Raph's P.O.V

Its been two months since I've seen Falcon. since then I've been more down and grumpy. I still have her arrow. I keep it in my room on my dresser. I remember her icy blue eyes that held tears as she told me she would stay away. I walked by the ruins of the house that had killed Alex. A tear ran down my face. I walked to her grave. I bent down and placed flowers on the dirt. "I love you, Alex. I always will." Something glinted in the moonlight under the dirt.

I bent down and wiped away some dirt. There lay Alex's dog tags. I picked then up. How? She was wearing them when she ran into the burning house. I could still read the words on the burned tags. Best friends forever. I remember the last words she said before running to her death. "I love you." I stared at the burnt dog tags in my hand. I closed my fist over them. I sighed and looked at the words Alexis, Laura, Rodgers on the grave before turning and slowly walking back to the lair.

Falcon's P.O.V

I sat in a tree and watched Raph stand in front of the grave of his girlfriend. I sighed. "If only you could be happy." I whispered. I watched as he dug out the Dog tags I had placed in the dirt. I smiled as he looked a bit happier. Raph turned and walked away. When he had gone, I jumped down, and walked up to the grave. I crouched down and put my hand on the cold stone. "Never again." I whispered. "Never again." The next day, I practised with my bow. I punched a tree as memories returned to my mind. I groaned in pain.

 Returning to the hideout later on, Greg saw my tears. "You ok?" I tossed the money on the table. "Fine." Greg hugged me. "Falcon. I know your sad about Raphael, but.." "How do you know about Raph?" I asked, shocked. Greg shifted uncomfortably. "You say his name in your sleep." I blushed. "Oh." Was all I could say. The next day I told Greg I was going away for a while. I went to the forest. And walked a while. As I sat on a rock and took a drink, I heard a welcoming howl.

"Welcome home." I whispered to myself. I walked through the forest and let the smell of wood fill my nose. All of a sudden, I was hit from behind. I hit the ground with a "Oomph!" I rolled to my back and came face to face with a grey and black wolf. The wolf had a grin on its face. I grinned back. I sat up and was surrounded by wolves. Pups ran up and jumped up on me, wagging their tails. I laughed and rubbed their heads. Two older wolves, the alphas, padded up.

 I crouched in front of them. They dipped their heads in greeting. I shifted to my wolf form and rubbed my head on the alpha male's shoulder. He  buried his node in my black fur and growled in pleasure. Welcome home, daughter. the alpha female licked my ear. I looked around, and noticed a white wolf standing off to the side. A young male. He looked up at me and whined. I padded up to him and licked his muzzle. I've missed you. He pawed my head, and we played all day.

Raph's P.O.V

 I decided to take a walk in the woods to clear my mind. I had put on Alex's dog tags. I breathed in the sweat pine scent. I walked till I looked around and I was sure I was lost. I sighed and kept walking. Suddenly I heard a branch crack. I spun around and took out my sai. Then I heard a growl behind me. I turned and saw about 5 wolves teeth bared standing in front of me. Then I heard laughing. Familiar laughing. Then I Falcon walked up behind the wolves. She smiled sadly. "Hi, Raph. What are you doing here?" The wolves looked at her as if waiting for orders. 

She nodded and the parted."How did you find me?" She asked. I gulped. "I..I didn't. I went for a walk and got lost." She sighed. "Ok, fine come with me." I fell in step with her and we walked with the wolves to the dens and open area. Wolf pups walked timidly up to me. I smiled and bent down. The pups sniffed me. Falcon bent down next to me.

She looked at the pups, and they looked at her. Then they jumped on me, licking my face. "How did you do that?" I asked with a chuckle. Falcon scratched a pup behind the ears. "I can talk too canines telepathicly." I smiled. "Cool." We spent the rest of the day playing with the wolves. At sundown I looked for Falcon. I found her sitting on a small hill with three wolves two of them were pups. One was a young male. His head was on her lap as she hummed to a tune. Her hair flowing in the gentle breeze.

I walked over and sat next to her. "Hey." She smiled at me. "Hey." A cub padded up to me and jumped into my lap. He yawned and fell asleep. I smiled and pet him softly. "How'd you find this place?" I asked. Falcon stroked the wolf's fur. "Its complicated. This is like home to me, I guess it was instinct." She turned her head to me. "I'm glad your here, Raph." I smiled and put my arm around her shoulders. "I'm glad to be here with you, Falcon." 

We smiled at each other, and I found my self leaning in. She closed her eyes. We were inches apart when a older wolf walked up. Falcon looked at him. Then she smiled and looked at me. "He's asking if I want to join in the hunt." I smiled. "Go on. I 'll wait for you here." She smiled. "Ok, see you in a bit." She got up and shifted to wolf form and licked my cheek. Then Falcon ran off with the rest of the pack. I sat and waited. Suddenly I felt a stinging pain in my arm. I looked and saw a dart. Then I heard a voice behind me. "Your coming with me, Raphael." I got up but felt weak. Then I fell and everything went dark.

Falcon's P.O.V

I ran with the pack, loving the feeling of wind through my fur. We chased on a young buck. I ran and clamped my teeth on its leg making it fall. His antlers dug into my back, and I yelped. I let go and lay in the grass, whimpering. The alpha Male walked up and nuzzled my head. I looked up at him in pain. I stood and leaned on him for support. I shifted to human form and walked back to the dens. I looked for Rahp but didn't see him. Then I smelled a new smell. No it cant be! No! I knew this smell anywhere. Thorn. I fell to my knees. I cryed. Then I got up, a new fire burning in my eyes. "you want a fight, Thorn? You got it!"
