-knows enough to not question anything

-his parents used fight a lot (before they split up and abandoned him), so he drowns himself from any kind of noise other than the music which comes from his earbuds (which includes verbal speaking).

-can read lips really well

-appears to be mute (since his talking time is pretty much nonexistent), but has a surprisingly girly voice (if you get lucky enough to hear him talk)
