found a door to my left that read "Manager".

"Good luck," my friend whispered as she lightly nudged my arm.

I opened the door and found a small room with nothing but a desk on the ground and a few pictures of Freddy Fazbear on the wall. On the desk itself was a computer and some slips of paper. Behind the desk, though, was what got my attention.

It was what looked like a stick figure, but he was bright blue and his head was square and slightly levitating over his body. It looked like it was facing the computer, but when I entered the room, he looked at me. He didn't have a face, but I imagined that's where it would've been. His whole design looked very familiar...

"Wait!" I suddenly gasped as I recognized him. "Are...you...?"

He responded by putting his hand against his ear, as if he was holding a phone. Then he started speaking.

"Hello? Hello, hello!"

If my jaw could've hit the floor, it would've!

"Y-you're...SCOTT CAWTHON!!!"

I then heard the figure chuckle.

"Is there anyone else that you think could run Freddy Fazbear's Pizza?" he asked in reply.

I was in complete shock. Never in a thousand years would I think I could meet one of the most famous indie game developers in recent history!

"I...!" I stuttered, completely speechless. "I'm a huge fan of your work!"

"Yeah, I get that a lot, even long before I created Freddy and the gang!" Scott replied with a shrug. Even though he didn't have a face, I could imagine the smile on it. "Please, have a seat!" he offered as he pointed at the chair in front of the desk. I quickly sat down and adjusted myself.

"No need to act all formal," he assured me. "I'm a casual type of guy."

"Uh, right," I replied as I cleared my throat and tried adjusting myself even more.

"So, I hear you're a friend of PatVader, eh?" he asked me.

"Yeah, that's right," I replied. "She's actually the one who told me about The Gaming Universe to begin with!"

"Is that so? Well, that's great to hear!"

"Um, is it a good thing that I'm her friend?"

"Of course it is! She's only been here a week and she's already been one of my top employees!"

"Really?"

"Really! Why, I've had several customers come to me and tell me that they'd come back again just to have her as their waitress!"

"Wow! I know she's a people person, but I didn't think to that extent...!"

"But, I'm not one to hire people due to who they know," he continued. "I hire people on how well they can handle the job."

"What do you mean? I mean, I know it's Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, but-"

"Do you have any idea how many people I have come here to get a job just so they can learn more about the Five Nights at Freddy's story?"

"Um...a lot?"

"That's putting it lightly. I need employees that want to work here to either make customers happy and/or earn Game Bucks. I frankly don't care what the motivation is, as long as it's not to discover the game's secrets."

"Well, I admittedly want to know the game's story as much as the next guy," I told him. "But I believe the mystery of it all is what makes it amusing to me! It's why I got as hooked to it as I did!"

"Well, I suppose that's reassuring. Oh, by the way, I never got your name."

"Oh, right. It's Awsome2464. Awesome with no first 'e'".

"I gotcha."

He then wrote my name down on a piece of paper.

"So, then, Mr. 2464, I'm sure you've played the game this place was based on plenty of times, so I'm not going to bother giving a tour, unless you feel like you need one."

"Naw, I'm sure I know this building by heart, even if it's my first time inside of it!"

Scott just gave a small chuckle. Man, it's so weird hearing the voice of the Phone Guy talking to me in a normal conversation!

"So, about your possible positions," he then told me. "Our only true available jobs as of now are waiters and bakers. Do you have a preference?"

"Definitely baker," I quickly replied. "I love making food, without a doubt!"

"Well, that's great to hear; you have no idea how many pizzas we go through a day..."

"I can only imagine, yeah."

"Wait...you're not just saying you want that job because you want to see the kitchen, are you?"

"Of course not; I really want to make pizzas and the other good stuff!"

"That's good to hear. Well, Mr. 2464, you seem like you're mature enough to handle this job. How old are you, again?"

"17. But I'll be 18 soon!"

"Well, that's definitely reassuring!"

He then wrote what appeared to be my age on the paper.

"Well, I'll have to look through the other applications," he admitted, "but between you an me, I'd say you have a fair shot at getting the job."

"Really??"

"Admittedly, the other interviewees were a bit...crazy."

"Oh?"

"In other words, the exact opposite of what I want as an employee at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza."

"So, you WANT child murderers to work here?"

He then gave a slightly louder chuckle at that last remark.

"No, but I like your sense of humor."

"Thanks."

"So, I'll be getting in contact with you sometime soon should I hire you, alright?"

"Alright!"

"Alright. See you, Mr. 2464!" he told me as he stood up and extended his hand.

"See you, Mr. Cawthon!" I replied as I extended my own hand and shook his.

"And hey, if you're hungry, I can get you a pizza on the house," he continued.

"Oh, that's not necessary, really."

"Oh, c'mon; the pizza's to DIE for!"

"Well, okay, but only because of that pun!"

"Great! I'll be sure to give our signature topping, as well."

"What is it?"

"Oh, nothing big; it's only human flesh."

I just stared at him with curiosity, praying I had just misheard him. Then he laughed.

"I'm kidding!" He told me. "It's pepperoni!"

"Oh!" I replied with a nervous chuckle.

"We don't use human meat in pizza; that's the kind of messed up stuff you find in fan fictions!"

"Yeah, very...disturbing fan fictions..."

*          *          *

"You got the job?" Pat asked as the waiter arrived with our extra large pizza.

"Not officially, yet," I replied, "but he said I had a fair shot!"

"Well, I suppose that's something!"

"I suppose that is!"

"I figured he'd find a place for you; he may be a big name in the gaming community right now, but he's a nice guy!"

"Oh, no doubt!"

I then took a sip of my Fazbear Fruit Punch and a bite out of my Pirate Pepperoni pizza. For being video game pizza, it was definitely the best pizza I had ever had!

"Well, I think that puts an end to this job hunt," she continued. "I'm glad you took it all well."

"I've been in two worlds based on some of my favorite video games! Of course I've taken it well!"

"Oh, just wait; it'll only get better!"

"I sure hope so..."

As we ate our pizza and listened to Freddy Fazbear sing on stage, I began feeling really happy at the thought of everything about this place. Not the pizzeria, per se, but the entire Gaming Universe! Being able to travel to any video game world for a measly dollar of video game world money! I just couldn't wait to explore more of this fantastic universe!
