Curious

Alice asked the Cheshire Cat, who was sitting in a tree, "What road do I take?"
The cat asked, "Where do you want to go?"
"I don't know," Alice answered.
"Then," said the cat, "it really doesn't matter, does it?

How curious. He was where he was every day at 3:24. In the biggest banyan tree, thirteen steps to the right of the white rose garden, on the leftmost branch seven down from the top, watching the passerby below him when he spotted her. A curious little thing with the most curious of all dispositions. She was having a one sided argument with the stuck up keeper, waving her hands in the most curious of ways. He had never seen someone dare to try and get their way with the pompous prick, each too afraid of the consequences. Except for him, of course, but he couldn't be bothered to take part in such petty matters. After all, he was much more interested in more ......... explosive activities.

The curious creature had given up, taking instead to moping underneath his tree. She didn't cry like how he had expected but rather she held a curious little fit, angrily ranting to herself. He, who had seen a talking walrus smash a teapot over a flowers head, found himself strangely entranced by this curious little girl. Something about her was just so wonderfully ............ outlandish. She was an oddity among oddities and he didn't know how to make heads or tails of it.

He didn't have a clue how long he'd been perched there before she finally moved, stomping her way past the card-guards and into the red menace's palace. Curious, he slipped down from his perch and made his way across the garden. Snatching up a white capped mushroom, he munched on it as he ambled along. Practically invisible, he slipped through the crack in the gate, snickering at the guards dumbfounded expression when they noticed his entry before continuing on his merry way. As quick as a Jabberwocky with a longing for pie, he made his way into the throne room, hiding in the rafters right above the heart's head.

Though he was too far away to actually hear the lively conversation, he gathered enough the piece it together from their expressions. It seemed as though the little miss was looking for a way out, perhaps a door with the key gift wrapped and presented on a silver platter and she was quite persistent about finding it. The crowned clown on the other hand took as much of an interest in her as he did and was quite insistent that she stay for tea and crumpets and croquet and a ball and a dressing and an outing, so on and so forth.

He had never met someone who was as curious as he. One whose mind questioned as much as his did. One whose eyes wandered as much as his did. Ones who heart longed for as much, dare he say more, as his did. It was the most curious of things and he was quite unsure on how to deal with it. Nevertheless, he decided he would find out.

Curiosity did kill the cat. And nothing but satisfaction would bring this kitty back.

AHHHHHHH, I'M SO SORRY FOR NOT UPDATING!!!
I got back from vacation about a week ago and then I was thrusted straight into a summer camp and my grandparents are here so a lot of stuff has been happening. I'm so sorry. Please forgive me! (*'Д`*)

Aside from that, I absolutely love Alice in Wonderland ........ kinda.
I hate Alice and the actual story with a burning passion but I adore the universe of Wonderland. The other characters, the setting, I just love. Alice is too much of a doormat for me to like and the entire story isn't my cup of tea. My favorite characters are the Cheshire Cat and the Mad Hatter. They're just the best.

QOTC: How many times do you think the word curious was used? (No cheating)

Thanks for reading!
